The experience from the initial consultation to the installation/painting was excellent! Mark Fadely explained everything in detail prior to purchasing, and made sure the installation was timely, efficient, and done to his high standards. The painter was great, too. When there was a very small issue with one of the windows, Mark quickly took care of it. We will definitely be calling Fadely Home Design for any window needs in the future!

Of all of the many home projects we have had done, this was the easiest by far. We began and finished the project with a meeting with the owner, Mark Fadely. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Each workman who worked on the project was the same. All of our questions were answered. We had no clean-up, no furniture to move, nothing but beautiful maintenance-free windows and trim. The inside finishing was done with the same care as the removal and installation of the windows. We recommend Mark Fadely and his company and will certainly use his services again.

Everything went great! My wife and I could not have been more pleased with how this project was handled from start to finish. We met with 7 window replacement companies to educate ourselves about patio doors. Each company visited our house and provided estimates. Not only did Mark offer the best price, but we could tell that his professionalism and excellent reputation on Angie's List would make it extremely easy to work with him. He even came back a second time when we had a few more questions before making our final decision. Once we scheduled the job everything went perfect. The door arrived on time, and the installers did a fantastic job of removing the old patio door, carefully installing the new one, and sealing it ensure it is well insulated. Our old door was impossible to open, and now we have a beautiful maintenance free door with a lifetime warranty that is easy to operate. It looks great with our interior white wood molding, and the exterior color is a perfect match with our house. We have been enjoying the new door all summer on our patio. We will definitely use Fadely again in the future for windows and doors. We highly recommend this company!

It went great! From the very start I could tell Mark (the owner) would be extremely easy to work with and he was. He offered great suggestions to my original ideas and even had ideas of how to obtain the look I wanted for less money. He always responded very quickly to my text messages and phone calls. He kept to his timelines perfectly and I couldn't be happier with the process. I've worked with a lot of contractors and typically when a job is this big it just becomes a headache but Mark made it as easy as can be.

It went really well. They did a great job. They only charged me the "Big Deal" cost. He suggested we buy a "Big Deal" to get the discount off of the quoted price.

Mark came to my house and measured. He gave me several options (not just the most expensive) and was easy to work with. His team was the lowest quote by far, and they also stained the interior of all of my windows to match my 51 year old trim. They were flexible in installation, and the windows were installed on time. I had some existing windows which we still in good shape, and those were painted to match the Pella windows exactly. The exterior of my house looks so much better, and the interior stain is great. His painter also stained and painted the grates in the windows to match the interior and exterior. The other companies I got quotes from did not paint or stain. It was so much easier to arrange everything with one company and know it would be done well. His team cleaned up after themselves, and they were very friendly. I would highly recommend Mark and his team.

I was very pleased with Fadely Home Design. I called and they came out the next day to give me an estimate. Their estimate was the lowest and the representative told me about a coupon that was on Angie's List which made the price even better. They installed the window within the time frame that was quoted to me. The technicians were polite and friendly. We plan to use this company again for out next window replacement.

The workers showed up a bit early and explained what they were going to do. They took out the old windows and cleaned up the area. They added in a garden window and replaced the old sliding window in the foyer. They were extremely professional and courteous. They cleaned up the mess and left the house looking as it did before they started. The main worker explained the garden window to me, what kind of "issues" I might see that are not really issues like condensation. They waterproofed the heck out of the windows since I had previous water damage from bad skylights.

We are interested in getting our patio doors and windows of our home replaced. We contacted another company that said they would get back to us but they never did, even after a few follow up calls. We then called Fadely, who got back to us on the same, was able to come out the following day for an estimate, showed up right on time, and gave us estimates of just the patio doors as well as the patio doors and windows. They were prompt, professional, then the estimate in writing the following day (after we'd told them we decided on both the doors and windows) and put down our deposit. They informed us it would take about a month to get the items ordered, so that is where we are in the process now. So far we've been pleased with Fadely 8/31/15 Update: windows and doors installed July 21 & 22. They showed up promptly, let us know when they would be finished, and stuck with the schedule. Only complaint is that they didn't clean up inside under the windows or patio doors afterwards, so we had to sweep/vacuum that up, although this also meant that they didn't need to get into our house while we were gone. But overall we were very happy with their work, with the new windows (we do notice a marked difference in sound from outside), and think Mark Fadely steered us to windows appropriate for our house. Love the new screen door on the back--can open up the glass sliding door and let in the breeze on nice days.

I will let you know, we haven't had them installed yet. But I anticipate a great experience as the beginning of it has been wonderful!

We received quotes from 4 different companies. From the beginning, the estimate experience with Mark was by far the best. He did not jump on a demo window, or heat it with a blow torch. There was no sales pitch. He listened to the features I wanted in a window as well as the aesthetic I was going for. He was prompt at responding to emails while we worked out the details of exactly what the job would include. As the owner, he is very knowledgeable about the products he sells as well as the installation process. I felt his pricing for the amount of work being done was very reasonable. The windows actually arrived a week early, and the installers were ready to get to work less than 30 days after we placed the order. The installers arrived on time, and had all of the standard windows installed by the end of the 1st day. They did all of the replacement work from the exterior of the house, as to not disturb our detailed trim work. From the inside you can't even tell there was any work done, except we now have clear, functioning windows. On day two the installers arrived early and replaced the two picture windows and the doors. Day three they finished up all of the exterior trim. We went with a white vinyl replacement with a putty colored trim. I could not be any happier with the way they turned out.

Mark Fadely arrived on time for our appointment and helped me with the decision for the best type of windows for the area. Within 2-3 weeks installation took place. Installers arrived on time. Got right to work and were very personable and businesslike. The installers needed remove old windows, install the new windows and add new matching siding and insulation etc. Before they left- they cleaned up the areas and made sure to check in to see how I liked the windows, give me a brief tutorial on operation and answer questions. At a later agreed upon time a tradesman arrived to finish up drywall work on the inside (around the area of the new windows). Now my new windows have been integrated seamlessly into my home both inside and out. The windows are beautiful and make such a difference in the way the light flows through my house. I am very happy.

I could not be more thrilled with our new kitchen window! Mark (the owner) came to our house to give us an estimate for a custom sized window above our kitchen sink. The new window is much larger than our old one and it required cutting into the siding and drywall. Mark was very thorough with his estimate, walked me through the process of the installation and what kind of window would be best for the space we had available. The window was ordered and delivered on time. The workmen who installed our kitchen window were extremely nice and very knowledgeable about the installation. They ran into an issue with our kitchen cabinets and countertop not being perfectly level and kept me very informed about how they could remedy the issue. We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen window and the installation job performed by the Fadely crew! I will definitely be calling them when we are ready to replace the rest of our windows!

You deal with the owner, Mark Fadely. Mark showed up on time for the estimate. The price was fair. He was knowledgeable, communicative, and genteel. The windows arrived in stock and were ready to be installed by his crew when he said they would. The crew came on time, did the work, cleaned up, and left. They were cordial, hard working, and did a beautiful job of installation, leaving no mess What's not to love? I am one more satisfied customer of Fadely Design. Danny and Chuck did a wonderful job on each aspect of the project. (A separate painter did the staining and painting.) They both work diligently and very skillfully throughout the process, which only took 3 working days. They communicated well with us continually, and left a very tidy work site each day. We couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome of our project. Hats off to Danny and Chuck, and to owner Mark Fadely. From the day of the estimate to the end of the job Mark was terrific to work with. We wouldn't hire anyone other than Fadely Home Design for a project involving doors, windows and siding!

Our home is about 25 years old with original windows. We'd been approached by companies that wanted to provide us with "a deal" on all new windows. We were skeptical of that method and their proposals, though we did get estimates. Based on Angies' List reviews, we contacted Fadely Home Design for their input. We requested an estimate for replacing windows in 2014, coinciding with the assessments from other window installers. Mark Fadely is great to work with. He came to the house, measured all windows, and spoke with us about options. Mark was very good explaining the process as we had no previous experience with window replacement. He also understood that it was a general inquiry and we were undecided about when to move forward on the project. No rush, no pressure, no limited time offers. Comparing the estimates we'd gathered, Fadely Home Design was by far the best value, best product, and included a lifetime warranty. We revisited the idea of new windows in early 2015 - about a year after Mark Fadely had first talked with us. He came back out to the house, double checked previous measurements, reviewed options, and answered more questions. Windows are a big investment and we needed to do our project in stages. The first few have been installed and everything went smoothly. The new windows are a huge improvement! We look forward to continuing to work with Fadely Home Design on remaining window replacements.

Throughout this process Mark has been very professional, prompt and conscientious. He is an excellent communicator as well. Mark quickly responded to my request for a quote, scheduled us for an evening appointment at our request and responded to my questions promptly. After installation, I contacted Mark about a window that did not lock smoothly and asked him to come out on short notice to look at it. He happily came, worked on the window himself and discovered a latch needing replacement. He came back himself a few evenings later and replaced the faulty latch. It works great now. I also want to say that the crew cleaned up after themselves very nicely. I found nothing left behind that I needed to take care. The crew are employed by Mark and are not subs, something that is important to us. We really appreciate how easy it is to work with Mark and his caring attention to fulfilling our needs. We won't hesitate to contact him again when we are ready to replace other windows.

3-weeks from initial order date to install date. Windows were vinyl with "wood grain" look on the interior, One regular fixed glass, one large picture window, 3 large 2-pane sliders. Low-E Argon. Nice quality. Some light demo work in the process; all windows installed first day, "finished" second day. Mark Fadely did the sales and customer service end, Jimmy and Mike did the install. All three are very friendly, reasonable people making a sincere effort to provide excellent service. Jimmy had to make two extra runs to his supplier for color-matched interior caulk, but it didn't seem to be a burden at all - just part of getting the job done right. We paid 30% down and the balance on completion. Results look terrific. We've worked with Mark Fadely and his crew several times over the past 15 years, and it's always been a good experience. They sell a good quality product at a very good price, and they stand behind their work. Occasionally we (or one of our other contractors) have damaged the casings on windows that Mark's company has installed. Each time, someone (usually Mark himself) has come out in short order to replace any little broken parts at no charge. This is not part of any maintenance contract, it's just part of Mark's commitment to long-term customer satisfaction. And it works. Whenever we need replacement windows, Fadely Home Design is the company we call first.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are # ONE for a reason. If you are looking for honesty, integrity, quality, and reasonable prices this is the company for you. They were going to install a front door as well but due to the special detailed trim of my existing door they recommended that I not do it at this time. They were willing to work with me on some other projects as well. The installers were top notch carpenters and did a wonderful job installing the garden window. Highly recommended!.

Great! He was honest and said the issue we had was from house settling and just a matter of recaulking we did not need to replace the window. He also looked a leaky spot of a door and gave us recommendations on who to call.

I contact several companies for an estimate to replace all of the original single pane window in my house.
