They did a decent job cleaning, though I have had better cleaning done with other providers.

It worked out fine. They did a good job in their cleaning. Our interaction was fine.

The girls are wonderful workers, very friendly. The owner leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to customer service skills. Received a letter with a SASE asking that all holiday tips for the employees be delivered in check form made out to Bruce (the owner). His reasoning was so he could keep them separate from the weekly payments. Specifically requested not to give them cash. I had to agree when I signed up that they could take my pymts via auto withdrawal. Sounded to me like he was keeping the tips for himself or wanted the tax advantage for himself.

Horrible experience. Unprofessional. Disappointed!

I used them on two occasions, and the first group of cleaners did a better job than the second group. Specifically, the first group seemed to do a more thorough job, and took care of a wider range of issues. Aside from that, both groups were timely and courteous.

The workers arrived on time and cleaned steadily for over 2 hours. We were very pleased with the results. They completed all the tasks on our list. We've had B Clean several times, and each time we've been more than happy with their services.

That was deceiving and my husband pointed out that I did not read the fine print. What the company did was have five women come into my house at one time and cleaned for an hour. I was kind of thrown back but I wrote a priority list and they did ¾ of it. They were prompt in giving me a date. They looked at my lists and saw my priorities. The bathroom was number one, the blinds were number two and the kitchen was number 3 and I said if they had time they could do the floor and they did that.

They were fine. They were very personable, easy to talk to, and achieved whatever we needed done in our house.

A team of 4 worked very hard to make an old house sparkle. Special care on the appliances, the refrigerator especially. Basement and garage were also included and done well. Took about 6 hours. Bruce really helped by quoting soon after contact and finding an opening the following week. Terrific.

The cleaning was fine and they did a good job. They sent five crew members out for the work. They provided their own supplies. They did arrive earlier than expected to the appointment. Overall, it was a fine experience.

Overall the service was good, but they came up short on a couple of this. I asked them to clean the ventilation fan in our bathroom and they failed to do that. They also shook out dirt from a rug into our garage rather than outside. Because of these two things I probably wouldn't use them again.

The workers followed the list of jobs we wanted done - they did all the tasks in a timely manner. Very hard workers.

I bought the deal for 10 hrs for 199. They got 2 1/2 baths, kitchen ,vacuumed, mopped ,clean hardwood flr. They did a good job

That turned out great. 4 house cleaners came out and they divided up the time. They did the whole house deep cleaning on a one story home. They also brought their own cleaning supplies.

Great job, wooden floors washed by hand, base boards, picture frames all dusted. The house was spotless.

Very poor. The only one who spoke English, did not seem to what was promised in the deal "$199 for up to 10 Hours of DEEP Housecleaning!" We had to specifically ask for window sill and baseboard cleaning, anything beyond simple carpet vacuuming dusting and cobwebs. In the end, they were preparing to leave after only two hours of service on the clock (times 4 people = 8 hours), and we had more cleaning needed. When I explained this was not adequate, they called their boss who admitted they should work for another half hour. By then about 15 min had passed just talking. They just left anyway.

They were very quick to respond and schedule an appointment. The owner came by the day before to give an estimate. The day of, a team of four cleaners did a deep cleaning and did an excellent job.

They were wonderful and did a good job. They came in, went to work, were thorough, didn’t mess around, were friendly, and did exactly what I wanted them to. They were also really easy to schedule with and showed up on time.

My house had not been cleaned in sometime with the exception of vacuuming and tidying up the kitchen. The crew that worked at my house was incredibly professional and starting working as soon as we did a walk through, and I told them what I wanted and needed done. I cannot say enough nice things about the group of individuals who worked non-stop and even put up with me helping and continuing to put away stuff as they were working. I have had my house cleaned before and have found it very difficult to find individuals who do detail work such as baseboards, molding, vent cleaning and mopping/cleaning under furniture. I don't have any carpet. It's all area rugs, hard wood floors and tile which means a lot of mopping even in a small house. I asked for a few things, but everything I asked to be done was done. In fact, I kept saying, "really if you don't think you have time, don't worry about it." I know that this wasn't a simple "dusting" job because it had built up so I really, really appreciated all they did. I would definitely use them again. I also liked that they use very basic and simple products except where something heavier was needed. I would like to have another visit or two to get a good baseline (I had one room that I asked them not to clean and one that was at the bottom of my priority list, but they still gave it a good try and did quite a bit anyway). I would definitely consider if my finances allow that they come on a monthly basis. GREAT JOB!!!!!

It was fantastic. They came with a large crew. They came through and cleaned the house which was amazing. They brought their own products.

In general things went well. The crew arrived within the window of time promised. I had a construction project going on in a portion of the house but I asked the crew to avoid areas where their access would be compromised. I was pleased with the quality of the work that was done. I was surprised to see Bruce and his crew pulling out of the driveway after about 7.5 man hours were complete. The was no walk through or even a word said when they left. A few days later, I looked up and noticed that the ceiling fixture in the bathroom had obviously not been cleaned. Ceiling fixtures were one of the items that we talked about prior to beginning work. Access to the bathroom was not compromised by construction or anything else. I called and asked if they could return and complete this small task. I did not get a response so I sent a message via Angie's list with the same request. Bruce did reply to this message pointing out that the deal was for "up to" 10 hours. Not for 10 hours. He said that he had done an inspection before leaving and knew that everything was completed. He further complained about the fact that a construction crew was present and claims that the deal specifies that construction cleanup is not included. I re-read the ad and I see no such exclusion. He further indicated that any problem should have been reported within 24 hours. Again, I see nothing in the ad that suggests this restriction. The service could easily have earned an A grade if Bruce and his crew had not taken the "Slip out the back Jack" approach to leaving the premises or if they had been willing to spend a few minutes correcting the problem when it was pointed out. I find it disappointing that an Angie's list Super Service Award winner would have such a week commitment to customer service.

They did a great job. There were a lot of workers, so it didn't take long at all

It went just fine. They arrived on time and they were efficient, friendly and nice. They didn't charge me more than the Big Deal price. They did a good job.
