Update from 9/10/2013 - We continue to be so pleased with our service with Allen and Helen. They are always on time and complete the cleaning when scheduled. They are complete and do an excellent job. They have such a nice personal touch that is much appreciated and are open and responsive to feedback. Can't imagine not using their service!! I was thrilled to find Allen and Helen on Angie's List. We had just hired another larger company to clean our home every two weeks. It had seemed to go well for the first month, but it was soon apparent that they were cutting corners the farther into our time with them went. Their price was low, but we certainly got what we paid for! I looked on Angie's List and found Clean Connections, Inc. Allen called me back promptly and gave me an over the phone estimate. We then set up a time for him to come to the home to confirm the estimate. He had been right on! The first cleaning was a deep clean that took then 4-5 hours. Amazing that someone would spend the time to do such a careful job. We were thrilled with the results. The only thing we had been slightly dissatisfied with was the stainless steel. Allen called me that evening to see if we were pleased. I communicated my concern about the stainless and he and Helen were amazing in their response. It turned out to be an issue with one of their products and they had tried so hard to get it right without having their usual tools. They were confident that they could correct the issue and they did!! They now come every two weeks and we have just been so pleased. Our home is spotless and they are so responsive and kind. We even had to leave town suddenly the day before a cleaning and they took our change of instructions in stride and did everything we asked. They are diligent, reliable and punctual! You can't go wrong.

Allen and Helen continue to be reliable, consistent and provide quality cleaning services in our home. They are very thorough and are always very considerate of our schedule and particular requests. They both have wonderful communication skills and always call or email to follow-up with us whenever there is a concern with our home. We continue to be extremely pleased with their services and feel fortunate to have been able to hire them.

Helen and Allen have been cleaning for us for 2 and 1/2 years--every 2 weeks. They are reliable, prompt, very hardworking and trustworthy. We are very happy to have found them originally through Angie's List.

The Dea's have been cleaning our home since the summer of 2011. I have had 2 other companies clean our home and they are far and away above the norm. I have never seen our home cleaned to this professional level and it is a great feeling. I work many hours and to have the house look this nice allows me to do my work and have some time to relax! The Dea's are extremely professional. They are always on time and always clean to a high level of expectation. I can't imagine having anyone else clean our home.

Allen and Helen just started cleaning our house every 2 weeks. Our house is approximately 5500 sq. ft. I am super impressed with them - they are very professional - I am a picky cleaning person myself and we discussed which products to use on what surfaces, which was great. So far they have done one deep clean (at the beginning) and two regular weekly cleanings. I am really impressed with their abilities and look forward to continue working with them. On their first visit Allen even called me to let me know that my front door lock is probably on the outs, and he even tried to fix it for me but couldn't and suggested that we look into getting a new one for safety reasons. How nice! One note: when I originally called them I got put on a waiting list, but everyone else that I called either never called me back or had a full schedule - out of the blue Allen called me and asked if I still needed someone, so don't get discouraged if you get put on the waiting list! Also they call to follow up after they visit - who actually does that? They do - and I appreciate it very much.

They came to my office to give me a quote and started right away, things have gone very smoothly.

Allen and Helen have cleaned my home every other week for several months. Their quote was more than twice what I had been paying the housecleaner I had for many years, so I was alittle reluctant to try them. However, they seemed very professional and we had grown dissatisfied in the last few years with the quality of housecleaning we had been receiving from our retiring housecleaner. We decided to give them a try. I can rationalize the cost since there are 2 of them and they spend the same amount of time cleaning our house each time as our prior solo housecleaner did by herself. I do not know if this means my house is twice as clean, but it appears that way! They attend to every little detail without being asked, whereas I previously had to specifically tell my housecleaner to do something which I thought was obvious. They are consistently pleasant, reliable and professional. I have trusted them to come into my house and lock up when they leave even when we have been out of town.

Allen and Helen were extremely flexible when scheduling our initial estimate and were able to work us into their weekly schedule quickly. They have been very reliable and go above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied with their work and our pets are happy and healthy. If there is ever a question about the cleaning for the week, Allen is quick to confirm details with me rather than risk a miscommunication -- this is much appreciated! They do great work and are eager to provide excellent customer service, communicating with me via email (my preferred method) as often as is needed.

Both Allen and Helen came to give us an estimate to clean our home approximately two months ago. They were willing to accommodate our schedule and came to do the estimate on a weekend. After meeting them for the fist time, we felt very comfortable hiring them to work in our home. Since they started cleaning for us, they have both been excellent in communicating with my husband and I regarding the particulars of our home. They did a very thorough cleaning on the first session, but even with the bi-weekly regular cleanings, we come home to a spotless house! We would definitely recommend their services. They are more a little more expensive than some larger companies, but the quality of the work and consistency of the staff (since they are the owner / operators) is well-worth the extra cost.

On time and thorough as usual. Allen and Helen are great to work with. They are extremely professional but almost like family all at the same time. If you request something done, they make sure they understand what you want and never hesitate to do it. We have used them for about 10 years and would never dream of using anyone else. Our cat won't let us!!!!

Helen and Allen are great! They are totally professional, always prompt, and willing to change their schedule if we let them know far enough in advance. We have never had a cleaning service for so long due to their total reliability and consistencly in doing a great job. They will remind me of little things they notice which need to done around the house and always leave everything carefully locked up when they leave.

Helen and Allen came to my house go see the premises and give a quote. They asked questions throughout the tour to get a better understanding of my expectations. After they cleaned the first time, Allen called and we spoke about how things went. They are in and out of my house in two house, and when I come home the place is absolutely immaculate.
