Description of Work: We called about a leaking water heater and they were able to respond the same day. They replaced the water heater at a reasonable price and every aspect of the service was highly satisfactory.

Description of Work: North Side Plumbing provided excellent customer service and professionalism in updating faucets and remodeling a shower with porcelain tile and new plumbing fixtures.

Description of Work: They removed the old garbage disposal and replaced it with a much higher quality unit. Very pleasant, professional and punctual.

Description of Work: They replaced the two water valves for the washing machine and the main water shutoff valve in the garage. There was a little bit of confusion when the service guy showed up about who was supposed to call the utility company to turn off the water but North Sides office had already called as they said they would. The plumber showed up on time and took about 3 hours to complete the work which was about what I expected. Overall I was very satisfied with how things went.

Description of Work: We're doing a major kitchen remodel and they extended a gas line to the new location where a gas range is to be installed. It was easy to schedule. The technician was right on time and he was efficient and helpful in routing the line to where it needed to go. Having seen on the news where a local DIYer blew his house to smithereens and died while working with a gas line the previous week, I was more than happy to turn this part of the project over to the professionals.

Description of Work: Our waterheater went out. They worked us into their schedule within four hours and was able to fix our waterheater and not have to replace it. They didn't leave a mess.

Description of Work: Contracted for bathroom remodel. Took out old whirlpool tub & small shower, added large handicap shower, new countertop, removed carpet & laid new ceramic tile flooring. Price was what I considered to be a trifle high, but North Side Plumbing came highly recommended. I was not disappointed. There were a few setbacks due to unusual circumstances, but ultimately all was taken care of & I am very happy that we decided to use North Side. House was left clean & usable during entire process. They will be my first choice on any other projects.

Description of Work: I used them so long ago that I don't even have a date or cost. They did replace a toilet and did a nice job but are much more expensive than others I've used. The only negative about them.
