The jobs went very well. The man who came to see us worked quickly and efficiently. He wound up making two trips, but waited to bill us until after the second trip. The job was done in a timely fashion, and we were very satisfied with the quality of the work.

At first not well, I called and they sent the guy back the same day to re-do some of them. Everything is fine now.

On time, very professional. The guy explained everything he was doing before he did it. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic job! First of all, Liz answered the phone at 6:30pm when they actually close at 6:00pm. She sent someone (Dwight) out the next day and even though he didn't have the proper hardware for the job at that time, he came out the following day to actually do the work. We had interior French doors installed on our living room so I could make it my home office prior to our youngest child (17 months) learning to walk. We had only planned on having these use a ball-catch to close. However, as he became mobile, he became very good at sneaking off into the office to "play" with my work laptop. After a couple of times having him pick off the keys on the keyboard, it was time to address it. Dwight was friendly, courteous and did a great job. He did run into a bit of an issue because of trim around the inset glass, but he managed through it and the hardware was installed perfectly.

Excellent. Broad Ripple Lock quickly returned our initial call. The technician was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely call them again.

I called to schedule the visit. The appointment was scheduled for three days later. The person showed up on the day scheduled. The work was performed in a matter of minutes, and was great. I was handed an invoice, paid with a check, and everything was done.

Great! Their price was great and they were friendly on the phone. We canceled our appointment because we didn't need the service.

I called B.R. Lock Sevice, and got an appointment two days later. (This was not an emergency). The locksmith arrived as promised, re-keyed the locks. He was efficient, personable and did his work well. We felt the price was very reasonable, and the service excellent.

I'd never use them ever again. I had to call several times and they never called me back.

The two locks that were fixed and the one he installed went well. They were unable to do the work I wanted done on the front door. I wanted a new lock so I could lock and unlock it from the inside. He measured it and said there wouldn't be one that would fit.

Overall, I thought it went fairly well. I had gotten some other estimates & while they were slightly cheaper, they didn't seem to demonstrate a lot of experience compared to this company. I felt assured that they knew how to handle these older, odd sized doors. He came out (had to reschedule the estimate 1 time, but called promptly) and measured and we placed the order right then. He said they would call the following Thursday when the door came in. I didn't hear from them that day so I called, and it turns out they hadn't gotten to calling me yet. We scheduled an install day and set a time frame. They were over an hour late to the install, so I called and they said they were just going to call. The install looks amazing and they caulked around the frame (even came back another day to finish it) and cut new base board since the current one was rotted. I am extremely impressed with how well it fits and works! My only complaint would be the scheduling hassles, but work quality is great!

They did a great job. We called them in the morning and they were able to come out that afternoon. It was not an emergency but we appreciated the quick response.

They were honest and told me I didn't need a new deadbolt. He tuned up the lock because I was having trouble turning it for a much smaller price than replacing the deadbolt. I'd highly recommend them to others! They also fixed my storm door for me.

I contacted the company and we set the appointment time. Bob arrived on time and completed the work in short order. The lock was fairly "stiff" but workable. He also provided good advice on some other locks in the house at no additional cost.

It went very well. Broad Ripple Lock came over to survey the situation and advised installing deadbolt lock in door from garage into house to replace chain safety lock.

Scheduled conveniently -- gave 30-minute lead time to get home from office. Locksmith was there when I arrived, did the work quickly and efficiently. Was prepared and had the parts needed on hand.

I think they did everything well. Came when they said they would - charged the minimum price - and were very nice and professional.

They showed up on schedule and did the job. Several days later we noted the front door knob was not working properly. We called and they returned quickly and fixed the knob without charging us.

First of all, I am embarrassed to admit, I locked myself out of the house, so the locksmith had to pick the lock to let us in. After that, he quickly changed two of the locks, but the third one turned out to be a problem. It is an antique mortise lock that someone else had tampered with and damaged, and the locksmith had to order a part. The part came in within a few days. They returned when it was convenient for me and finished repairing the lock with some difficulty. It is now working perfectly. The locksmiths were personable, gracious (especially when I locked us out of the house), and very knowledgeable about their trade. They arrived on time and best of all, the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them highly.

They arrived within the two hour window they scheduled. They had the job done in ten minutes. There was NO CHARGE! They had repaired this lock previously (the key had broken off in the lock), but I certainly did not expect a free call.

Excellent service. Called before arrival, arrived within scheduled window, performed work promptly and took the initiative to lubricate the locks, which weren't in the best condition.
