+ -1 moreVictim of same Groupon ripoff only with a twist. The Groupon deal said, "includes two professional cleaners for three hours." We thought that meant 6 hours of cleaning. Only Sparkling Tiffany's said 2 days before they came that it meant 2 cleaners for 1 1/2 hours each and that was how Groupon said they had to list it. Also, it took us from June to October to get on their schedule after several rescheduling episodes. The two ladies who showed up were pleasant and worked steadily. But slowly and accomplished about half of what I could have done on my own in that time period. Essentially they each spent an hour on a single bathroom each and then the floor was not particularly well cleaned. Then they rushed through cleaning the 2 bedrooms and great room and did a halfway job of them and never got to the kitchen at all. Such was my $279 value for $89.

Description of Work: It was supposed to be a groupon special get-aquainted deal, within 20 miles radius of their base. The first date was set up for June 9 but within 2 days, someone called . She said the computer had scheduled too many for that date and could I reschedule. I rescheduled for June 14 and double checked that I was in their area, since it was very close. This was in May. June 11, someone called, left a message, and again said computer had scheduled too many and since I was out of their area, I could reschedule but not until after July 16. When I called back I left a message that I did not appreciate being rescheduled twice and I was within their area if travel was not via interstate and I would try to get my money back. Groupon just wanted to give me credit and after arguing they said they would return the money to my account (but I would not see it for 6 to 8 weeks) At this point I informed woman from Sparkling Tiffany's I would not be rescheduling.
