I called Black Diamond to check the outside of my home. They confirmed the appt multiple times, even moving me up in their list, and the tech arrived on time. He did a thorough inspection and, (I know this will be surprising) because he did not find any damage or evidence either inside, in my basement or the around the foundation, the tech did not try to sell me any treatment or "protection" plan. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of this firm and will use them again.
