B Clean Services

Went pretty well, they arrived on time and most spoke Spanish so had to communicate with the supervisor. Which was not a problem. There was 5 or 6 people. They were fast and efficient, there was some lack of attention to detail and things were missed. But overall they did good. This was not a deep cleaning, but did get the cobwebs and etc.

The team arrived promptly and listened to direction of what I wanted cleaned. They got right to work. They worked top to bottom starting with the spider webs and finishing with the floors. I was pleasantly surprised to even have the glass on my storm doors cleaned. I was happy with the results. I would hire them again.

The staff showed up on time. Looked clean and well groomed. Introduced themselves and we discussed what needed to be done. They got right to work. They started at the top with cob webs and proceeded to work their way down to the floors. I was even surprised to have them clean the glass on the storm entry doors and sidelite. I will use them again.

Great! So nice have the whole house clean at the same time.

First interaction was messaging Bruce to request an estimate for our home. He promptly responded and I called him directly to setup a time for him to stop by our home. He was timely and professional. Corresponded via email with his estimate and we placed a deposit for our cleaning. Later scheduled us via email. His team came over today. About 5 ladies and a team lead. They immediately went to work starting at 8am. The team leader was very nice and introduced herself to us. My husband stayed home for the remainder of the cleaning. When I returned after work we both agreed that the house just smells clean! We have a golden retriever and the dog hair was removed and dust taken care of. I was most satisfied with the light fixtures and fans. We are happy with the results and it's exactly what we needed with our new baby here.

Excellent. These cleaners were very thorough, required no direction and did more than I would have ever thought of asking for. They did a great job. They get an 'A+' in my mind. I will definitely use them again!

The cleaning crew of 5 arrived on time and as scheduled. They got to work right away. Vacuumed rugs, mopped hardwoods, dusted furniture, cleaned bathrooms. Bruce, the owner, even stopped by to check on the progress. The crew was friendly and efficient. They did a great job and would definitely recommend them.

I received really great service from this company. I have purchased several "Big Deals" for housekeeping in the past, with varying results, but this was by far the best experience, in terms of quality, professionalism, and responsiveness. Five ladies showed up right on time (one of them was the owner's mother, and they left three hours later. While here, they worked hard the entire time. They did just an exceptional job. They completed everything on my list (which I thought would be impossible), and did it well, and then continued to find things to clean and organize until they left. My wife has always been skeptical when I have had this done in the past, but this time, it really made a difference. I'd do this again and again, on a regular basis. I can't recommend this company highly enough, and I'm saying that because it's absolutely true. When they showed up, our large house was in serious need of a cleaning, and when the left, our house looked great.

The five ladies came in and took care of business. They did a wonderful job. I will never understand how they get rid of hard water spots so thoroughly! I look forward to working with them again. Bruce, the company owner, was also quite responsive and personally saw that the work was scheduled and completed successfully.

Bruce and his crew were great. I couldn't be there personally so Bruce called and texted me and talked to my mom to know everything I wanted. The house looked better than new when the cleaners finished! Bruce was incredibly understanding of my needs and kept in touch after the services to make sure everything was okay. I want Bruce to clean my new house too!

The house had not been thoroughly cleaned for 6 months due to illness. 5 women, over 4 hours transformed the house literally. I could not have been happier or more impressed with the ease of doing business and quality of the cleaning.

Five ladies showed up, right on time and cleaned, polished, scrubbed for 3 hours. I was extremely pleased with the result. I work from home so was a little concerned about interruptions, but they could not have been less disruptive to my day. I would definitely recommend them.

This was a big deal purchase. They were awful; I would not have them back. They didn't finish the job. They had a whole group of people and almost none of them spoke English. I could not communicate with any of them. They were so focused on the amount of time that they were taking to clean. I can't remember how many hours were covered in the deal. But when that specific amount of time was up they were out of here and would not even listen to us trying to tell them that they had not finished the work. It was really a shoddy job. Even in places where they did do the work it was not good. I have not had them back obviously since then. They did not charge me anything extra. The price was really good, but I give them a D for the value of work I got. They came when they were supposed to and they responded to scheduling the appointment and everything when I called, but obviously when they got here they could not communicate with me and that was a problem.The initial responsiveness was okay.

It was a big deal purchase. It was fine. It was three women for three hours. The price was whatever the big deal was for.

It went okay. They cleaned most of the parts of the house that I identified that I wanted cleaned. Their vacuuming was sub-par. When the time was up, they left. No follow up from anyone asking how it went.

Very impressed! We bought a deal for 10 hours of housecleaning. A team of 5 arrived exactly on time. In two hours every inch of our house was clean. They even washed the floors and baseboards. I will use them again. Very pleased with the work and their professionalism.

At on-site visit was promised an emailed estimate within 24 hours. Company never followed up despite my effort to contact it. How odd -- and what a waste of my time.

I got treated like a V. I. P.! The crew of 5 spent every minute of the time working to make my house look amazing. My home is huge and 100 years old , with lots of fussy wood work that like to attract dust , three floors of it. I was amazed at how these B Clean folks covered every inch, they detailed my house not just cleaned it. I requested a return service on the spot.
