I was very impressed with the quality and professionalism of the cleaning crew. The bathrooms were spotless, and the wood floor was cleaner than I have ever seen it before.

I bought the big deal but I wasn't expecting much since I have had cleaning services before. The appointment was easy and it was all made via email since that is what I requested. Bruce was able to get me in a few days later. They did arrive about 10 min late but Bruce did warn me that they may arrive a little late depending on traffic in my area which can get bad at times. I was not home when they cleaned so I just left them a list. The accomplished everything on my list plus extras that I didn't even ask for. I suspected that if I wasn't going to be home that they may skimp but I think they actually got more done than I expected. I will be sure to use them again!

I was fairly disappointed. It was difficult to make an appointment with them (partially my fault, a lot theirs). They showed up on time, and started on the list of work that I gave them. But I felt like I needed to be there to make sure they didn't do cleaning that wasn't specified. For example, I wanted to focus on cleaning the floors but twice they started dusting the lighting fixtures (not on my list). Then I had to loan them my broom. It was a great price for a "big deal" but not a great value. The cleaning they did was fine.

After the emptying, all floors, all rooms, all windows, ceilings, ceiling fixtures, kitchen cabinets and counter tops surfaces needed that extra spark for the real estate listing. The cleaning crew consisted of four very efficient young ladies who did an amazing job. The company owner came while the cleaning was underway to make sure I was satisfied with the way things were going. Everybody was nice and polite and I was very happy with having selected this company. The house was really sparkling!

First time we used B Cleaning my wife was astonished at how counters/appliances sparkled and wood shined - she remarked that these ladies did better job than anyone we have used in past. Meticulous attention to details - removed and replaced all items from shelves to dust, cleaned tops of cabinets, appliances/plants, baseboards, etc. Exactly what we wanted. Place felt like new again. 5 ladies in house for 2-3 hours - good sized 2 story house w/basement. We have recently decided to start using B Cleaning for regular bi-weekly cleanings now as well. Highly recommend Bruce's company.

The service was okay. The work was good but I would not use them again.

Cleaning performed to a high standard. Most importantly - they can be trusted with the key to the house.

I was not happy with them. There was very little effort put into cleaning. It was not satisfactory.

It was great from top to bottom. They were very responsive and thorough with the cleaning.

B Clean is great. House is always clean & orderly. Used them about 6 months every other week.

B clean is always on time and can be trusted to work in the house with or without us there. They are reasonably priced for the great quality of work they do. They are very friendly but not to distracted from the job at hand.

He does residential and commercial cleaning. Before we had our first session, the owner came out and went over my house. I had a Big Deal and he said that we could start out with the Deal rates per hour and he would do a thorough cleaning as a base and then he’d give me a discounted price if I signed up for a cleaning on a monthly basis. So I did. Four to six people come in to do the job and the house just shines. The kitchen is so clean you can have an operation in there. Then they do the bathrooms and they make those hospital-fresh. They do the sweeping and the cobwebs and if you have light fixtures they clean the glass globes. All the cabinets get washed down and they run the sweepers in the hard spots. They really know how to do it. If I have a problem, the owner will make it right. When they come in, if I have a problem area, I tell them and they take care of it. I turn around and it’s done. We wouldn’t have a relationship if I didn’t like them. I figured if a guy was able to please businesses, his performance must be a cut above. Plus, he’s invested in the equipment and training people. Every time they go out, they represent him and he did it right.

When the ladies arrived only one spoke English. I showed them the areas that I wanted to clean and they immediately got to work. Because I was on an important phone call I couldn't inspect the work prior to them leaving. I just glanced and they were on their way. After they left I found dirty dishes had been left inside the stove and several dirty dishes were left on the counter top. So, after paying for cleaning services I still had a sink full of dishes to clean, plus they didn't wipe down my daughters high chair, the microwave, or other surfaces within the kitchen. I am very picky and it wasnt cleaned to my standard. When I think of cleaning I wipe down the walls, and all surfaces located in the area. The bathroom was okay, still the walls had not been wiped down and the floors didn't look as clean as Ive made them. On a positive note, The owner was very nice and did allow me to use my coupon that was expired. He worked with me to get scheduled. He was very professional and accomodating and I really appreciated that aspect.

I thought they were very thorough and went right to work when arriving. In terms of punctuality, they were right on time.

Everything looks really good. In (1) hour, there were 4 women that did alot of cleaning and I will be calling them in the future. They are very professional and cordial.

I thought the initial the estimate for our first deep cleaning was a little high until after they were done. He sent a small "army" of very hard workers that had exceptional atttention to detail attributes. This was a gift for my wife who was nothing short of amazed when she came home after a long day of work to see a sparkling clean house. I am looking forward to hopefully a long standing service relationship with this company.The only reason they got a low mark on responsiveness was due to the fact I had to contact them to confirm appointment time. An email confirming date and time a few days prior to coming to the house would have been my best option. Thanks a ton for all your hard work!!

I didn't know how long it would take. They got everything done that I wanted them to. They were able to work around my schedule. They did everything that I asked them and even used some special cleaners. They were very friendly and worked hard.

They did an excellent job. They cleaned the bathrooms and the kitchen. They worked hard. They were with their hands and knees pointing the floor. They did do a good job. They were very respectful. The guy in charge whose name was Bruce was really very nice. He explained what he was going to do. I was very pleased. I would definitely recommend them. They did what they said they were going to do for that price. They first said that four people would come, but three people came and they stayed for an extra 20 minutes. They were good for the deal they said they had. They were overwhelmed with the response they had and they really tried to fit me in. They did come a little late. I think they got lost. I will definitely use them in the future if needed.

3 people came promptly at appointment time. They arrived precisely at appointment time and finished precisely at end time. It was to be 4 people for 1 hour to equal 4 man hours of work. 3 people worked 1 hr 20 minutes. I was asked to prioritize my list so the most important tasks got done. Everyone worked continuously and efficiently. I stayed in sunroom out of way but within reach for questions, etc. I felt very comfortable with the workers in my home. They were professional, friendly, hard working. Since I had not had my home cleaned by a service before I wasn't sure what to expect and I was pleased. I tried this through Angie's Big Deal. My home sparkled when they left. My only complaint is that my back brush in my master shower was broken while shower was being cleaned. Bruce showed it to me and said he would leave me some $ to replace it. Not sure if he forgot but didn't actually do that. However, overall we were so pleased that we bought another hour of service for our Mom for Christmas.

It was good and I was pretty much satisfied. The scheduling was easy. Their quick response was nice and we could come up with a schedule that works for both. They came on time. There was a team of four people, and so instead of four hours, they finished it in one hour. It was well done.

Bruce and the B-Clean crew did an OUTSTANDING job on our home! This place is sparkling!!! I'm one of the toughest critics of clean (I'm a VIRGO) and I'm speechless about how clean this place looks and feels. WOW! Would DEFINITELY recommend B-Clean.

With a three person cleaning crew the house was cleaned for 1 hour and 20 minutes (4 hours combined) for $89. In the rooms they hit, they did a good job. However, they missed the major areas of the house including the main living area, dining room, laundry rooms and multiple bedrooms. In comparison to Maid Pros who had two maids for two hours, they were able to do a deep clean top to bottom for $130. Prior to their coming into the home, the house was picked up and there was very little that could have slowed the maids down. For $89 it was okay. For four hours of work, they didn't do nearly as much as I thought they should. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for and I think we got $89 worth of maid service. In my mind it was nothing better or worse than average. The $130 I spent with Maid Pros was a better per dollar spend than B Clean.

They did a great job. They’ve been flexible with their timing. I would definitely recommend them to the others. I signed up with them to keep coming back and I think the price was about a $100. I don’t have a whole lot to compare their prices to. I have signed up with them to come out once a month at least, that’s for a while and I don’t know how long I’ll do that for. I will use their services again in the future.

I was so happy with the end result that I was almost in tears. Bruce and the crew had been extremely busy with the response from the Big Deal so it did take some time to initially get in touch with him but he was extremely responsive as soon as I did. We scheduled a time and date for the crew to come to the apartment for the cleaning - Wednesday between 8 and 8:30am. On Wednesday at 8:30 I received a call and the crew was outside. I met them and went over my main concerns for the apartment and asked that they lock up when they were finished and slide the key under the door as I had to run off to work. They were extremely friendly and professional. I work long hours and when I left work I had a voicemail from Bruce checking in to see how everything went. I got home and was absolutely floored with how clean the apartment was. Even my boyfriend who cannot tell the difference between a month of grime build up and a spotless apartment was amazed (I think they finally got him to understand what I'm talking about when I mean "clean"). The ladies did a phenomenal job and it looked as though they went out of their way to go above and beyond, which they certainly did. I called Bruce and left a babbling voicemail with how please I was at the service. I hope to hire B Clean services for occasional cleaning in the future.
