Very well. Richard is very responsive. He answers his phone or calls back quickly if you leave a voicemail. His scheduling was very flexible and he was able to work in my job within a few days. He and his crew did an excellent job of eliminating a very high level of overgrowth and making my backyard presentable. Would definitely hire again.

Richard and his crew did a very nice job for a very fair price. He recommended some landscaping elements, adjusted based on what I requested, and completed the work as promised. His team worked until almost 7:00 pm one evening to complete the work, cleaned up the sidewalk when they were finished and left the yard looking great. His price was very fair, they arrived on schedule, and his team was very professional and pleasant. I would definitely hire them for future projects.

We were very pleased and professional. They were very hardworking and completed everything we wanted to do. They were polite and respectful. When they were outside doing the work, people in the neighborhood came up and asked them to do their yards.

Constantly had to call to confirm arrival day and time. The website allows you to select Sunday but the owner said he doesn't work Sundays. The crew did not arrive during the scheduled time on the date that was selected. There was not a Supervisor. Young men were respectful but not thorough. One stayed on his cell phone and wondered away into parts of the yard that weren't given at the beginning of the assignment. Curious what he was looking for since he hadn't completed the part of the yard that was assigned at the beginning of the assignment. Charged for hauling but the same cell phone talker/worker threw dead plants in my trash can. Why?

Terrible- the owner Richard says he will do it and never shows up. I spoke to him yet again on Monday night and he was to come over he said he would send a crew right away. They called me right back saying they were on their way but never showed up. I gave them a few more days and still nothing. This business should be removed from Angie's list. He didn't even know he had an offer on Angie's list when I first called.

they pulled out of my flowers, and leaved weeds uncleaned in the flower bed... poor quality work, after two weeks of their working, weeds started to stick out of the mulch ...

They did a nice job. Was surprised that I needed to provide pruning shears (pruning was included in the Angie's List description). I may have had more work that could be included in that time period since not everything I wanted done was completed. But the job that was completed was good.

It didn't - am canceling as I had to contact the landscaper to get on his calendar for walk through, then he did not show or call to let us know he wasn't going to make it. I want a refund!

After some scheduling issues, they showed up and worked hard the entire time they were here. Everything was completed perfectly. I had some weed killer and deterrent in the garage and they even spread that without being asked. Very impressed and would hire again.

Where do I begin. It took 5 days to hear back and he was almost accusatory over my purchase of 28 yards of mulch to be spread. He showed up at 10 am despite my concerns about rain forecasted as I had the mulch dumped in the cul-de-sac at the end of our hilly street. I studied online and found that even homeowners could lay between 1.5-2 yards per hour, but after 5 hrs the crew of 5 had done about 20 yards (0.8 for these pros). Despite my repeated concerns about them spreading it all, he had some pressing business (the crew said this was their only job for the day) which necessitated their leaving at 3 pm. So, I am stuck with 8 yards of mulch by a sewer drain with rain coming. He suggests I go door to door to ask if my neighbors want to buy some mulch!! I have had 3 back surgeries and cannot spread this and he wont even move it off the street for me or schedule to come back another day. He decides he wants to weed despite my having told him I sprayed already and he cuts the cable wire, so off to the hardware store since he does not like the idea of calling the cable company and seemingly ignores my questioning if he carries insurance. He can't quite fix the wire and so I end showing him how. Now when we settle the bill, I suggest subtracting an hour since he left to get pizza (I didn't know laborers were paid to sit and eat lunch) and hardware store, and he states "don't try to pull that sh#%". Well alright. So, $870 later, I am just scratching my head. Shame on him and Angie's List for giving this guy a Service Award. I have never had such a stressful, unprofessional experience of mistreatment!

I would not hire this company. They were very response once I purchased the deal. However, the subsequent follow-up has been non-existent. The confirmed that they would be out last week, no-showed, and have not communicated back. I have canceled the service from them and have received a refund for Angie's List. I would avoid using them and would seek another provider.

Richard was professional and notified me of a delay in scheduling due to a previous job running longer than expected. Richard and his crew were punctual on the final scheduled date and completed the work in a timely fashion. He was responsive to my requests and completed the work as expected. As far as the quality is concerned, the edging looks great but I am giving a B grade since not all of the weeds were pulled, particularly those intermingled with the existing shrubs. I did not notice this during the final walk through, else I am sure that Richard would have ensured my complete satisfaction. Highly recommend.

2 young men were professional, and worked diligently and promptly

My yard looks amazing. We walked the yard when the men were done and his men forgot a few minor things that I could live with but he wouldn't leave until they were done. He did extra things, including hauling away some heavy pots. I would not hesitate to recommend him and I will be calling him again next year.

He did everything i needed and did a great job. we made an appointment for one day but he thought it was for the next day. But he was able to come out same day at a later time.

Richard arrived with his crew one afternoon for an 8 hour landscaping deal I'd purchased on AL. I've got a big yard that needs a lot of work to get cleaned up each year, and I'd intended to just have them take care of a few tasks that I hated doing (trimming the ornamental grasses, mostly) and get to the rest as I could. As Richard and I talked, he made an offer to do a complete yard cleanup "done right" for an additional fee. I was surprised by how affordable the price was, considering another quote I'd previously received from another company. His crew worked for a little over two days to get everything cleaned up. They pulled dead/damaged plants, trimmed, edged, put down weed control, and mulched. It looks incredible now - I'm really pleased with the work they did. Richard ran into some unexpected expenses along the way, but honored his original price. I'll certainly use Indy Landscaping again.

We will absolutely be calling again! I've attached pictures after they finished the first day, but they weren't done yet. I wish I had before photos to show the huge difference!
