There was a clog in my line that ran from the kitchen sink to the main line. The big problem is that anything I put down the kitchen sink, came up from a drain in the garage. This lead to a HUGE mess in the garage and the inability to do anything in the kitchen that involved the sink. I called Taylor Plumbing at 8:30 in the morning and told them my problem. They said their technicians were out and about and would call me after noon to set up a time. Sure enough at about 12:20, the technicians called me and told me they were on their way. About 20 minutes later they were knocking on my door. They were more than happy to let me hover over them while they worked so I could see what it was I was doing wrong to free the clog. They gave me all kinds of advice and pointers to help prevent this in the future. They then cleaned up the small mess that they made and continued to give me advice on ways to keep the pipes clean. When paying they gladly accepted my Angie's List coupon.

They came out to assess the issue. Gave a reasonable estimate. Returned within a day or two to do the work Arrived on time. Finished the job in a timely manner.

It went very well. The job was completed and I am pleased. I also called them back to repair the sewer drain in the utility room floor.

They were able to come the day that we called. They replaced the value that was causing the leak. They were professional in their dealings with us.

They were very courteous, efficient and economical. They finished the job in a timely manner and I would definitely hire them again.

When I called for service, I happened to catch the plumber with an opening between calls, and he came right over (less than 30 minutes from my phone call). After removing the hose (which required a hacksaw), he cleaned up the supply valve, installed the new hose and verified there were no leaks. Total time from my phone call to completion of the work was maybe 1 hour.

Another plumber didn't show up so I called Taylor. Brian came out within 30 minutes! He fixed everything that was fixable, put a temporary fix on our shower that will need a $500+ repair, and gave me a ton of info. on the home and how the plumbing works so that we can get some other stuff fixed as well. Incredibly helpful.

I called late in the day Monday, by Tuesday afternoon the technician was in my basement doing the work. Not only did he approach the work in a common sense manner, he offered a solution that would keep costs down. I could not be more pleased with this experience. I am now a first time and lifelong customer.

He was on time, did the work in about 2.5 hours and charged a very reasonable rate. The work was well done he did a great job keeping any mess down to a minimum and cleaned up afterwards. No complaints and I'd hire the same company again.

They gave us an estimate first. They are very prompt and the work was good. They do pretty good work. I will use them again if I can get the guys that I want.

As far as the plumbing work they did, it was fine. There was a little bit of an accident that occurred with our kitchen floor during their time there. They stood behind that. They fixed the problem that they created totally to our satisfaction. I was not there when they came out. My wife was there when they came and we have no complaints. I would recommend them to the others. They were easy to work with. The insurance company had to come out and it took some time. The whole thing actually took some time but we were always moving forward. There was never a delay on their end. We will use their services again in the future.

I called Brian at 11:20 this morning to see if he could reseat our basement toilet. The toilet is not a typical floor mounted toilet, but rather an "up-flush" unit. He couldn't give me an estimate over the phone, but did say it typically is $100 for a normal toilet reseat. I asked him to come and look at the problem. He was here at 12:40 and by 2:00 the work was complete. He had to move some shelving to make room to work, and he put everything back in its place when he left. I am thrilled to have this ready for company this weekend. I plan to use him in the future.

The fact that they are definitely a locally owned business is key to me. It is family owned and they are very responsive. When you call, they come out the next day. They are not really chatty, but they are really nice.

He was polite, friendly, quick and honest. Because I was so happy with his work I hired them a month later at our new house. Our soil pipe (main drain pipe) was so old and so blistered that we needed to replace the entire pipe. They came to look at it at the beginning of the weekend and had it changed out by Thursday.

I have used them for 15 years and they have done a lot of work for me. They always find the problem. They are very friendly and they remember there customers and sometimes give price breaks to frequent customers.
