Ron was excellent to work with! He was prompt and did an excellent job. He spent almost four hours on the job. I was happy to have the upholstery cleaned at the same time. We have a bulldog and he can make a mess when he is around dark fabric! The furniture looked new when he got done!

The man from Prestigious Carpet Care arrived on time and we discussed what we wanted to have cleaned and he performed the cleaning that was requested. He was very thorough and neat and everything looked wonderful. He spent time and effort doing the work and the entire house smelled clean and the carpet and sofa appeared to be much cleaner. I would definitely have him come again to clean. The price was in line with the work performed.

Wonderful first time experience. Made my initial phone call for an estimate that morning and they were able to fit me in the same day due to another customer cancellation. Punctual, professional dress and courteous. Made a fair estimate over the phone and then kept the estimate and honored my Angie's discount Coupon. Great care taken with the sectional. Was able to remove a couple of paint stains ( childrens paint) from the fabric. A real winner!

As always this was another postitive A+ experience. Ron is easy on the home owner. He arrives on time and makes helpful suggestions. He takes the extra time to pre-treat stained areas. I always get the extra Scotch Guard protection and it does help. You can trust Ron with your carpets and furniture.

This was a great experience. Ron (the owner) came out and spent lots of time and effort in making my carpets like new again. I would have never guessed the carpets could get this clean again. I've used those companies that run special deals and you get what you pay for. It cost me a little more but Ron was very professional and worked for every dime he got. This is a family owned business and the owner has always done a very good job. He did an amazing job on our carpet. No one could have done as good of a job as he did. I have also hired him to clean the carpets in my office.

They were able to come within a couple of days and did a good job. They were quick to respond, they did a thorough job, they were good to interact with and it seemed like a reasonable price. They were able to get up most of the stains so I was happy with that.

I choose this service provider from a list of carpet cleaners on Angie's list. Prestigious had received high marks and was located close to our house. Called to schedule an appointment and Ron was very accomodating. He showed up a few minutes ahead of schedule and did a great job!

Ron has always done an excellent job for us. He is detailed and thorough when cleaning the upholstery, unike a national service we formerly used that just gave furniture a couple of swipes. He will go over carpet areas until they are cleaned well. He takes the time to do a quality job. He feels like a friend in our home. He has also for many years cleaned in the home of a paralyzed friend, and he always has her enjoying the day.

We had 2 squirrels get in our home, and we thought they ruined the sofa. But this company made our sofa look new. They were friendly and professional. They did an outstanding job.

Our cat had several accidents in our guest room and a few in the hallway. We had been using regular store-bought carpet-cleaning products to clean the stains, which had left a residue on the carpet and the urine smell was pretty strong. I called Ron and explained the situation, and he took the time to explain the effects that regular store-bought products can have on the carpet, and that a professional cleaning would EXTRACT the dirt and residue from the carpet. This would actually clean it and hopefully remove the odor. He offered to come out and take a look to see if he thought we would have to replace the carpet or if it could be cleaned. Upon inspection of the carpet, he showed me the residue using a black light, and let me know the carpet was far from the worst he'd ever seen and that it could be cleaned. He quickly got to work and was done within 45 minutes. Since the hallway opens into our family room, he also cleaned the family room, which I greatly appreciated. The whole house smelled clean when he left and the carpets look fantastic. They are still drying, but I can already tell a huge difference in our guest room. I would definitely call Ron in the future if we need any other rooms cleaned.

We had just recently moved into our house with brand new carpet. Our dog, a lab, got into the trash and ate a lot of garbage including chicken fat and bones. Although we knew she had gotten into the garbage, we did not know the adverse effect it would have on her digestive system. We had gone out in the afternoon and when we came home a few hours later, the house smelled awful. We discovered two good size piles of runny feces in one of the bedrooms. It had soaked into the carpet and the smell was bad! I cleaned it the best I could but there was no way I was going to get the smell out. I had used Prestigious before and they always did a great job on our regular cleanings at our previous house, so I thought I would try them for this. I called Prestigious the next morning and luckily he was able to come out that afternoon. Ron asked if I knew what the dog had eaten and after telling him, he knew the best way to clean it. He really cared about getting it clean and taking care of the smell. I was impressed when he told me everything he had done to kill the bacteria and to rid the smell. It smelled great when he left but I was concerned that when the carpet dried the smell would still be there. I should not have worried. The carpet dried and is clean and there is no smell. I am very pleased with the result. Ron knew exactly what to do and did a great job. I highly reccommend Prestigious Carpet & Upholstery Care.

I had one particular problem on one of the rugs I attempted to clean myself and he was able to take care of everything nicely. These rugs are known to be particularly thick and he took them back to the shop and was able to dry them for me.

Great. Tom was able to fit me in quickly before a party. The carpet and furniture were cleaner than when I had the same service performed by other companies. I have added this company to my favorites and will definitely use them again.

Responded to call quickly. Perfromed water cleanup effeciently and effectively. Placed dryers and fans. Made return visit to reposition fans and check on drting prprocess. Examined walls for moisture. Will return later to pickup equipment.
