Fadely Home Design

We called to set up an appointment for measurements and an estimate. Mark arrived on time and was very pleasant. He showed us different types of windows, we talked about what we wanted and he said he would email us with the estimate. I mentioned that we were in a hurry to get the windows done with the weather getting cold. A couple days passed with no word and I called, spoke to Mark and he said that he had forgotten to get it sent, that he would do it right away. I never received an email. I called again and left a message but haven't heard back since. I have not called them back. I understand sometimes things get busy, but it's never too late to call and at least explain.

They were excellent. They were very informative. The craftsmanship was also excellent.

Mark Fadely came out and gave us suggestions on how to replace window with a privacy glass. He took measurements also. He came back with an estimate that week. The window came in 31/2 weeks later and was replaced in one day. The window fit great. We now have a window that lets in a lot of light but also provides privacy. We love it.

Mark was very professional and delivered everything as promised. Quoted a price on the initial appointment and followed it up in writing, via e-mail, that same day. When we decided to order the windows he said it would be approximately 30 days and the windows were delivered as promised in that time period. Installation was very smooth with no disturbance to the interior trim. Windows look great and I especially like the maintenance free exterior trim that is used. Prices were reasonable and quality of work exceeded expectations.

We contacted Mark the first week of September and were immediately impressed with him. He was on time and very respectful to us and our property. He gave us samples of the roofing materials that were available and while we were looking at those he walked around our property to take measurements. He explained the process regarding the removal and installation of the new roof. He gave us the quote that day and we signed the contract. At that time the approximate start date was the first week of October. Mark contacted me the on October 1st to let us know the project would be started on the 4th, but weather prevented that from happening. The project actually started on October 9th and finished on the 12th. We are very pleased with the way the crew protected our property and the clean up afterwards. We've only found one nail and that is very impressive. We highly recommend Fadely Home Design and would definitely use them again.

The work went without a hitch. Even though we made a slight change regarding the crown molding. We have used Fadely Home Design a couple of other times at our home on siding and eves and have always been very happy with the quality and price of all the work. Due to the size of this job we did get quotes from a number of other Angie's List contractors and we were very pleasantly surprised by favorable savings and wonderful quality we had by using Fadely Home Design.

Everything went as was described by Mark. They removed the old windows and installed the new ones without any disturbance to the interior trim or walls.The installers did an excellent job, professional, neat, and efficient. The painters were excellent and did a highly professional job and all was cleaned up very well. The windows themselves are very sturdy and we are very pleased with them.

Fadely Home Design was one of three estimates I got. Mark Fadely, the owner, came to the house, measured all the windows and doors, and explained the different products available. He was the only one of the three companies I called that gave me a satisfactory solution to replacing an old French door in my kitchen. To help me decide which French door to use, we were able to go to a former client of his and look at her doors. He even drove me over so I could see the doors. He e-mailed me an estimate the same day. We added three windows in the garage to the job a few days later, and Mark came right out to measure for them. Additionally, after a break-in, we decided to replace an additional door - Mark was very responsive and came out to measure and give us an estimate for the additional door. He was very helpful and patient as we added to the job.The installation team did excellent work. They arrived on time, and worked hard the entire day despite very hot weather. Danny consulted us on a few details, and was very helpful when decisions needed to be made.The only issue was with the screens - we wanted full screen, but half screens were ordered. But Mark corrected the order, and installed the half screens so we could open the windows until the full screens can be installed. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Fadely Home Design and would not hesitate to use this company again.

Mr. Fadely and his associates exceeded our expectations. The sun room and dining room picture windows turned out beautiful. I was impressed by how efficient the two men were in completing such an enormous job in only 21/2 days. They were prompt, professional, well organized, knowledgeable, focused, respectful, friendly, and worked extremely hard in the high temperatures (95-97). They removed all the old windows, trash, and cleaned the entire work areas prior to leaving each day. We are so happy with the results my husband contracted with Mr. Fadely to replace an additional 12 windows, and repair and paint another 9 windows in the back of the house, sun room/basement, and side of the house. My husband and I would strongly recommend Mr. Fadely and his employees for anyone that needed windows replaced or repaired. The responses of family and friends have all been positive and some humorous. Our son-in-law argued with me that the opening in the dining room had been significantly enlarged and the view amazing. When I pointed out the actual frame and crown molding around the opening remained intact when the old 3 windows were removed, and the new window set into the previous frame he was impressed.Replacing 3 small windows with 1 large window produced results we had not even thought about before. Our daughter asked why we had not done it before when she still lived at home and would have had a wonderful view while eating (her chair faced the windows looking onto the lake).Other comments made included how the new windows really opened up the 2 rooms, how they added significant value to the home; beautiful windows and view, well made, and cost effective.

Fadely Home Design were very professional, timely, and cleaned up well. It's a good product it seems so far.

They were prompt, but they could not get me the windows I wanted and did not consult me before bringing them.

The whole process was handled very pleasantly, while still professionally, from quote to labor to invoice.

They were beautifully done. I enjoyed his services. He was very cooperative and everything. Now, 3 years later, I somehow messed up a window, I was trying to wash them but somehow I got the window disconnected, I didn't know how to get it back in, so I spent half of the morning trying to do it myself and I called Mr. Fadely and he was here in 15 minutes. He brought his tools and he had figured it out on his way what possibly could have been my problem, and when he got here, he summarized it correctly. He went ahead, put the window back in, told me what the problem was, and showed me how to take them out simply what I should have remembered but didn't. He told me how to wash them and all that. He was very very wonderful. He left and he didn't charge me a dime for doing that. I want other things done eventually and me and my husband are working on some other things that we want him to do. He has just been wonderful. Everytime I called him or anytime, he has called me back within 10 to 15 minutes.

The service was satisfactory. I think everything is too much but they were comparable and probably a little lower in price than some others. In doing comparisons, I would give them an A for price.

We received excellent service from Mark and his crew. They were very professional, showed up on time, and after they were gone, you would have never known they were there.....except for the beautiful new windows they left behind! I would definitely do business with Mark again.

It was great. It was the first time we had used them. We will be using them again soon. They price, quality, and installation were all good. We were very satisfied.

The experience went well overall. He came out to provide estimates and told me it’d be 3 weeks before the windows would be in. He called exactly three weeks later and they came out to replace the windows.

They had the best price compared to anyone, so we got the best deal and he was very professional.

When we completely reconstituted an upstairs bedroom, we discovered that we simply needed new windows in it. After I emailed Mark Fadely about our problem, he came over the very next day, despite it being near Christmas, and, after quickly assessing what we would want, if we knew enough to articulate it, he measured the windows for replacement. Two men from his staff arrived and installed the windows in one morning and cleaned up after themselves. The whole process could not have been done more efficiently. We anticipate using Fadely Home Design to replace more windows in the future.

Mark Fadely and his company were very pleasant to work with. We decided to replace our very old wood siding with fiber cement siding (such as Hardie Plank). Mark gave us a quote and the price was reasonable. His crew came out over a couple of weeks to put up and paint the siding. They were all very professional and communicated with us well. Mark even came out a couple of times to see how the work was going. They worked hard to finish the work before we went out of town for Thanksgiving. When they finished our almost one hundred year old house looked like a new house! We would have them come and do work again. The work was high quality.
