I was very impressed with their communication. They answer the phone when I call - no auto-attendant. They call before arrival, and arrived on time. Wore foot coverings! And provided a free inspection. During the inspection identified the the signs I saw were probably from a time before the home s last treatment. I didn t even it had been treated before. They showed me evidence it had. They recommend we watch for termite activity (which they didn t expect we would see) and if we thought there was an issue, we could call for another free inspection. That is a high integrity inspector!! 5 stars to him, and 5 stars to the company fire hiring top shelf employees!!
