The team of 5 women worked efficiently and quickly cleaning my house from top to bottom. My goal was to have it deep dusted, but they were able to do that and more! They cleaned my bathrooms and kitchen as well. They were very thorough!

It was absolutely wonderful. The girls were fast and so effecient. They cleaned ceiling fans that had not been cleaned in years, washed window sills, washed trim boards, mirrors, light fixtures over bathroom sink, mopped floors etc. It was so nice to have a super cleaning that I physicially cannot do. I loved the idea of 5 people in one hour, gets it done and overwith. Staff was very nice and friendly, willing to do whatever I needed done. Would highly recommend this group.

I was so impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism and friendliness of the cleaning crew who cleaned our home. They were the best cleaning service I've ever had! The crew ended up being 3 women (instead of the 5 advertised) but I was told as soon as they arrived that they would work 1 hr 40 mins instead of 1 hour. They were able to give the house a top to bottom cleaning within that time frame. If this could be considered a negative, I found the only one was trying to keep me and our dog out of their way. :-) If the weather had been warmer I could have gone outside.

WOW!!! The B clean team just left and all I can say is WOW!! They arrived on time and the crew went to work. It was a flurry of activity as they attacked upstairs and down. All clean in one hour -- it was amazing!! They were neatly dressed in uniforms, polite and very hardworking. I am so glad I found these folks through an Angie's List Deal. I can't wait to have them back! You will be very pleased with B clean, I am sure.

We met for an initial meeting to discuss what I was interested in having cleaned. We discussed what the cleaning crew would focus on. I was then sent a proposal and scheduled my appointment. After my first cleaning, I thoroughly inspected the house and made a list of somethings that I would like to be addressed the next time. Bruce was very respectful of my requests and made a point of following up with me about them. He is easy to communicate with and very accessible. The cleaning crew does a great job!

I purchased the "Big Deal" coupon for 5 hours of deep cleaning for $105. I really needed the baseboards in my house cleaned. SIX ladies showed up and went straight to work. The owner (Bruce) had asked me to have a short wish list of cleaning jobs ready for their arrival. He also called at mid-day to tell me they would be a bit later than we originally discussed. The ladies showed up at the new time, ready to go. They spread out through the house and scrubbed baseboards. One, worked on scrubbing the inside of my double wall ovens, since "ovens" were on my wish list (the self-cleaning function has ceased working in these 17 yr-old ovens). I saw the ladies wipe down door frames and window frames and sills as they worked on the baseboards in each room (YAY!). They were non-stop for the 50 minutes they were here. I'm glad I had moved the furniture away from the walls for them, so there was nothing to slow them down! Very happy with their work. I will be calling them for a regular appointment.

Scheduling the housecleaning was a breeze. Despite giving detailed driving directions to the person confirming the appointment, the crew could not find my home (which is in a subdivision). They contacted me by phone from down the road for further directions. Consequently, they arrived late. The crew interacted minimally with me probably because all were likely non-English speaking aside from the Crew Leader who translated my instructions to the crew. They did not offer one person for four hours of work which was fine. I was told they would provide a crew of four people to work one hour. The crew cleaned fairly well. The problem I had was with the crew leader. I specifically asked that the plant shelf be dusted in my home. I made sure to communicate that over the phone along with other instructions when I made the phone call to book the appointment. The crew Leader stopped the crew after 45 minutes of work rather than 1 hour. Essentially, the other 15 minutes equates to 1 full hour of work. The plant shelf could have been dusted in less than 30 minutes yet the crew leader indicated they were out of time and could not do the plant shelf (which involved a ladder). I was not sure she understood my directions well but was otherwise satisfied with the work. I did ask them to please complete the job but was told it would cost extra and they had other clients to see to. i provided the Crew Leader with a $20 bill (for a $5 tip to each of the crew members) as I did not have change to hand the tips out to each one myself. The rest of the crew did not witness me give the crew leader the $20 bill and I had a gut feeling that they probably would not have received the tip from me via the crew leader. I considered contacting the company to ask and ensure the women received the tip but I chocked the whole thing up to a bad experience and didn't pursue it further. I will not use this company again. I do not recommend using this company. The appearance and behavior indicated the Crew Leader wanted to do the bare minimum in the least amount of time possible never mind the Angie's List Deal I had purchased.

I bought an Angie's List deal with B Clean Services. The ladies who came to my home were so polite and efficient. They were in and out in one hour flat. I am very particular and usually clean my own home thoroughly. They did an excellent job and I will use them again and highly recommend them.

Their was a language problem and overall I was not so happy. After they left I had to go back and complete some of the work.

I paid for four hours of housecleaning and had four workers come to the house for a full hour. I had a list ready to go and they got right to work. They did everything on the list and asked for more when there was still a little time left. Very good work. I would use them again.

GREAT JOB FROM TOP TO BOTTOM, START TO FINISH

I was very impressed with this company. I bought an Angie's List deal for $99. They were very prompt and responsive when it came to scheduling. I knew they would be busy but they worked with me to get the work done in a timely manner. On the scheduled day the ladies showed up on time and got right to work. They did a tremendous job and used every minute of the hour to get as much done as possible. They brought their own ladders and got the ceiling fans and light fixtures and vents. I was very pleased with the result. I gave them a B instead of an A for professionalism ONLY because the ladies spoke very limited English. This was not a problem for this job but if I had special instructions or questions or concerns in the future the communication might be a problem (although one that I am sure could be worked around). I know that the cleaning without the Angie's List deal will naturally be much more expensive but they did such a great job they will be worth it and I will absolutely be calling them again.

The team washed all my kitchen cabinets, polished all my furniture, cleaned the blinds, vacuumed the cat hair off the beds, cleaned the bathrooms, dusted absolutely everything and cleaned all my hardwood floors, even under the beds and dressers.

They did an amazing job! Did deep cleaning of light fixtures, ceiling fans, baseboards, kitchen cabinets, dusting etc. In addition they did the regular cleaning of my home. They were on time, very thorough, did a great job.

ONLY complaint I have is that 4 Spanish speaking ladies showed up at my house and they spoke no English. I wish I had been notified in advance that this was going to be the case. It made communicating what we wanted done impossible, I was able to go to Google translate and print out my instructions in Spanish. This is a failing on the part of the owner, not the ladies who did the cleaning. Once they understood my instructions, they did a fabulous job. Never saw the appliances looking so new. We have never been able to get the glass shower door surfaces as clean as they did.

We have used them twice since then. They always do a good job. They are professional, polite and on time.

Bruce was able to send people to my house to clean on the same day that I called. Five people worked for one hour to clean what I needed clean. They brought all the needed supplies. The ladies were very thorough. Great job. I will call them again.

Noticed the Big Deal promotion, and contacted b Clean via email. I received a prompt response back from Bruce, the owner of the company. Bruce and I emailed back and forth a number of times, and we finally got a date set for 1 hour of house cleaning. The ladies came to the home, and were on time, and contacted me by phone to let me know they were on their way. Bruce asked us to have a list of services that we wanted done within the hour and have it ready for them when they arrived. When the five ladies arrived, they went over the list and immediately started working. The amount of work they completed was simply amazing. They not only were extremely efficient, but VERY thorough. This was the first time we've had our home professionally cleaned, and we are now wondering why we don't have it more often. Honestly, the work they did was awesome. They also brought all the supplies necessary, and took the trash with them. The rooms also smelled extremely clean. I would highly recommend this service.
