"The groupon run clearly stated it was for "MAN HOURS" of cleaning, so if a person purchased a cleaning for 3 hours and there are 2 people 3 people an so on time is divided according, a 3 hour cleaning would be 1.5 hours of cleaning time which is what this client purchased. Plus this is explained to all clients at the time of scheduling, if changes was made, and the day before when they were called to re-confirm cleaning days and times. So there was not gimmick or scamming done to this client or the other 200 Groupon customers we were please to serve.Yes its true it took several day and even months in some cases to schedule clients based on our current client schedule, Groupons sold and their schedule and as the coupon stated all services were based on schedule availability and understood by the purchaser when reading the detailed information contained in the coupon. Our staff maintains a level of excellence, and yes they are quick, pleasant and effective. Our usual practice is to make walk through estimates with our clients in order to serve their needs and desires in order to give a proper cleaning;however with the awesome response we received from Groupon this was not possible due to the combination of current scheduling; so we explained in detail the timing, services offered and cleaning to each customer what they would receive prior to coming out, We notified them that we do a detailed top to bottom cleaning without up-charges as some other companies do and that takes more time;especially for a first-time cleaning no matter how clean a persons home is. So yes the girls took the time need to do a complete the job with excellence instead of a basic cleaning within the time allotted and purchased by the client."
