We first were introduced to Richard and his team as a subcontractor to another company. There he did an outstanding job. We had other needs beyond what the first contractor does and then selected Richard to provide an estimate to do some additional work. He patched numerous drywall dings and holes caused by my father's electric chair. He not only patched the drywall, but installed a new door and trim, as well as baseboard and quarter rounds. He changed out old electrical wall sockets to three-prong grounded boxes. He repaired some slate floor that needed new grouting. He also repaired window frames to windows in room.
Richard worked us in and since this was a 2 day job (had to allow the dry wall repair to dry and then sand), he was very quick. His assistants were very talented and professional. They removed all the old baseboards and hauled them away. Very polite, cleaned up the floors that had drywall dust from the sanding. Prepaired everything for us to do our own painting. We are very satisfied with Richard's company.
