We've had other remodeling contractors. No one has ever provided the transparency and clarity of communication as Kathy & Dave Cuppy. They're fantastic! They worked with us through changes in scope and fixed things when we tried help. :) Dave and his folks are professionals who know how to manage an old house. Our floor tilts and the new cabinets were not quite square in the space and they knew how to make it work. So many details, and it all worked out. This is a dream team!

This is the second bathroom remodel that we have engaged All Phase for. We were so pleased with their first effort that we immediately engaged them for the second remodel job. It is a pleasure to work with a company that is as dedicated to customer satisfaction as All Phase. As with the first effort, All Phase did a fabulous job of determining what we wanted to accomplish and making that happen. They provided an estimated schedule of work and made sure we were informed of when each craftsman would be on site. They kept to that schedule! Kathy Cuppy (All Phase's project manager) made sure that craftsmen were scheduled so as to avoid overlap or down time. All of the people that worked on our project were excellent craftsmen, very professional, personable, and made sure to clean up after their work. Ms. Cuppy has close relationships with suppliers and was very helpful as we selected the various items that would be installed in the remodeled bathroom. She also made sure that orders were followed up on to ensure that materials arrived in time to keep the work schedule intact. I highly recommend that you consider All Phase for any project you may have in mind.

These three projects were done at separate times. We were so happy with the first bathroom remodel that we quickly decided to have the other two bathrooms and our laundry room redone. For each project, the work schedule was precise and maintained; a rarity in the construction field. All work was done by All Phase personnel or by select sub-contractors that work regularly with All Phase. New fixtures, cabinets and ceramic tile were purchased from suppliers that have earned All Phase's recommendation. We were pleased with the help we received from the suppliers and Kathy Cuppy at All Phase while choosing new items. We have subsequently had small projects done by some of these contractors because of their high quality. All workers were highly skilled and respectful of our time and property. Even better they were all very pleasant people and willing to put up with many questions and our somewhat exuberant German Shepard Dog, Jake. I highly recommend engaging All Phase Group Inc for any remodeling job that you may be considering.

Kathy Cuppy did a walk through of the bathroom and reviewed the work scope in early May. She promised a quote within three weeks. Now mid-June and have not received an estimate, nor ANY further communication.

Our project with All Phase went fantastic! We were extremely pleased with the level of detail and forethought that went into this project. That level of detail was carried out through the execution of the project, and it shows how much Dave and Kathy pride themselves on the process and a very high quality of work. Our kitchen remodel spilled into a complete first floor makeover including a new layout in the kitchen, full reno of cabinetry/countertops/appliances, removal of a wall, addition and refinishing of existing hardwood floors, and paint throughout. Kathy promised us a schedule, and for a project of this magnitude, we were hopeful they would be able to get close... Well, they nailed it. It was done when they said it would be done, and the contractors were there on the days she said they would be there. Kathy kept the project running like a well oiled machine. Dave and his crew of craftsmen were always respectful and thoughtful of our home and family life. They did an incredible job planning the project and thinking through as many details as they could in advance to minimize the surprises and to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. His crew is truly talented when it comes to woodworking and carpentry. They did it all at a very high level - set cabinets, made shelves, reworked trim around our fireplace, removed a wall, and much more, as well as quarterbacking the whole project. They take a lot of pride in doing things the right way, and they always cleaned up nicely at the end of the day. The subs they use are all very professional and detail oriented. From plumbing to electrical to tile to wood flooring to drywall & paint - they all were extremely respectful of our family, our space and our time. They all have worked together on multiple jobs so they were able to communicate small detail things that would have been overlooked by crews that weren't familiar with each other. That was a huge bonus because with a project of this size there are bound to be decisions that have to be made on the fly. With projects like these, I think that you get what you pay for, and that is the only reason I gave a B on price - it was higher than we would have liked to spend, but the result was worth every penny. All Phase provides a great value. Overall, we are extremely happy with the finished product, and very thankful that the process went as smoothly as it did. We would absolutely hire All Phase again!

we had a leak in the basement due to a bad drain. Result of this was remodeling two of our 5 bathrooms. All Phase Group came in very professional and friendly. They got work done quickly with the timeline they had. They were always willing to work with any setbacks they had and kept the family well updated. Kathy and Dave worked in a very organized fashion allowing the process to go smoothly. They also have a dynamite crew working under them. Would recommend again!

It is a pleasure to work with a company that is dedicated to customer satisfaction. From the initial review of our remodeling goals to the final touch up, All Phase did an excellent good job. They kept to their estimated schedule and made sure we were informed of when each craftsman would be on site. We added a few items, not related to the bathroom remodel. Kathy Cuppy (All Phase's project manager) made sure that they were worked into the overall schedule seamlessly. All of the people that worked on our project were excellent craftsmen, very professional and personable. All of the workman got along well with Jake (nicknamed Shake and Bake) our medium large German Shepard Dog mix, who can be an intimidating presence. Ms. Cuppy has close relationships with suppliers and proved to be a helpful guide as we selected the various items that would be installed in the remodeled bathroom. I highly recommend that you consider All Phase for any project you may have in mind.

This is our sixth project with All Phase. We replaced all of the windows in our home (three levels). Because of the extent of the work, we all agreed that we could complete one level last Fall, and then complete the other two levels this Spring. Kathy conducted the scheduling of her subcontractors like a maestro, and it worked. The workmanship at all points was extremely good. All Phase installed the windows, installed new trim and completed all of the painting that was required. Flawless, as we knew it would be from previous projects. Dave is such an expert carpenter that we also asked him to create a new headboard for our master bedroom. He created a stunning one-of-a-kind headboard which we enjoy everyday. Bravo!

My review of All Phase Group is positive. It is refreshing to do business with a company that has decades of experience coupled with the “if you can dream it we can build it” nose to the grind stone work ethic. As a matter of fact if you not sure what you want the All Phase old world skill set along with a progressive working knowledge of cutting edge, materials, design and installation techniques will leave even the undecided consumer with a plethora of great choices to “live your dream”. You get what you pay for with the confidence of an advance good faith estimate. It was our experience that the enhanced service coupled with being within 6% of the good faith final estimate was a winning combination. Not to mention a few small little items not included in the estimate that were just taken care of because Dave Cuppy just can’t walk by something and leave it in a broken condition. All Phase is our go-to contractor whenever we have remodeling work to do. Once again they performed at the highest level and to our complete satisfaction. Kathy is great at communicating to her clients at every step of the way. Her project management skill is much appreciated. Dave and his crew are dedicated to providing the highest quality job. We could not be more pleased. The master bath was completely gutted. They installed 2 new vanities, a new shower, linen closet, heated tile flooring, new lighting and mirrors, new glass block windows, plumbing, etc. It is an entirely new footprint. The kids bath was also gutted and everything in that bath was replaced with the same footprint. Only one bath was remodeled at a time, which was the only way we could have continued to live in the house. Kathy gave us a timeline, and they finished on the exact day that was promised. Communication was constant, which was key for us. I knew exactly who would be at my house each day and what work would be performed. When the bathtub we had selected was backordered, Kathy was on it. She gave us 3 new options and the new tub arrived in time so that no work was delayed. I went shopping with Kathy for all of the materials, and it was a fun process. She is a delight! Dave is a master carpenter, and even when the inevitable problem popped up, they took care of it with no extra inconvenience to us. I received copies of all purchases they made, so I knew exactly where our money was spent. All of the subcontractors were respectful, friendly, and professional. I cannot recommend Dave, Kathy, and All Phase enough. It can be uncomfortable having workers in the most intimate parts of your home, but All Phase made the process as painless as possible....and dare I say....maybe even a little bit fun!

We are a repeat customer. We were so pleased with All Phase Group’s kitchen remodeling a few years ago that we went directly to All Phase Group for some additional work. This time, the big job was repairing and updating our sun room which was originally a back porch but had been converted to a sun room years ago. It needed some rotten wood replacement and a new door and windows. Dave and Kathy helped us select updated features -- levelor blinds between the glass and more durable materials for the exterior facade. Now it looks like new and will have minimum maintenance requirements. They also updated our front porch column and repaired and painted the exterior trim around the house, including installing new gutters and flood lights. We have a few more items that need updating and they are the perfect team to tackle all these miscellaneous replacements.

Kathy & Dave are a great team! Kathy handles all the project management tasks and Dave handles all the carpentry and related activities. Their subcontractors are fantastic. I loved going with Kathy to Ferguson's and to Brother's and seeing how they treat Kathy with so much respect. Kathy kept us informed all the time. When you have people working inside your house, and we have female teenagers in the house, you want trustworthy people. The people associated with All Phase are very trustworthy. My husband is extremely thorough in his vetting of vendors and All Phase passed the test! The laundry room was gutted. The scope of work included replacing the floor, removing a ceiling header, removing an old shower, removing an old dog wash, removing old cabinets, removing the old sink, and replacing the exterior door and window. The result makes me so happy! It's unreasonable how happy I am with this!

Amazing! Wonderful! Fantastic! etc! David and his crew completely gutted our kitchen. They did all the carpentry work along with some insulation, drywall, etc work. They precisely installed new cabinets. They hired the best subcontractors to install tile, electrical and plumbing and to paint. They leveled the floor, checked all the air ducts, water pipes, and electrical under the whole house. They even cleaned the dead mice out of our walls. And arranged for roof repairs to stop water from leaking in. Everything was brought up to code. Then he made a cover for our sandbox, fixed the legs of our outdoor furniture, and hauled some things to Goodwill after they cleaned out my attic.. Kathy did all of the behind the scenes work to help us design and select cabinets and appliances for the kitchen, schedule subcontractors, order materials, do the billing and answer my many text messages/questions. When they were finished, Kathy brought us a delicious homemade dinner! Both David and Kathy are very organized, efficient, hard working and honest.

From the first day of the consultation, Kathy was prompt and informative. She kept to her timeline and they finished the job on schedule. The bathroom turned out beautifully. I hope I can work with her team again when we do our next project. I highly recommend All Phase!

From the very beginning of the planning until the completion of the project, the All Phase team was great. The work was done in the most professional way possible with quality as a goal--always met. The subcontractors used in their projects were also first-rate and had worked closely with All Phase in the past so they were essentially part of the team. The end results exceeded our expectations. From the beginning, All Phase Group was pleasantly different from other contractors. We have been planning and saving for several years to update our 1980 home and interacted with several contractors when making our decision. Kathy and Dave quickly responded to our needs, beating out other contractors by 2-3 weeks. Their pricing is competitive and billing practices transparent. Their integrity is evident from the start of the project through to the punch list. We completely gutted the kitchen and both second level bathrooms, moved the laundry room to the second level, removed all wall on the first level, replaced all flooring, carpets, light fixtures and repainted all three levels of our home. They had to replace and reroute our home's plumbing; similar significant changes were made to wiring and switches. All Phase Group guided us appropriately through every step and decision, explaining our options and implications for each choice. Remodeling is stressful, and our previous contracting experiences have been exceptionally frustrating, which is why we waited so long to start this significant undertaking. Working with All Phase Group was remarkable, though, and underscores that there are professionals who pursue excellence in everything they undertake. They have longstanding relationships with their subcontractors, who were professional and thoughtful, always taking the time to share their latest progress. The house exceeds our expectations, and we appreciate the creativity and elbow-grease that Kathy, Dave and the entire team put into our complex remodeling project. They expertly combine professionalism and pride in their work. It's not often that we have the opportunity to work with a team who are not only experts at their craft, but also take pride in their craftsmanship. The craftsmanship is superb. Kathy was great throughout, from the planning to choosing appliances, stone for countertops, lighting fixtures etc. She also kept us abreast of progress before it happened. By the way, All Phase renovated our master bathroom and did a beautiful job. When it came time to do our kitchen, it was an easy choice, we were prepared to wait for them to fit us in! (Even though we didn’t have to).

It went great with All Phase. They were there when we needed them and got everything done in a timely manner. The kitchen looks amazing!

Having used All Phase Group a few years ago to build out an exercise room and a studio in our basement, it was only natural that we asked them back for another major project They are that good. Kathy has a great sense of design and is extremely helpful in guiding us thru the process of choosing materials, colors and features that go together to create a superior result. Dave is a perfectionist when it comes to finish carpentry and who doesn’t appreciate perfection when it comes to interior remodeling? Dave along with his crew of Mike and Brian did an excellent job in designing and then executing a complete remodeling of our main and basement staircases, banisters, railings, newell posts and balusters. Their experience, skill and great attention to detail yielded results that are unbeatable. Along with the staircases, they also upgraded a guest bathroom with a new vanity, a granite top, added electrical outlets and a charging station. Again, top notch work throughout. As an added bonus, Dave and his guys figured out a relatively inexpensive fix for two sliding doors to our deck which, over time, had become extremely hard to open and close. Wow! We are so pleased with the result. It’s been a pleasure to work with the All Phase Group. They are excellent in communicating every step of the way and that is so important in projects such as these.
