He did a great job at a fantastic price. He is very easy-going, polite, and low key. We plan on using him to install two picture windows and a patio door.

Mark is very knowledgable and easy to work with. The siding crew arrived on schedule and completed the siding installation and clean-up in 5 days. The original estimate was 6 to 8 days. They came back a week later for a few hours and installed all the new shutters. The window crew came during the time the siding crew was here and replaced all the windows in a day and a half. The entire job was completed in a professional manner and the did a good job cleaning everything up. We are very happy with the entire job.

We just had an outstanding experience with Mark Fadely and his installers, Jay & Chuck. Mark was super aggressive with his quote and competed fiercely but with grace & class for the business - never negative-sold or bad-mouthed the competition. He won the job fair & square, and his installers completed the work in the prescribed time frame. They performed what is called a "complete tear-out" of the old windows & rotten wood and were extremely thorough and professional. As is common with this type of job, some of the new windows had minor scratches and dings, and we were afraid that there might be some resistance in replacing them. Nothing could have been further from thr truth - we did walk-arounds with both the installer and Mark on two separate occasions, and they even helped point out some minor flaws the we had missed. All parts were replaced quickly & free of charge, and always will be due to lifetime warranty on windows & labor. Just a super company & a super experience - we are so happy with Mark Fadely & Fadely Home Design that we have already commited to use them for our roof replacement work in 2011. Give these guys a shot at your window replacement work - they have our highest level of recommendation.

I was very impressed with Mark as he gave me an estimate right on the spot and took the time to explain things with me. The crews were great - cleaned up after themselves and kept me informed about what was going on. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

They are a good and fair business and are responsive if problems arise.

It went very well. They showed up in a timely fashion and did their work. Looks great. Windows seem high quality. Soffits and gutters seem high quality also. They even installed baffles in the corners at the base of both roof valleys. They cleaned up well too.

The owner, Mark, came out for the initial estimate. He was courteous and professional. Offered a fair price and was willing to match competitor's pricing for a similar product (not necessary because he ended up being slightly cheaper than the other bids I received for the exact same windows). Installers showed up on the day and time they were supposed to. The installers were all very experienced and finished the job a day early. Would definitely use this company again for other home improvement projects.

They did a great job! They took great care in working on my home. They were punctual to the job and professional to work with. I also appreciated them cleaning up after themselves. He did my neighbor's house several years ago and looked into their recent repair by another company. While he was working on my home, I saw him make an effort to correct their work.

Mark and his crew were very nice and very easy to work with. I went with Mark mainly because he was the only one of the three companies I contacted for an estimate who was able to hand me the estimate before he left my home. Also, I have a cat who is extremely sensitive to noise (I had a $60 vet bill when my neighbor did extensive work on HIS home a few years ago!) so I specifically asked that no radio be played while the crew was working. They not only honored my request, if it hadn't been for the normal construction noise, I would barely have known they were there. I couldn't have asked for a better crew. They did a great job, cleaned up well and even nailed back a piece of siding under my back door that I hadn't gotten around to fixing ? they never said a word about it, they just did it. They also warned me I needed to replace the roof on my back porch, probably saving me from having to deal with a leak in the near future.

I went with Mark on this project after having such a good experience with my soffits and siding. The two guys who worked on the porch roof were just as great as the first crew. They also honored my request for no radio and were so quiet, my cat who is super sensitive to noise, actually napped in the living room most of the time they were working.

Mark is customer oriented and wants his clients to be 100% satisifed. There was a misunderstanding with my particular job. Mark was very gracious and left it up to me with how I wanted to proceed, offering some alternatives to make the job right. Although,I decided to postpone my window replacement, I highly recommend him to anyone. He knows the business well. His pricing is fair after intevewiing several other window companies. He didnt' charge me for the one window that was installed, which he didn't have to do. Mark is a good businessman and I give him high marks!

Mark Fadely was creative in his solution to my window replacement. Another window company had given me an estimate of over $4000 to replace my window, with a Pella window. Mr. Fadely will also use a Pella window, but thought of a way to replace my window and clad the top rounded portion of the window with aluminum like the replacement for the double casement window he is going to replace. His price was almost 2/3 less than Mr. Window to replace the same window, both using Pella windows.

Mark met with me and went over what would be done and which siding I wanted. He gave me a written contract with the price and I gave him a 30% downpayment. He estimated when work would begin and they actually began a day earlier than I anticipated which was great. The crew arrived every day and was finished in 5 days. My next door neighbor had used Fadely's and so had the previous owners of our house and I am every bit as pleased. The work is beautiful and professional. The crew was careful around my yard and house and they cleaned up every night.

Mark Fadely is great to work with - very customer friendly. Having this work done in December, when they needed the work, was beneficial for both of us. They had to remove and replace, old, rotted wood before applying the siding. The crews were very nice and professional and worked quickly. I am extremely pleased with the results.

Scheduling took longer than originally estimated, but the Hail Damage in the area kept everyone very busy. Mark's crews were professional and left the job site in perfect condition when finished.

We had a great experience with them! I have several rental properties around town and will continue to use them in the future. The pricing also was quite fair. As I was doing such a large project, they threw in extras at no cost.

Went extraordinarily well. Finished within stated time frame in difficult weather conditions. Had a good experience when this company replaced my windows and now my siding. Fair pricing, low pressure, quality work. Only time will tell regarding durability of product; does have lifetime warranty, though. I only wish every home improvement company approached their work as professionally as this one.

Mark Fadely is very easy to work with and had the best price for the most comprehensive approach to this job. The job went extremely well, the work crew was efficient, courteous, and went beyond what they had to do--they were thoughtful enough to allow me time to get new floodlights while they were on the job so that they could install them. Clean up was done very well. I would not hesitate to use Fadely Home Design again. The gutter crew (subcontractor for Fadely Home Design) was also good.
