They don't answer the phone. Voice-mail is full so you can't leave a message. They were paid but we're still waiting for the stump to be properly ground out. Will not hire again nor can we recommend them.

We had a tall tree that needed trimmed and shaped badly! We were at our 2nd home for the last 4 months and was shocked how this thing grew this year with all the rain. Your Guy Tree Service responded to a text we sent on Sat, came out and gave us a estimate on Sun said it would probably be in the next couple weeks. They had a change in schedule and was out on Monday! Did a fantastic job, with little damage to the yard, didnâ t leave a twig behind and was done quickly. Tree looks beautiful and we felt the price was reasonable $400 for todayâ s prices. Job well done!!

If you are only getting your trees cut down the tree guys are great. Clean up crew is not so good. They are in a rush, so they leave a lot for you to clean up yourself. The guy that ground the stumps was good, but he left the cleanup of the wood chips to me to take care of. I am a 73-year-old woman that has to finish the job. I told him I will never hire his company again. Take my advice and spend a little more money to get the job done where you will be happy. Also, it took a long time for them to come to do the job I hired them to do. Waited a lease a month and a half for them to come

They came in with their trucks cut the tree down got their trucks stuck had to have another truck pull them out. They tore my fence down and didn t put it back right. They left huge ruts in my yard. They broke the stone around my pond and my sidewalk. I ask them to come back and fix things and they ignored my calls.

Kyle and Will removed (3) Very Large Trees which had branches that overhung our home. These trees were also on a steep hill which made the task very difficult. From start to finish they were very professional. I called them for a quote initially and they responded quickly and stated they with their backlog they could be there in 3 weeks. They then called and gave me an update (without me having to call them) stating they would be there when the weather was right for doing this job on the steep hill. I was unable to be on the site when the service was provided, but Kyle face-timed me upon completion to show the job was done and that the roof was unscathed from those large overhung limbs. What a relief! The site was promptly cleaned and the yard was barely damaged which was incredible for the size of these trees that were taken out. I am an engineer and tend to be a bit "picky" about how a job is completed. I felt these guys were trying to perform the best job possible and use the best methods to protect our home and keep the damage to the yard at a minimum. I highly recommend Your Guy Tree Service and will hire them again when the need arises. Thanks for doing such a nice job! Keep it up Guys!

Tree Guy Service actually called us back unlike several other companies. They were out the next day to give us an estimate. They setup a time to do our work and stuck with the schedule. I would strongly recommend them for all of your tree service needs.

Expected them on a certain day but they show up. When I inquired they said a job took longer than expected. When I told them they should call and notify the customer. From that point forward they communicate their every move.

We were contacted immediately after we looked on Home Advisor for a tree service company. They were very polite and did a great job. I was impressed with them when they found a squirrel nested in one of the branches they cut down and took that part of the branch with the squirrel still in it and relocated it so the squirrel didn't lose his home. Above and beyond the call of duty. I would hire Your Guy Tree Service again.
