The owner contacted me promptly after I purchased a 40% off deal. He was extremely responsive. Two days later, I'm sitting here as seven women - SEVEN! (I may have lost count) - have descended upon my house to wage war on the dust and dirt. They are polite, professional, and working very hard. I highly recommend this service.

I believe there were 5 individuals who came to clean. Due to physical problems, I cannot clean the baseboards in our home. Therefore, this had not been done in more than 20 years. The ladies who cleaned worked hard during the entire time. I was VERY pleased with the results. I actually tried to find something they had missed and was unable to do so. After the cleaning was done, my home looked like something I could be proud of once again. Excellent Job!

A team of five women arrived promptly and worked very hard to accomplish the work to be done in the allotted two hours. They even got down on their hands and knees to wash the hardwood floors, though they didn't clean all the scuff marks and more stubborn spots, so it was more like a "once over." Great job on the bathrooms. They were all very nice but didn't speak much English so it was impossible to give instructions for using the specialized cleaning products that I would have preferred to have been used. Also, they could have been a little more careful as there were a few scratches on a chair and walls. My overall rating would be a B minus (the minus is for the scratches) for basic cleaning. I would consider using them in the future for bathroom and floor cleaning only.

Showed up on time as an army of cleaning people. Listened to my preferences on cleaning and then got to work. Cleaned my house like a reverse tornado. Great service.

I purchased a Big Deal on Wednesday, November 13. As instructed on my confirmation receipt, I attempted to communicate with the merchant, 2 emails and a phone call between Wednesday and Friday. No responses, I contacted Angie's List on Saturday to request a refund; and also left a 3rd message via the Angie's List app on Saturday. A phone call was received at 7:45 a.m. on Sunday morning (outrageous!); and an email to my personal email address and message via Angie's List were sent on that date. The emails appeared to indicate that I had initiated contact over the weekend, during which the provider does not have business hours and that my expectations of a prompt response were unreasonable. This not correct: the two original emails and the phone call were sent during the week. My previous Big Deals purchases elicited prompt responses. This interaction was not satisfactory.

The girls did a great job cleaning the apartment. I left them a key and they brought all the supplies to do the job and were gone. It was a hassle-free task and they did an excellent job.

I purchased this deal for my daughter who just had a baby and didn’t have time to clean. I went over to see her house after they cleaned and I had hoped it would have been a little cleaner. They didn’t seem to scrub the tile floors very well, it was a quick once-over. Their work seemed average.

They cleaned all areas of my house as requested. I was very pleased.

I purchased a Big Deal last December for 5 hours of cleaning. I contacted the provider about scheduling services; nothing was available immediately. The provider said that they would contact me when something opened up. I never received a phone call or email. I reached out again this month to see about setting up service - all they asked was when I purchased the deal. I will be asking for a refund. I am neutral on their services since I cannot say whether or not they would be "A" service provider.

There were five women on their team and they arrived promptly according to our agreement. I addressed only one area that I particularly wanted cleaned and didn't know if it was part of their normal routine: the inside of my rather large china cabinet. That was done beautifully. They were done with the entire house in two hours! These women known their assignments at just go at it without conversation or confusion. My husband is a semi-invalid and his bathroom would have been a challenge to anyone but it is sparkling clean today! I would heartily recommend B clean services. I didn't realize how much I would appreciate them coming "en masse" to do the job in a short time. It enabled me to have the rest of the day to be gone on errands, etc. If I were financially able, they would be regular visitors to our house!

This is not the first time I have used BClean's awesome service, but it is the first time I have submitted a review for them. Shame on me. Bruce and his crew have cleaned our home for almost five (5) years. This last year, in order to save money, I placed our cleaning services on hold with every intention of returning to our then normal bi-weekly cleaning. Last night my back decided to have a way of its own and in doing so sent me muscle spasms and increasing tightness throughout my lower body. All before an event I am hosting in my home the next evening. The morning of the event I knew I was not going to be able to clean my home on my own. I contacted Bruce and asked if it was even remotely possible he could send one of his wonderful crews to my home. I tried not to sound as desperate as I felt. Within minutes Bruce responded that he would check in with his crews and get back with me. Within the hour he notified me that Jackie and her crew would be on their way that afternoon. The crew arrived and did an amazing job. They were in and out by 3:15pm. I would highly recommend BClean and their services. Their dedication and loyalty equally match their cleaning abilities.

Owner was responsive in setting an appointment that fit my schedule. Crew arrived on time and worked efficiently as a team to get the work done. Quite satisfied with the job.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It went very well. The price was pretty reasonable. We paid more than the basic deal but we added a couple more rooms. They were good and we were really pleased with them. We took out a monthly contract with them so we are going with them for regular monthly routine cleaning. Their prices were really reasonable.

They did an excellent job and accomplished more than I expected. The cleaning was very thorough and I would call it deep cleaning just as advertised. I didn't know until the night before what time they were coming and they accommodated my time request. I would recommend them to others.

The house was completely empty and just needed them to clean so I could show it to sell it. I specifically wrote out what needed to be done and what I would have liked to be done. The sunroom was not cleaned at all. Nor were the bedrooms upstairs vacuumed. As there is no furniture anywhere in the house vacuuming should have been achieved quite easily by one person in under an hour. 5 people should certainly have been able to accomplish the cleaning 1 for the kitchen 1 for the bathrooms. They were already clean. This was just a clean over job. 1 for the base boards on the main level 1 to clean the sunroom and help with the kitchen, that left a 5th person to help where needed. I believe I need someone to get out there and clean what wasn't done or take off $25 so I can pay someone else to go out there and finish the work. I specifically said I need the sunroom and bathrooms and kitchen attended to first. It was to clean the sunroom and master bath I made my appointment. With no one there to watch the work being done I was concerned that I was not going to get a proper cleaning. 5 people make for the opportunity to do lots of chatting unsupervised. I've had 3 people over with a full house of belongings for 2 hours and they managed to dust and clean from scratch not a spruce up job as this was requested. I am very disappointed at this major inconvenience. I had a showing on Sat. And needed the house spritzed up, especially the sunroom to have been cleaned. We got your message, this was cleaned, and it was a special, no possible way to complete this home. Not sure where you had gotten your time lines from, we work very hard and are supervised daily, in our hour alotted time, as I explained from very first conversation, before we ever completed work, that depend size of home and condition of some the things wanted cleaned. Yes if you would like to pay for extra service i will send them back out, I spoken with Angie's list about this account already. were not the first company to encounter this. Let me know asap and we can do for extra charge. Thks B clean services

They were on time. Priced without any surprises. They were courteous and professional. It was a very good value.

Hired b clean to clean only the laminate floors and bathrooms in vacant house for sale. Nice ladies cleaning but i think they were just tired after a long day' s cleaning. Cleaning wasn't very good and after they left I ended up just cleaning the floors and bathrooms again. Open house was next day and bathroom sinks still looked dirty and floors looked dirty from dirty water that formed a haze on dark floors. Didn't bother to all the owner to complain so I just stayed 2 hours and cleaned again myself. I had told the ladies just to use a microfiber cloth or swiffer to dust thewood floors but they must have not understood me because I knew what would happen just using a wet mp on dark wood floors. Disappointing experience but it was an Angie's list big deal. Next time, I'll just clean myself.

It was ok. It wasn't spotless when they got finished but they did a pretty good job.

checking Angie's list for house cleaning, saw deal sponsored by Angie's list for 5 hours of cleaning for $105.00 special. I paid right away with PayPal. later via e-mail got a form asking for 3 dates, I did pick 3 days, within a weeks time. I got another e-mail saying those dates were not available, pick some more, rather than play tag on the computer I asked them to call me for setting a date. I waited Friday and thru the weekend for reply, after waiting all day Monday and still no answer I called Angie's list and said I wanted a refund on my paypal account, that I need a cleaning soon , not sometime? Angie's list said they were mailing me a form and I could get a refund in about 7 days, I can't believe it..you got my money instantly, but I have to wait 7 days?? Angie's list shouldn't get involved in selling services they don't control, being a middle man doesn't work. This cleaning service should at least have the courtesy of making a phone call

I wasn't that pleased with it. It was a little bit unusual because it wasn't my house, so we talked about things over the phone. I didn't think they accomplished that much in the amount of hours. In the back bedroom the vacuuming wasn't totally finished and they didn't dust the windowsills or the Venetian Blinds. Their story is probably going to be that they did their five hours worth and just didn't get to that, but the floors looked good, the bathrooms looked good, and the kitchen looked good. Its like an 1800 square foot house that was pretty clean. It wasn't like it was terrible because it had been swept and in my opinion it was decent. It wasn't like horrible to clean, so I didn't think that they were as thorough as I had expected. They didn't clean the blind, one bedroom wasn't swept, and the vacuuming wasn't done well. This was on a per hour basis and they would say that they cleaned everything that they could in that amount of time, but I just expected more for that amount of hours. I thought they could get everything done and told them to do the five hours because I was sure that would be adequate, so they didn't charge me more.

It was great and they were wonderful. We are a little strapped right now; otherwise, I would use them every month. They are just amazing. They are always very punctual and are always very organized. What I like is that they come in and they get the job done very quickly because they have a lot of workers working at the same time. They are very good. I gave them a list of the rooms to do first and then another list of rooms to do next and they got to everything. Also, I was not at home but I was able to leave the key for them. They came in, did everything, and put the key back under the mat while I was gone, which was great for me because I am really busy.
