Wonderful experience. The answering service was fast with minimal questions. The driver, Harold, arrived very quickly - less than 15 minutes. Harold was quick, charming, and efficient. He checked and put air in my spare tire before putting it on. Harold was friendly and very capable. I am now back rolling again!

We quit using AAA Travel Service because it was considerably cheaper to go directly through the cruise line. 

After we got the licensing of the car straight, this went super.  If your move is greater than 100 miles it pays to upgrade to Premier Level.  The tow went flawlessly and the tow truck driver did an awesome job.

My experience was great; they were very knowledgeable. I think for Disney they do it all the time so they are pretty knowledgeable about what the options are and what discounts they can get for me. When I stopped to pick up all my material, they took me through every piece of it to make sure I knew what I had.

My son's car broke down on the section of 465 where it merges with 65. He gave them the mile marker and they completely got his location wrong because they were not familiar with the area. They told him it would be 30 mins and when that went by and he called them they said it would be at least 3 hours and probably more. Keeping in mind this is where 2 very busy highways merge and by now it was starting to get dark. Not a safe place! I called Last Chance Wrecker and they knew instantly where he was located and said they could have a truck to him in less than 30 mins. By the time I had arranged that AAA had got their **** together and sent a truck out. It should not take an irrate parent to get service. We will be shopping for different service.

Matt Morgan did a terrific job!  He took time to understand my concerns and questions.  He was extremely helpful in providing information so that I could make well-informed decisions.  If you are searching for new insurance options and want to work with someone who is professional, I would highly recommend Matt.  It was a little scary to me to switch insurance after being with a different insurance company for more than 25 years, but I made the right decision by choosing AAA.

Called AAA at 2:21 p.m. and they did not show up until 6:30 p.m.--a 4 hour wait.  That tells it all.

.Very slow, poorly trained phone operators.  I provided detailed location, they sent  unit to opposite side of city.  On LENGTHY holds during multiple repeated phone calls.  Had to request a supervisor.  Did not send proper type of response vehicle.

The starter on my truck suddenly went out and I was stranded at Kroger at 161st Street and Springmill Road. I called AAA/ Hoosier Motor Club and requested to tow the truck from Kroger to Esler's Auto Repair in Westfield, IN. AAA was there within the hour and towed the truck to Esler's. Because I am a member there was no fee charged for the tow.

They advised me that my battery, alternator and starter were fine. I had further problems and was referred to a repair shop where they took care of the problem. It was, in fact, my battery. Over the years they have gotten many things right, but they missed the problem this time. I have been a member for years and will continue with them.

They took care to make sure the only damage to the car was the two tires that were already flattened.

Renew this membership yearly. It gives us piece of mind when traveling on the road. Knowing that we have roadside assistance in case of an emergency takes the stress out of traveling. They have helped us for flat tires, towing, and lock outs. They are dependable and helpful. Also, another added perk is showing your AAA card to get additional coupons and discounts for merchandise or services. Technically, you could pay for your membership with all the money you could save by showing you card.

They were very prompt, quick, and courteous. The cost was covered by my membership so the only out of pocket expense was the tip.

I renew my membership every year because it gives me the security if I needed help I could call on AAA services. I have the plus membersip since it will tow your are within 100 miles.

They were there within 30 minutes. They do charge three dollars a mile after the first three miles. The man who came out to tow the car even has and idea what the problem was before we got it to the shop.

After about a 15 minute hold someone answered I told them that I was locked out with the truck running, and needed assistance. I was told that it would be at least 3-4 hours for someone to come out. I declined and tried to call a locksmith. AAA told me I might be reimbursed. The locksmith said it would be a couple of hours. I told them to pencil me in. I later called & cancelled. I again called AAA to see if the situation got any better, it had actually got worse. I was told that they could not give me a time frame, might be later on towards the end of the day. Major disappointment. I remembered that I had not yet cancelled my membership with Amoco Motor club. They answered the phone in under 15 minutes and had someone out in 1 hour and 10 minutes. Once there the door was unlocked in 5 seconds. Maybe bigger isn't better. I also don't need excuses about the weather. If you can't handle the members you have, maybe you should limit the amount, or have a premium service.

Very well. Not quite as quick getting out as we would have liked but they were friendly, helpful and informative. The battery replacement service was terrific-a little-known gem of a service. We ended up paying about the same amount for the battery but avoided a tow and had the service provided to us in the convenience of our own driveway.

I woke up to a flat tire. AAA was here in 45 minutes. They were so busy they sent a locksmith to change my tire. I was thrilled to not have to wait around all day.

Quick service, very courteous and professional. My car was running again in no time.

They told us they would be here in 90 minutes to unlock the car. The actual time was nearly three hours. We called back twice before they got here and only got excuses. They did unlock the car. I will continue my membership.

The AAA dispatcher advised it would be approximately 60 minutes. AAA sent driver Byron Seitz out to unlock the car door. Byron was there and had the car door unlocked in about 30 minutes.

Wonderfully! We called AAA, and within 1 hour, a tow truck arrived to tow our van. As members of AAA, we only had to pay for the mileage over 5 miles, so it was very inexpensive. Tow truck driver was very friendly and professional.

Called to get tow truck on a Monday morning. Person on phone was very quick to take info. Truck came within 1 hour- well within the 90 minute window given. Described issue to tech and he said it was battery or cable terminal related. He tested with device and we were able to start car and determine it was the connector. He said he could have the battery truck come and fix it within 30 minutes. Duane from the battery truck was very quick in changing the connector to fix the issue for only $10. Duane did a good job making the cables neat and cleaning up afterwards.

You just can't beat AAA, especially their upgraded package that pays for tows up to 100 miles away. They come out when you need them and they do what you can't do. They're great.

The AAA Operated was very polite and calming. I actually paid the membership the week before and did not have my member card yet. She looked me up in her computer system and gave me a "code" to give to the tow truck driver. We did. No charge. Excellent service.
