Wendy and Tom are very friendly, professional, responsible and flexible. They have been willing to work with my schedule and adapt to changes over the years. They are always conscientious about the quality of their work, and ask frequently to make sure I'm happy. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Wendy and Angela have been cleaning my house for several years now. They are AWESOME! They are polite, professional and always do an outstanding job. I've had to be flexible in my times and they are always accommodating. After a major foot surgery in May, they went above and beyond to help with things around the house. Oh yea......my dog Zoey LOVES them!

I have been using Tom and Wendy for over a year now. They have been extremely professional in providing house cleaning services for my 4 bedroom house during this time. They do great work ad the house is spotless when i come home. They are also extremely accommodating and flexible. I am a widower, live alone and occasionally travel abroad for work and so while I am away, the house is empty. During these times, I am able to text them and ask them to skip a cleaning and they are always quick to respond and grant my request. Even when I'm home, sometimes the house doesn't get as dirty and so we have worked out an alternating schedule of "full clean" or "partial clean" for a prorated price. I appreciate this flexibility in their business model. I recommend them without reservation.

We hired Wendy and staff after having a period of unsatisfactory house cleaning performed by a couple of other Angie's List cleaning services. She has made every effort to meet our needs and continues to be our cleaning service. We are pleased with this service.

The first time they came, they immediately started on the kitchen, taking the stove apart to clean the drip trays and burners. They are fast ans efficient, with attention to detail. I love that even my toaster is de-crumbed and polished every time. Tom and Wendy are very responsive to any issues that crop up and have been very flexible in adjusting the schedule as needed. I appreciate how warm and personable they are. I can't describe how nice it is to come home from work and find a spotless house.

Tom & Wendy have helped me with my home for approximately 3 years. They come every other week to perform general housekeeping services. They have done full detailing to include baseboard, door, glass & cabinet cleaning when requested. Tom & Wendy are very trustworthy and detail oriented. It is so nice to come home and have the whole house dusted, vacuumed, mopped & smelling fresh all at once after they have been here!

Tom and Wendy are very conscientious and thorough. They are also very nice people. We were always happy to see them and always pleased with their work, especially our kitchen which had a ton of stainless steel to clean. We have two Labs who shed non-stop and we were delighted with the lack of furballs after Tom and Wendy did their thing. Special jobs like windows and our final move cleaning were top notch...our real estate agent was amazed at how pristine the house looked after we moved.

They are both super nice and conscientious. Wendy and Tom treat their business as a true business -- and always communicate and respond in a professional, business-like manner. I also completely trust them in my home, and never hesitate a second to have them clean while I'm away.

After my wife died, I tried to do without a housekeeper, since our previous one had "disappeared" a month or so before my wife passed. After 18 months, I finally decided it was too much for me, so I joined Angie's List and searched for house cleaning. I came across Four Seasons among many others, but their description appealed to me. I called and left a voicemail and heard back from Tom within a day. I've been traveling a lot, but we managed to find a weekend day for him to come over and see the potential job. We walked through the house and he pointed out what they would do and we talked about a schedule. He called back a couple of days later with a quote for a couple of different schedules. We agreed on a first cleaning date which would be more extensive, and if I liked their work, a bi-weekly schedule with a more routine cleaning. This involved general dusting, mopping, vacuuming, thorough cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms and some light reorganizing and clearing of clutter. That was back in September and I was very pleased with their job and now have them on a two-week schedule. They are very professional and quick to call or text back after a job asking how i liked it and whether there was anything they needed to do different. They are also very flexible. For example, they ran out of time two weeks ago and were not able to get to my basement; Tom called me and apologized and offered to reduce the price for that week. Another example, my late wife's family is coming up for Thanksgiving dinner along with my son and his family. I asked Tom if he could move my regularly scheduled cleaning back a week, so that they would come the Monday of Thanksgiving week; he was able to do that and said with sufficient notice they could be flexible on schedules. I appreciate that so much. I guess the clearest statement of satisfaction I can make is that I texted Tom and Wendy yesterday evening after coming home from work saying, "what a joy it was to come home to a sparkling kitchen".

I called Tom at the end of August 2011 to schedule a time for an estimate for services. After playing phone tag on this particular day, we finally spoke and agreed upon a date of 9/9 for him to come by my home for an estimate. I really appreciate him returning my phone calls on the day we spoke. However, he failed to show for the 9/9 appointment, nor did he call to reschedule.

Tom came out the same day I called to look over my house and give me a price. I was impressed by how pleasant he and Wendy both were. On the day scheduled, Tom was unavailable due to a family illness, but even with only 2 people they tore through my house and transformed it. I only regrest that I didn't call them sooner.

Tom and Wendy have cleaned our house for several years. They have always been excellent. They are very responsive if I need something extra. They are very trustworthy and responsible. They seem a part of the family and I am delighted to have them involved in our home.
