Helen and Allen did come out to my house and provided me with an estimate. However, the only opening they had at the time was a Monday. I was looking for a Thursday or Friday. I was however, pleased with how they cleaned, what they used to clean, and what they cleaned for the price. I have hired another cleaning company who accommodated my day of the week, however, I would not hesitate to contact them in the future in case my new service doesn't do a good job

They have worked in our home for many years. They are always on time, they are totally reliable, and they are always are willing to work around our schedule for special occassions. They are thoughtful, pleasant, honest, and have become part of our extended family. I hope that they will be with us for many years.

They are outstanding. I can't believe what a wonderful job they do. The house is spotless! These two people are tireless. We will absolutely continue to use them in the future. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning crew. The price depends on how many times they clean.

They come once every 2 weeks. I've found them to be very dependable, intelligent, honest, and very considerate in every way.

Helen and Allen have been cleaning for us for about 7 years now. In all that time, I believe they have missed only one day due to illness. They are almost always on time and if they can't be for some reason, they always call. It is just the two of them in the business so I always know who the people are who are in my house, cleaning it- I have absolutely no qualms about them being in our home when we are out of town: we trust them completely. They are even good to our cat! Helen and Allen do a fine job of cleaning; they are very thorough.

If I need to change dates or times, they are always willing to accommodate me. If for some reason they need to change times, they always ask well in advance. They are very reliable, responsive and trustworthy. I feel my home is safe and clean in their hands.

They are perfectly dependable. Whenever I ask them to do something extra or special, they are always willing to do what I ask. When I have had to switch cleanign days, they have accommodated my request. They work hard. The house is nice and clean and everything is in its place. i would gladly recommend them to a friend.

They have cleaned for us for several years. They are very punctual and NEVER miss a week. They are wonderful about working around our schedule for different holidays and special occasions. They are always pleasant and thoughtful about working around us when we are home. They have become part of our "extended family', and we would recommend them without hesitation.

We have been working with Allen and Helen for close to 3 years. They are amazing!! Have never missed a cleaning and if our scheduled day falls on a holiday, they always work us in. Plus, they have come when needed prior to company arriving or departing. You definitely get what you pay for! Very honest and reliable!

I cannot praise them enough. The house has never looked this clean. It is amazing how immaculate it is. Even our plants are flourishing! I don't have enough words to praise them. They are a delight to be around. Their work in unbelievable. Completely dependable. They always go above and beyond.

Wonderful! Helen and Allen are always on time and leave the house very clean. They have responded to every request I have made and communicate any problems or issues they see with the house. They are diligent and even look for extra ways they can help keep my house clean and tidy.

We have worked with the Deas for about six years now. They are really more like family than employees. That being said, they still are very professional. If they are running late (which is rare), they will call. They will do what you ask them to do (vacuum that spot under the bed where the cat always lies!). The Deas did raise their price by $10 recently but given the cost of gas, this is understandable. A few months ago, they didn't clean the basement (Helen thought Allen had, and Allen thought Helen had). When I called them about it, they insisted on coming back that week to do it but I said (several times) that they didn't need to. As it turned out, they did come back to take care of the basement!

Their price was more than twice what any other company was charging, and they did not even have time to perform the task. I took time out of my day to meet with them, and after they gave me the estimate, he said he could not even fit me in.

Helen and Allen take pride in their work. I know from comparing notes with relatives and friends that Helen and Allen are much more reliable, punctual, dependable and professional than most cleaning companies. Their services are not cheap, but the best has it's price.

They are concerned about quality and are thorough. They are open to feedback. Best of all, Helen and Allen are very flexible when it comes to rescheduling. We appreciate that!!!
