Bob the furniture doctor is very friendly and professional.

The results of Bob's work was very well done, meeting my requirements along with Bob's recommendations proposed before work commenced. He resolved all of the mounting inconsistencies inherent with 50 year old cabinets. When arriving at Bob's workshop, I knew immediately from his driveway that he would not overcharge me for facility and infrastructure improvements. If you drop off items, don't worry as there is an area to turn your car around at the end of his gravel road.

On time, and on budget. Very good quality work. i will send him some of our family heirlooms next.

Bob has excellent customer service. He kept in touch from start to finish, even sending photos of his progress. He spent time learning about what we wanted done and his craftsmanship is masterful! I will definitely call him again.

We wanted a different look so Bob helped select the stain and finish and returned it in perfect shape, like new! His shop is amazing. Very punctual and communicates well via phone and email. I was able to email him pictures of the table for an initial estimate, which was helpful since we are 40 minutes from his shop.

Bob was very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable; after giving us an estimate on cost and completion date, we left the chair with him. He was able to perform the needed repairs 3 weeks ahead of the estimated completion date. We have since left another repair job with him.

Bob and his helpers have done many jobs for us, and we've always been thrilled. These items were built from lumber we salvaged from our barn. We had lots of lumber and weren't sure what to do with it all. Bob showed us pictures of some of his previous projects and we picked out what we wanted. These were Christmas gifts for our children, and they were delighted. We continue to recommend Bob to all of our friends who admire his finished products in our home.

Very friendly and helpful; ended up also fixing one of the legs on our futon, which leg we had brought with us just in case.

Mixed from oh to in four years ago. Found Bob in phone book. Bob is an excellent business and great craftsmanship. There isn't anything he can't do. in particular Bob enjoys wiling old pieces to life again.

Bob replaced one that was too damaged to repair, and repaired other areas. He did a great job and finished 10 days earlier than promised and the price was less than I had anticipated when he gave us the estimate.

Both jobs were done with fine old world workmanship. Both jobs were better than new when they were finished. I can't say enough about Bob's work and attention to detail. I would be happy to recommend Bob's Furniture Hospital to anyone especially those are are extremely particular. Bob is a craftsman whose trade has been passed down to him from his grandfather, to his father, and finally to him. He represents over 120 years of fine furniture repair and restoration. I do not believe there is anyone who will take such personal care in putting one's finest pieces back in their original condition. Lastly, his shop is a study in classical restoration.

Bob completed the work in the time he said he would and for the amount estimated. He is very personable.
