Description of Work: First cut was not at all what I wanted, wept the whole way home, 2nd hairdresser better but still could not give me what I wanted, plus too many stairs to climb.

Description of Work: I followed Caitlin VanKersen from another popular salon in town and am glad she made the move, I like the atmosphere in the new salon, much warmer, real people. Caitlin has been cutting my hair for at least 10 years and is always smiling, great sense of humor and great at what she does. Her resume reads like a who's who. Very happy with her work.

Description of Work: I GET MY HAIR CUT AND HIGHLIGHTED. I REALLY LIKE GENA. SHE IS SWEET AND HAS A VERY PLEASANT PERSONALITY. SHE DID A GOOD JOB WITH HIGHLIGHTS, BUT I DID NOT LIKE MY CUT. SHE HAD GOTTEN RID OF MY LAYERS. I CALLED THAT NIGHT. SHE CALLED ME BACK THE NEXT DAY. I WENT IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER WITH A PICTURE, AND SHE GAVE ME A GREAT HAIRCUT!

HE REALLY KNOWS ALL ABOUT THE HAIR CARE PRODUCTS. MICHAEL IS ALSO VERY NICE, AND WILLING TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. A NICE SALON WITH A FRIENDLY STAFF. PAID $40, PLUS A NICE TIP.

THE SALON WAS VERY BRIGHT AND CLEAN, AND THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. THEY ALLOWED ME TO RE-SCHEDULE EASILY AND ALSO CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO REMIND ME OF MY APPOINTMENT.
