Everything went fine. They were punctual and friendly.

It turned out great. They did a great job. They cleaned bathrooms and I believe they did windows. It was the first time we used them. They just did everything we asked. We thought they did a great job. I don't think there was anything bad about at all. They did exactly what they offered and did it in a timely manner and even actually stayed a little later, but without any extra cost. There were five people that came and did the job. I would use them again.

I gave a cleaning gift certificate to a client as a house warming gift. The client said they did a wonderful job and thought it was great coming home to a sparkling clean home.

I have been charged for the windows to be cleaned already, and the work has not been re-done. I have not heard from them to come back out and finish the job.

Bruce Lewallen came to my home to describe what would happen with the coupon and to evaluate my home. He said he would get back to me but he never did. He was professional when he was here but he lacked follow up.

The team of 5 very professional and polite ladies literally cleaned my house from top to bottom with great attention to detail. I purchased a deal on Angie's List for 5 hours of deep cleaning for the house we moved from so that the new owners would be welcomed with a fresh new home. I then asked the owner, Bruce, to come to my new home for a quote for bi-weekly cleaning services and was quite impressed with the array of services included in the typical visit, as it was more of what I was lead to believe to be a DETAIL clean. I was certainly happy with the quote he provided and signed up. Today, his team showed up and I am really blown away! The ladies were just awesome! Not only did they completely detail my home top to bottom, they were happy, friendly, spoke very highly of their boss and company and checked in with me to ensure what they were doing was what I wanted. My expectations are very high and I never expected the level of quality I received today! Hats off to BClean!!!!!

I purchased 5 hours of Deep Cleaning for $105 from B Clean off of Angie's Big Deal. Bruce brought in his crew of 5 ladies for an hour. He did a walk through with me and then assigned each lady to an area. They cleaned everything...............even the light fixtures in the bathroom! They did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend B Clean.

A team of cleaners arrives every week and cleans everything. The house has never been so clean. They do a great job. It is quick because there are several of them at a time.

I just moved in to a new house so I needed a lot of cleaning. So, they came out and I ended up spending $270 more. I think I paid a little bit too much money for that cleaning service. I was happy with results, it was fine.

Five Spanish-speaking women arrived to clean. They each went in different directions in my house. At the end of one hour I was frustrated because only one of the women spoke English, so I could not communicate instructions with the other four. The jobs I specifically asked for were not done. My house looked the same as when they arrived. The lady who cleaned my kitchen left chocolate ice cream drips in the middle of my counter. I found one cleaner looking in my bathroom mirror and adjusting her hair style. I was not pleased with their work. I also found the owner aggressive and inconsiderate when I complained to him.

Purchased a Big deal for B Clean Services. Had them clean the house. The house looks great, literally spotless. The cleaning staff was very friendly and did an excellent job.

It went well. Three ladies arrived as scheduled and did a good job of cleaning the house--deep cleaning.

I had a very good expereice with Bruce and his crew. Very responsive, works fairly with scheduling and open to take feedback. Deep cleaning was awesome. I was very satisfied. I used to be on 4 week schedule, but decided to go bi-weekly and its working great and minimizing the inbetween cleaning that I need to do. In the regular cleanings if I saw something not right or needs more attention, Bruce would take the feedback and do the nessasary. The only thing I am not happy is that the crew sometimes changes, it will be nice to have the same folks do it as they will know the house better and can do a good job.

I had bought this deal of 4 house of house cleaning. A crew of 5 arrived and cleaned the house for 45 mins and they got to all the areas I have requested to be cleaned and even more. Awesome job, crew was very active and efficient. Arrived on time and quicked completed.

Thi was a good Big Deal. They did great work. They showed up on time and were very professional.

Four ladies were sent to my house to clean. I bought the Angies big deal to get my house ready to list for sale. The team did a walk through to understand what I wanted done and then got to work right away. They worked very hard and got the job done in the time alloted.

As above, I had to tell them in detail what I wanted cleaned as opposed to the company telling me what was involved in a deep clean.

Bruce was to contact me early in the scheduled week, to narrow down the time window. I never heard from him. I left message late afternoon of 5/7/2013, explaining that I expected them to arrive sometime in the afternoon 5/8/2013 and was seeking a narrower time-window if possible. His voice-mail outgoing message stated I would be called back before the end of the day. I was never called. I called again the next morning, 5/8/2013 and again left a message. I also tried to get through a few more times, but he never answered the phone. He never called back. No one ever showed up. Unfortunate, and annoying, as we had to work around some unanticipated scheduling issues so that I could be there the entire afternoon -- which I was.

If they say 1.5 hours that is exactly what you will get. They did a good job but I would not use them again.

Bruce Lewallen of B Clean Services was very professional and easys to work with. The three young ladies arrived on time and were more than willing to make this cleaning service a great experience. They worked hard the whole time they were here. I would recommend this company and their employees very highly.

After reading good reviews, I contacted Bruce to set up an initial deep clean and biweekly cleanings following. As promised he returned my phone call by that evening. He came by two days later to scan through my house and then sent me a proposal that evening. I agreed to the proposal and had my first cleaning the following Thursday (he had the exact available time I wanted: Thursday morning, done by noon). Four women arrived right during the 1-hour time window stated, and met my toddler son and my dog. They were totally OK with my dog being loose during the cleaning (she is afraid of cleaning equipment and just hides and naps somewhere else). They immediately split up and took over the house! I could tell they were accustomed to working as a team. I had to leave 45 minutes into the cleaning to take my toddler to a class, but when I returned, they were gone and the house looked and smelled wonderful. They got the baseboards, windowsills, tops of appliances, the stainless steel in the kitchen, and even touched up some of the windows even though I'd told Bruce it wasn't necessary (my toddler and dog smudge them 10 minutes after they're washed). :) They washed the hardwood floors, vacuumed the carpets and rugs, and dusted mantels and shelves and tabletops. They dust the plantation shutters every time, not just for a deep clean - awesome. The last cleaning service we had, to get the house ready for us to move in, left streaks and smudges on the mirrors, but these girls left the mirrors absolutely spotless (and they are BIG). They even emptied all the trash when they were done. I am very pleased with their work and will be continuing service with B Clean. I have never had a regular cleaning service before - what a treat to come home to a clean house!
