The girls arrived on time and worked very efficiently. They did a great job cleaning the house and I would absolutely use them again!

I had a meeting that I had to go to, but left specific instructions that I wanted all bathrooms and floors cleaned. I left specific wood floor cleaner to use, and it wasn't. What they cleaned was done well, but one bathroom (main floor powder) was left 100 percent untouched. I was so disappointed that the wood floor and main floor bath wasn't done , especially since I paid an extra 60 to have my oven cleaned. Punctuality was perfect, but I was underwhelmed and disappointed.

There was an issue with some bleach that the company was extremely responsive to and had it taken care of right away!

I never heard from the company and I was never able to get the work schedule.

This company is fabulous! They clean our entire house from top to bottom every month, they are very polite, and will work with your schedule and individual cleaning requests. They've found change and dollars bills and stacked it in piles for us, and have been nothing but very sweet and honest. The owner of the company, Bruce, is also very easy to communicate with via phone or text.

The service was terrific. They were really wonderful. The quality of work stands out. They pay great attention to detail, they cleaned the baseboards, vacummed under the beds and moved furniture to make sure they got everything, without me asking them. I have talked to them about coming out for regular cleaning every other month.

B Clean Services did an amazing job cleaning my house! They arrived on the early side of the hour time frame that they gave me, and were out in 2 hours on the dot. They were very polite and asked what I would like them to focus on. They focused heavily on my kitchen, bathrooms and floors as I requested, and by the time they left I could barely recognize my own house it was so sparkly!

The crew is fantastic. Fast and friendly, came home from work to a clean smelling and shiny house.

The crew they brought in did a good job. It was a one-time cleaning for which I used an Angie's List Big Deal.

Great. They did everything I asked and more. I bought this as a big deal and am going to contact the company for regular cleaning

Cleaned four bathrooms, vacuumed all three floors, cleaned the wood and tile floors, polished all surfaces, cleaned mirrors, dusted, cleaned baseboards, dusted lamps and light fixtures.

They did a really good job. They were here on time, and showed up with 4 people to do the job. Their work was excellent.

He was way better than the previous cleaners I had. He came, went through every room I had in the house and took elaborate notes. They are thorough and bring any where between three to five people to clean at a particular time. So they are fast at what they do. He is very responsive and called me to notify me when they were running late which I appreciated. This is the best investment I have had in the last five or six years.

Very well. They were prompt, courteous and did a fantastic job. They hand cleaned my floors instead of using a mop and it looks great! I am very pleased.

I was having a rehearsal at my house during part of the cleaning and was not able to check out the job completed until after the cleaning ladies left. The cleaning job was adequate but not complete especially for a "DEEP" clean. For instance, they did not clean the lampshades, a flag cabinet or under any furniture in the great room. The kitchen was spotless except for the lampshade over the island... It should have been dusted.

We were very happy with the service.

I am very upfront; I tell them every time that I am not interested in how many rooms you can clean but rather how well you clean them. But the last two times I have anyone come to clean my house. They did not spend the entire time cleaning; one of them spent a majority of the time on the phones. Specifically I noticed they didn’t dust under a ton of my furniture. They put out a special for deep cleaning; but they do not DEEP clean. They just clean around stuff; that is not what I intended to purchased.

Some rooms were fine and some rooms were not fine but they put bleach on his green counter top and had some bleach marks on it. The interaction with the provider was fine. I just led them in the house and then I left. I don't know how my brother interacted with him. But I know some rooms they were very seem happy and some rooms, they didn't do the corner, dumped the garbage and that kind of stuff.

B Clean Services did a good job. Nothing really stood out but they did a solid job. They did what I was expecting to do. They were thorough, prompt in responding via emails for the scheduling.

It went really good. They were really thorough and professional. I probably could have used more time for the size of my home

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was pretty good. They were very nice and courteous. We had at least one person that spoke English. They did a good job. It was 4 or 5 people that came out. They were here for about 2 hours and got everything done. It was very nice. They were efficient and clean. They did a great job. They filled the entire time. They did the main things and then worked out from there with the time permitting.

I purchased a deal through Angie's. Bruce contacted me right away and was able to get me scheduled exactly when I wanted. He was very pleasant to deal with during the scheduling process. The ladies showed up at my house on time and went right to work. They worked nonstop the entire time they were here and did everything I needed them to do. We have 2 large dogs, who can make quite a mess of things and leave lots of hair around. The 10yr old enjoys helping them create messes as well. The ladies did a wonderful job cleaning it all up. From standard cleaning to high dusting to base boards and doors...everything was cleaned. It's wonderful!

Called for cleaning service took a while to get a date the date got cancelled then repeated attempts to reschedule were not returned.

I purchased one hour of house cleaning from this provider so I could assess whether I would want to use them on a regular basis. When I called to schedule, the gentleman I spoke with said he wasn't able to help me right then but would call me back later. I assumed he meant in a few minutes... He didn't call back until late that evening. In and of itself, not a big deal.... During the scheduling process, I specifically told the gentleman that I had an 8:30AM appointment on the day I wanted his staff to come to the house so we agreed to a later time. The staff arrived a little after 8AM on the scheduled day.... Just as I was getting ready to leave the house. Instead of apologizing for the confusion and telling me they would come back at the scheduled time, they asked if they could go ahead and do the job while they were there. Fortunately, my parents live close enough that my Dad was able to drop what he was doing to come over and stay while the team cleaned. As I was rushing out of the house for my appointment, I told one of the staff that my Dad would be in the game room while they were there and to let him know when they were done. When I talked with him later, he said the only reason he knew they were gone was because it had gotten quiet. Also, as I was leaving the house I noticed one of the ladies using an abundant amount of water to clean one of the stove burners. To this day the cover over the burner she was cleaning develops a great deal of condensation when I use the oven.... To top it off, my house didn't smell like it'd been cleaned when I got home that night. I know that seems like a little thing but after all the hassle, I at least expected that much when I walked in. All in all, I would not recommend this company.

It went extremely well. They arrived right on time. I explained what I wanted cleaned and the team cleaned everything and did a fantastic job. I could not be any more happy with their service.
