I'd give them an A except for the fact that they used a roller on one of our doors, which I thought was kind of odd.

They did a superb job! Joshua and his crew were wonderful to work with; he told me exactly when they would come, and how long it would take each day. They were all friendly, and careful around the landscaping. We appreciated Joshua's good communication through the process. He even customized the colors by mixing the one for the trim. He also offered to clean and paint the wood play set in the backyard. The only downside is that the two wood windows are painted shut, but that is easily fixed. The price is higher than some bids, but it reflects the quality service.

When he prepared an estimate for our job Mr. Devries was careful to explain exactly how he planned to prepare and paint the house. We discussed several items that did not need to be painted (vinyl clad windows, exterior entrance door, garage doors). He was very willing to work with us on the type of paint to be used. He was able to get to our house within about a month of our accepting his quote. When he stared on the job, he again went over his process. His crew powerwashed the siding, soffits and fascia, replaced small broken pieces of wood, and caulked around the windows and filled small cracks and knotholes in the siding. He suggested that I allow him to paint the guttering to match the house. It was a great suggestion. When the painting was finished the crew scrubbed the shutters. The painting was meticulous, the crew was neat and hard-working, and Josh Devries was very personable and professional. The house looks great. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

They did an excellent job. They were very attentive to detail and very neat. Very easy to work with. The brick especially looks excellent. I have painted everything for the past 38 years, but I decided to use this company and they did a great job.

It was by far the best home improvement experience we have ever had. Joshua and his team were great. We felt well informed throughout the process. Their work ethic was the best I have ever seen. They had a huge team of guys who barely stopped working for lunch everyday. We felt the price of the job was more than fair and the house looks great.

Joshua was great to work with. We had some damage in a skylight that Joshua was able to arrange to have a drywall person do the repair that day. Joshua returned a couple of days later to paint the skylight and verify we were happy with the job.

Joshua DeVries and his crew did a great job. We weren't sure about a certain color, so Joshua painted two walls each a different color so we could see them a little better before making a choice. Joshua and his crew are very hardworking, conscientious, customer focused and honest. The completed rooms look great. We have used DeVries previously for exterior painting and they impressed us so much we hired them for this job. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Great! Work done quickly to get a house on the market. Josh and his guys were able to repair a lot of rotten wood on our balcony, and with great craftsmanship. Exterior paint was finished in one day, and looks great. Always in contact letting us know when he was going to be there. Outstanding work and the lowest prices were quoted.

The work was top notch. Attention to detail was excellent, turn around time was fast. Interruption to our lives was minimal. One day I came home to find Joshua wiping off the footprints, dirt on the hardwood floors by hand with a towel as they were finishing cleaning up. He is completely trustworthy. He had keys to our house for the 4 day project so that he could come and go.

Very well. I thought the cost was very reasonable for spending several hours to get the wall smooth, purchase green-board instead of standard drywall (by recommendation of the mold remediators). And the work was perfect.

They did an excellent job. Very quick and efficient work. Joshua checked the work at the end of both days and asked if I saw any thing that needed fixing. They even helped when my dog accidentally stepped in the paint and tracked it over my floor. While I washed my dog they made sure all the paint was cleaned up from the floor.

Josh came out and gave a fantastic layout of the project. We paid him to move all the furniture, to paint the entire condo because my parents are elderly. Josh and his crew came out on the start date PROMPTLY ON TIME and finished the project ahead of schedule. Took a total of 2 days to paint!!! They did a super job and even painted the trim at no charge. We hadn't planned on having it painted. Very good clean up and placement of furniture. Highly recommend Josh and crew for your next paint job.

I am completely satisfied with the fine work that Joshua and his crew did. I had seven interior rooms that required significant drywall repair and painting. I also had a new front door (double doors), two new patio doors and a new garden window in the kitchen that required staining. The work was completed in four days and one day ahead of schedule. Joshua ensures that quality work is done and to the satisfaction of his customer. He and his crew were very flexible in working with me which was a necessity in that we shared my home for nearly a week. I was also very happy with the price of the work compared to other interior painting I had done just last year. A fine job!

His pricing was very fair and favorable. He did excellent work and was very responsive to phone calls.

Very professional. Changed the color of the house, from a light color to a dark color. Joshua was very thorough about making sure the new color covered well. He worked around my schedule, as I was waiting for a new roof. He came out very soon after, that was complete. He fit me in this fall, when several other companies I called, could not. He returned my calls promptly, with any questions/follow up, I needed. I will keep him in mind for future projects.

Josh DeVries responded promptly to our request for a bid proposal. His price was in the range I expected and was competitive with two other proposals, so we selected him to perform the work. He began the work shortly after we awarded the project to him and worked on the job without delay until completed.

When we initially made the contract, we thought he would be on site. He had site manager that was on site - he did a great job. They did a great job on the painting and the price was reasonable.

His first meeting is very professional. He explained everything. He checked the house. He gave his background and references.

The work was done well and within the agreed time frame. I appreciated that Joshua met with me in person to do the estimate. While there were some schedule changes due to rain, he kept me well informed of revised plans to complete the job. They even painted an extra door and mail box post for no extra charge. We are pleased with the work and would consider using them again.

Joshua did an outstanding job. He and his crew exhibited excellent attention to detail. At the conclusion of the job, Joshua did a walk-around and satisfied all my concerns regarding minor detail work. Give DeVries Painting a try and spread the word!

Of the several quotes I got for the job, Joshua was not the lowest, but I new from our first meeting that he was going to do an excellent job. Joshua worked with me to get the job I needed at a price I could afford. I was slightly concerned when Joshua told me the day they started that his employee Kevin would primarily do the job. My concerns were unfounded. Kevin did a magnificent job. Joshua did inspect and help with the finishing touches. Kevin went above and beyond painting the doors, the garage trim we had messed up previously, and even spray painting our house numbers to look brand new. The gutters and downspouts were painted with a sprayer and look fresh from the factory-no brush strokes. We got more than our money's worth on this job and we're delighted with the result, as are our neighbors. We plan to have Joshua and his crew work on all of our future paint projects. I have great confidence in Devries and highly recommend them.

Mr. Devrie and his team were extremely professional and prompt. Even though this was a small dollar job, it was still treated as important and the work performed was of the highest quality. Prices were very competitive and reasonable.
