I was so happy that I was able to make a same day appointment. They 3 crew members were very very nice and did excellent work. The house smells and looks amazing! I am very happy with the work at a reasonable price. Will definitely hire again in the future.

I had all sorts of trouble with Claudias cleaning service. I have opted them for a 2 bed move-out cleaning service for which I was charged $250 and Oven & fridge cleaning costed another $50. Got the quote after Claudia paid a visit to the apartment, Agreed upon a cleaning date and she never confirmed a specific time, texted her couple of times proactively, she responded to all the messages except for the time she would show up. On the day of cleaning, texted her to find the time since its an hour drive to the apartment, was told she and her team would show up at 01 PM and drove up to the apartment except she and her team did not show up at that time. As per her, it was a flat tire and asked someone her help who as per her was on their way to help her. Waited for couple of hours and every time her response was she has a team of 4 to complete the cleaning but still her help was on the way even after couple of hours. She was very reluctant to reschedule the appointment. With no options left and move out date approaching soon, I had to wait. Finally gave up after 4 hours since I know she is bluffing all the time and I was wasting time waiting for her. I have sent a message mentioning that I am cancelling the appointment, thats when she has decided to show up. Finally, around 06 PM she came with her team of 3, no interest whatsoever to do the cleaning. One of 4 was quiet and was cleaning kitchen cabinets, she did her job. Rest were pretty useless. They did not even throw the trash bags away. In fact, they left the vacuum bag from the previous job in the apartment. I had seen one of them placing the bag in the first 5 mins they stepped into the apartment. I was thinking they would take it away with other trash but they never did. One of the worker did not clean the restroom cabinets and had mentioned to Claudia, she inspected it and asked her team member to clean it up. No one cared to wear face masks, one of them started sneezing and I had to force myself out into patio. Normally, I would not care but with the Covid 19, was uncomfortable. They completed the job in couple of hours, trusted them and gave them $40 as tips (though had all sorts of trouble with their timing and drama) for what I discovered later as sub-standard work. Was asked to inspect oven and fridge, it seemed clean. Was late in the night, did not bother to inspect every room since I was drained out and had an hour back drive back to my place. On the day of handing over the keys, wanted to revisit the apartment just to be sure, to my surprise the apartment was not clean. I had to do lot of cleaning on my end. Took pics of how it looked like after the cleaning by Claudia and the team. I was disappointed to see the restroom cabinets that I have asked her to clean was left uncleaned and all the trash bags were left in the apartment including one I have mentioned about. I had to spend few hours cleaning the place before finally handing off the keys to the apartment office. Texted Claudia with the pic and her response was that Client is responsible for inspection and she would not care. I have trusted her and team but it was like being told thats a mistake. Choosing Claudia over other cleaning services is a biggest of all mistakes. Had moved different places and hired different cleaning services, never felt disappointed like the way I have with Claudia. Would never recommend nor use their service again. Typically I do not write reviews except when I feel great/worst on the service offered hoping it would help other customers.

These ladies are Amazing! Could not believe the amount of work these ladies did! Had them do a move out cleaning on an apartment. So fast and efficient. Ovens refrigerator bathroom all perfect. Don't know how they did it in just 2.5 hours. Well worth the money!

I had a rental property that was in need of a good cleaning. Some areas of the home were beyond cleaning in my opinion. Claudia and her team did a deep cleaning and we were very impressed. I would highly recommend Claudia's Cleaning Services.

Claudia and her crew did an excellent job cleaning my son's new home in Westfield. We were fortunate she was available to come on Tuesday to give us an estimate and then able to clean on Wednesday. They cleaned everything thoroughly... walls, baseboards, lighting fixtures, blinds, cupboards, etc.,etc. Claudia is very friendly, arrived on time, efficient, and reasonably priced. You won't be disappointed with her service.

Claudia is wonderful to work with. She came out to give us a free quote for a top to bottom cleaning of a new construction home and the work was done a few days later. Our new home is CLEAN! Thank you Claudia! We'll certainly use your service again!

We would still be using but former housekeeper cane back to work after quarantine was lifted but should she retire we will use Claudia s Cleaning Service.
