Overall it went very well. Bob came to check the equipment when he said he would. He provided clear understandable
communication about the problem, what he was doing, and communication with my insurance claims adjuster. There was
only one lapse in communication regarding the plastic in the crawl space that needed to be replaced, but this was quickly remedied. The day Bob removed the last of the equipment, he ran out of plastic that was being replacement in the crawl space. I was not aware he had run out of plastic and became aware when I asked him if replacing the plastic was a service provided by his company or if I needed to contact another company to replace the plastic. It was at that time Bob told me that he had run out and we set a date for him to come back in about a week. The week delay was due to all of the storms and damage in the area resulting in a high volume
of work for him and this delay was agreed upon by me.
Doug was great. He located all the areas where there was water damage from a broken water pipe under the living room floor. He was friendly,professional and very knowledgeable. He was very patient with all my enduring questions .He was so very through in making sure all was well and dry. I am very pleased with the work. I would highly recommend this company

The whole process moves very fast, and not having ever filed a home insurance claim before, I was a little nervous that everything would go as smoothly as claimed by the plumber and Bob/Doug. So, I was very trusting of them hoping I wouldn't get burned. Bob and Doug interfaced with my insurance adjuster directly (even scheduling one of their daily follow-up visits to occur at the same time the adjuster was at my house) and everything worked out in the end exactly as they said it would.
If I ever have water damage in the future I will definitely be calling 1-800 Water Damage of Greenwood - regardless of where I live in the metro area.

the bathrooms is inside my bedroom. After the young man left, I went to my jewelry box. Two pieces of jewelry were missing. I immediately called the company, and I filed a police report. I was victimized, and I am still grieving the loss of a very special ring that I owned and possessed for the last 20 years. The owner and another man presented to my home on Sunday to sit down and talk before evaluating whether the equipment could be removed. They listened to my story, but I received no consolation. All I kept hearing was to keep looking for my ring. I AM DISTRESSED!!!! Also, they did not sweep in the hall after taking their equipment out, and they did not move all of the furniture back to its original place. They only moved one dresser with a television back to it's original place.
Last, on Saturday, the young man was scheduled to present to my home at 1p, and I had to call the company to inquire about when he would arrive. The company was responsive, but I wish NOW that I never called because I would still have MY jewelry and peace of mind. It's tough enough having to deal with the unexpected water leak ... sigh ...
