He came to the house to give a quote and I walked him through each room explaining what we wanted cleaned. He called the next day to give a quote and said he would do everything we asked for $405. He said it would be a big job, so they would split it up over two days so they could get it done. They planned on coming Wed evening and finishing on Saturday. We went to the house to see how much they accomplished on Thursday only to find out they never showed up. We called to see what happened and they said their plans changed so they would come Friday evening instead. Then on Friday afternoon they called to say it was cloudy out and would be hard to see in the house, so they would get it all done in one day on Saturday. When he came out to quote the job, they said they had their own lights they could use to clean. Apparently that wasn't the case. We went over there around 4 pm on Saturday as they said they were about done. I believe they started around 10 or 11 am. We walked around to see what had been done, and we were disappointed with several things. None of the windows had been washed - they looked filthy. When we asked them about it, they said it was too hard to get them open, so they didn't wash them - however they charged us for cleaning them. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms hadn't been cleaned or dusted at all, so they dusted it after we asked. The blinds in the kitchen were very sticky and dusty. They said they had run a duster over them, but they said they didn't quote to "clean" them. We said we wanted them clean, so apparently we didn't have a meeting of the minds. They said they would come back to clean them another day, but it would cost another $50. We had already paid for the windows to be clean, but they didn't do that, so they definitely should have cleaned the blinds at no additional cost. The kitchen floor was very dull, and didn't have a shine. We had to mop it ourselves the next day. They did give us a bottle of cleaner that they suggested we use to clean the blinds, so the following day we cleaned the blinds ourselves. While I was in the kitchen, I noticed the cabinets looked extremely oily. So, I had to wipe down all the cabinets with paper towels to get the extra oil off. I also stood on a chair and noticed none of the cabinets above eye level had been cleaned. There was a lot of dust and some paperclips on them. There was also a glob of jelly in one of the cabinets in the kitchen, so the counters weren't cleaned well. After the first showing, the realtor told us how dirty the ceiling fan in the kitchen was, including the globes. So, we had to go back to clean that. The highlight of the job were the bathrooms. They were sparkling and extremely clean. They were the only rooms that were done the way we thought the entire house should have been done. Apparently the cleaning was too much for one day and they must have run out of steam. They told us several times how tired they were.

Tom and Wendy have been very professional from the first phone call to the last time they cleaned. They do a great job and consistently check in to make sure what they are doing is to my satisfaction. Anything that i have asked them to change they have done so immediately. Great at pointing out things they notice in my house that may need maintenance.

Wendy and Tom are very professional, punctual and quality-focused. It's great to come through the door and see a spotless house and notice the fresh, clean smell. I have used Four Seasons for about 4 years, and they have always been very reliable and have always approached their work with high standards. I would recommend them anytime.

I found these folks on Angie's List. They promptly returned my call and scheduled a quote. They waited until I had gotten some other quotes and then were willing to negotiate.

They were very easy to work with. Tom came by and gave me and estimate and due to some travel arrangements I really needed a certain day, they rescheduled another client to help me on that day which worked out wonderfully. They came on the scheduled time, right on time, went right to work and were hard at it for the two hours they were cleaning. They were a joy to have in my home, and cleaned it very thoroughly in a timely manner. I'll use them again.

Tom and Wendy Miller are great! They have been cleaning our house for more than three years. They are very responsible, punctual and reliable. They are very accomodating when our schedule requires adjusting. I highly recommend them and thank Angie's List for finding them.

I was very impressed from start to finish. My initial phone call was returned promptly, within 15 minutes. Four Season came to my house the next Saturday to give me an estimate. They were very professional and knowledgeable. After agreeing on a price they put me on their schedule for Wednesday of the next week. Upon returning home from work on Wednesday I was more than happy with their work, my house has not looked this good in a very long time. They paid special attention to the cabinets, stairs, bathroom and kitchen. I look forward to seeing them every Wednesday!

Wendy and her husband came for the initial quote. They were very personable and professional. They were on time for the estimate and answered all my questions. I have some rooms that only need cleaned occasionally, like the basement, and they were willing to make arrangements to do that on as "as needed" basis. The first cleaning was more expensive, as it needed more attention. However, Wendy was here for almost the entire day and it looked fabulous! Since then, they have had some unexpected personal issues this fall and despite them, they have done everything possible to keep on schedule and keep me informed, including offering to come on a Saturday. I have been VERY pleased with them, their work and their professionalism. They also continually ask if I am happy and if I have anything that I want done differently- unlike many contractors, who act like once they get your business they don't really care about your satisfaction any more.

The house is always well cleaned. Tom and Wendy are receptive to suggestions and are very trustworthy. We will continue to use them for many years to come.

I called this company based on the ratings on Angie's List. I received a call from Tom Miller, owner, saying that he'd come over the following week to give us an estimate and he never showed up. I didn't get a call from him at all, they weren't listed in the phone book and oddly enough, at the time I didn't even see them listed on Angie's List. Needless to say, I was not very impressed with this company.

Tom and Wendy do a great job and are very efficient. We have no complaints about the service. They are reliable and rarely change times/schedule and are very flexible when our schedule has to change for one reason or another. We have had different house cleaners over the years and this has been by far the best relationship we have encountered.

They called me and said they got a bigger job and because of schedule conflicts they could not clean my house any longer. It was okay with me. The initial cleaning was $200 and each time after that is was $140.

Wendy and Tom were professional and thorough. I was surprised they had another person with them since I was told it would be just the two of them. They were about an hour late because of a big storm, but they called to let me know they would be late. They did a good job cleaning our house. I have had other companies in so I know what to expect from a good cleaning company. They did not disappoint me. The floors were done especially well. Everything else was clean. I have no complaints. They worked with my son's nap schedule since they were late and it was thrown off. It was not a big deal at all since they worked the house in the order I needed the rooms. I was pleased. I hired them for bi-weekly cleaning.

I left two messages and received a return call one week later. They were busy due to the holidays and apologized. We set up a date for them to come to provide a quote but they needed to reschedule for a different day. They came out as promised to get idea of what we wanted and stated they would call to provide a quote the following day. It has been a week now and we have not received a quote as they promised.

I am almost afraid to give Tom & Wendy yet another glowing review, because I don't want anyone to steal them away from us. Their work is really impeccable and I trust them in my home. A few months ago, they noticed a water leak in the dining room ceiling while cleaning, and called me at work right away. We were able to come home and get the water turned off. If they had not called, much more damage could have been done. I had my prior home cleaned by a large corporate chain cleaning company, and there is just no comparison. Tom and Wendy know my home, and do a consistently thorough cleaning job. They've never broken a thing (which is more than I can say for the other company). I think we are generally clean people and we try hard to pick up the house before they come (we have a three year old, so it's a challenge), so that Tom & Wendy can concentrate on the big cleaning. A house this size is more than I can clean on my own and I'm happy to have them.

Four Seasons was very prompt in responding to our inquiry and came out within a few days to walk through the house and provide a quote. They asked for $200 for the initial cleaning and $125 for every 2 weeks after that, which we felt was reasonable and fair. After much consideration, we didn't feel that we were ready to commit at this time, but we would definitely call Four Seasons again.

They did an excellent job on the bathrooms and kitchen. Wendy even went so far as to do the laminate kitchen floor on her hands and knees because she wasn't please with the way it looked after mopping. They found dust in areas others had missed. There were a couple areas that I felt did not get dusted as well as they could have and I pointed these out and they were taken care of. Tom Miller called me back the next day to check if there was anything that we felt wasn't done to our satisfaction. They will be back in 2 weeks for a regular cleaning and I feel confident they will address all areas equally.

Tom and Wendy were able to work me into their busy schedule for my first time cleaning and they did an excellent job. When they finished, the house was cleaner than it's ever been. I was very impressed and will be using them to clean my house every other week. They were prompt and professional.

I wanted to give it a few times to get a fair assessment. The first time I paid more for them to give a "thorough" cleaning. Then they started coming bi-weekly. There were a couple of small misses on the first two cleanings, but they welcome feedback and areas of concern, so I discussed them with Wendy and since then everything has been wonderful. I trust them both in the house and they are very hard workers and I've been using them for a few months now and am very happy with their work. Additionally, they take the dogs out of their crates upon arrival and put them back in before leaving.

Very professional and flexible with scheduling. We feel very comfortable with this company in our home. They are responsive to feedback and we plan to keep using them.
