The whole experience was incredible. Very easy, and I got the work done within a week of purchase. They did a great job! I will definitely use them again.

They did a wonderful job. I came home from being out of town last night and I was very pleased with the services. My house looked thoroughly cleaned and we will use them in the future.

Excellent. They really do clean top to bottom. Wood floors were hand washed. They cleaned tops of cabinets, vacuumed drapes, did base boards + all other regular cleaning. Very flexible. Did a great job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal. But when I inquired about having my house cleaned bi weekly I was quoted $160 per cleaning. My house is a 3 bedroom ranch-no basement and there are only 2 adults living there. I thought the price was way too much. But I liked the "deal"

Be Clean's owner called me yesterday to schedule the cleaning time. It turns out that Angie's List voucher purchasers are done first and there is no negotiation on time in the day, so if that doesn't work for you, this may not be the best option. Three ladies arrived around 8:30 and I showed them my list of priorities, since my house was in dire need of a very thorough cleaning after some major decluttering and recent home improvements. They went straight to work and required no interference from me. Close to an hour before their ending time, I checked on their progress, as my family room had not yet been touched and I wanted to make sure it made the list. Good thing, since they didn't realize there was another room left! The family room was a bit of a hurried job, and while some dusting and vacuuming was done, they did not do the ceiling fan, light fixtures or any shelves on my built-ins above the second shelf. Also I think the vacuum had had enough, since there was a lot of residual debris left behind when they left the room. So I will be redoing this room, unfortunately. They did a few other things afterwards, so I don't believe it was a time issue. The other rooms all seemed much cleaner and I am overall satisfied. ETA: As I've gone throughout my day, I've found a few other issues that were rather inconvenient such as the cleaning crew threw away our collection of clipped box tops that were being saved that were in a very neat pile on a counter (talk about frustrating!), internet routers, and cable boxes were unplugged and left that way, practically empty trash bags were removed from trash cans (our trash was just emptied last night), but not replaced, and then all trash collected from the cleaning was just left in a bag on the swing glider on my front porch. A little more care and effort needs to be exerted on behalf of the crew members.

When I spoke with the office manager I indicated I wanted to get them set up on a recurring schedule - every other Friday - and any hours I didn't use from the package, I wanted to use on future cleanings. She told me the crew was scheduled to arrive between 12:45 and 1:45 and they would be accompanied by an estimator who could tell me how much to expect the cleanings will cost. They called me at 12:15 to say they were at my house. I left work in a hurry to get there to meet them at 12:30. The crew had four people and they cleaned until 2pm (10 man hours total). I didn't know who was who, and figured one of them was the estimator. I showed them around the house and indicated the rooms I didn't need cleaned (two bedrooms). I worked from home while they cleaned. When they were done, I asked how many hours I'd be charged for and they said I'd need to talk to the office about that. The office just called to tell me the estimator wasn't able to come out on Friday and they wanted to schedule a different appointment for that. I pointed out I thought it was a bit peculiar to schedule an estimate AFTER the work had been done. I asked if they could just calculate the # of hours it took on Friday and go from that. At that time, I asked about using the balance of my hours package on our next cleaning and that's when I was informed of the requirement all 15 hours be used in the same day. I know now that this detail IS contained in the fine print of the Angie's List Big Deal, however I am disappointed that B Clean had at least two opportunities to make the policy clear to me and did not - the first chance was when I called to schedule and I said I planned to use unused hours towards future cleanings. The second time was when they should have sent their estimator out. Had that happened, I imagine we would have gotten around to the detail about needing to do all 15 hours in one day. Bottomline is, if I had known we needed to do all 15 hours in one day, I would have asked them to clean the extra two bedrooms, and more of the basement. When I asked for a refund of the 5 unused hours, I was told they couldn't do that because it's against policy. When I asked to have a crew come out and clean for 5 hours, they said it's against policy and cannot do that either. I asked if they were willing to throw away all our future business over 5 hours and she said, "Yes." Terribly disappointing. Especially since we were really pleased with the work their crew did. I guess it's my lesson learned to always read the Angie's List Big Deal print, even on the mobile app. You know what else is in the B Clean Big Deal fine print? It says windows aren't included, but they did wash some of ours, so apparently the fine print applies when it suits them. UPDATE: Just read B Clean's response below. It's an accurate timeline minus a couple details. (We never claimed rooms were "missed.") They did call June 8th, sure, 3 days after the work. But they provide no explanation or defense. This boils down to terrible communication and terrible customer service. B Clean deflects responsibility over the estimate which is apparently some other company they hire out? (Still your responsibility.) They don't deny anything that happened, including audaciously dismissing our concerns. And, in the end, they refused to work with the Angie's List Resolution process. That's my biggest issue. They'll advertise with Angie's List. Sell through Angie's List, but won't work with Angie's List. All I can say is Buyer Beware!

They had four women that came out and they cleaned our house from top to bottom-it is a two storey house. We were having a family gathering and they cleaned everything.

When we were trying to schedule the big deal, I had to request a reschedule several times to due to last-minute conflicts with my work schedule. While I will have to have a firm chat with my boss about asking me to travel with 12-hour notice, B Clean went above and beyond to reschedule our appointment twice without issue. This is actually the second time we have had B Clean at our house, and that might be part of why they were so flexible. I don't know, but I appreciated their flexibility a great deal. The cleaning staff showed up a few minutes early to the house, and went right to work. The first time we had them out, they cleaned the main and upper floor in 10 hours. This week they tackled the main, upper, and basement in just about 14 hours. I did a quick walk through of the house, asked them to clean one or two things one more time (we had a LOT of dust buildup since the last cleaning), and then it was done!

Business owner was on premises to both clean and oversee crew. I was very pleased and would highly recommend.

They did a fabulous job. I noticed how clean it smelled and also noticed that all the bathroom and sink fixtures were so shiny. They even cleaned my laundry room floor which I didn't even mention. They seemed to get ALOT done in the short time they were there.

When I walked in I was amazed at the great job they had done. Im 100% happy and surprised at how good they made it look. I will be using this company for all my future cleaning needs.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! I was purchasing a home and wanted to have the "3 hour" move in special. I scheduled for an estimate, but when my closing date was moved, I had to call to reschedule with B Clean. I NEVER got through to anyone so I had to leave a message. I called every day, sometimes multiple times per day, to reschedule. Finally, on my move-in day, I was able to reach Bruce who told me he got my message, but apparently didn't care enough about my business to call me back for a reschedule (should have been a clue to me). He said he was able to schedule me for "around 3pm" the next day and sent me an email that I couldn't open to schedule the service and reserve my time. I couldn't open his attachment so I called, about 100 times, to try and have them send me a new link so that I could reserve this time. Finally, I was able to get ahold of Bruce who confirmed, again, that I was scheduled for 3pm that day. After I pre-paid for the service, the crew was 1 hour and 15 minutes late, and I had to call to find out where they were. No one called to let me know where these people where. Like I had time to stand around and wait while i was trying to move in!?!? Finally, crew shows up, takes 15 minutes to unload, we left them alone for the second half of the clean -- BIG MISTAKE. We arrived about 15 minutes before they were supposed to leave and they were already packing up! We found SOO many areas untouched or only half-way completed. I called the owner, Bruce, about 3 times before he finally called me back. When I explained that it was unacceptable to be and hour and 15 minutes late without notice, do a mediocre job and short me 30 minutes of clean time, he basically called me a liar and refused to make it right. I would have been happy with a simple 1 hour clean, but no, nothing! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN!

Cleaners initially did a good job cleaning my house but week by week they would clean less, only what they thought I would notice. For example, dusting the nightstands but not the lamps, vacuuming the center of the room but not edges or walk in closets or under light objects like my kids' bean bag chairs or barstools. They would clean the front edge of toilets but not the back that you can see when the toilet lid is closed. They weren't cleaning behind the sink faucets, only the edges of the sink that are more visible. I am not referring to missing a little spot occasionally (which is completely understandable on a big house), but week after week not bothering to completely clean. I had complained months ago and the owner sent management to oversee the cleaning, which was the best cleaning I have ever had in any of my houses. The minute no one is watching, they don't do the complete job. I complained again but did not receive much follow up or improvement. My house was pretty gross after they left the last time since the toilets hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks and there is dust everywhere. I will have to pay another company to do a deep clean before starting a regular schedule. My weekly cleaning fee was very similar to what other companies quoted, I had chose B Clean because of the excellent Angie's list reviews.

I left right after they came. When I returned I was pleasantly surprised. My house was refreshingly clean. They had a lot to do and overall did a good job . They did miss one big cobweb in dining room, but I can't really fault them for that. The only thing odd was that a lot of my coffee cups were rearranged in my cabinet and I think they used my Keurig. Not that big of a deal, but just a little unusual.

It is a two bedroom and two bathroom apartment. They were great. They were very professional. It is awkward because I have an apartment and they were useful. It was great service. I used them twice and they were great both times.

It went really well. Bruce was very helpful and worked with us on scheduling.

We've used the same company twice. We used them in the summer and in the fall. The first crew was better than the second crew. The second crew was okay. They weren't as thorough as the firs crew. The big deal was good. It would have been $300. I have a two story house. There were places where there were cobwebs and they missed them. They missed the tops of the cabinets. They were nice, polite, and things like that. They didn't clean the floor thoroughly. They were here about three hours. I don't care about the price if they do the work. I don't know if i got what I paid for.

They are very good at cleaning the house. We have had some issues with scheduling / arrival time but the owner has promised to address that moving forward. The only other problem we've had are the creation of some slippery spots on our hardwood floors. I'm not sure what they're using on the floors to make this happen, but I almost took a spill on one the other day.

Very Well. Took a while for us to communicate and secure a date. Once we were able to lock down a date, everything was great.
