Description of Work: Over several months, had various issues mostly incomplete cleaning, follow-up and lack of communication. Never did anyone from management ever do a follow-up phone call or do a visit to determine whether our dissatisfaction was real and correctable. Finally, they just didn't call back to schedule anymore. Not surprised. |

A-1 Quality Cleaning performs approximately 300 cleanings each month. The vast majority of these are houses (though we clean a few offices too). Most months we receive zero complaints. Our customer satisfaction rate is 97% We do our best to satisfy all customers. [member name removed] was contacted after every cleaning accept the last one which is when we decided it no longer made sense to continue the relationship. I also met with [member name removed] between the first and second cleaning. This was a difficult relationship to maintain and we regret we could not serve his needs. He is one of the 3%. that we could not satisfy. :-(

Excellent!!
Description of Work: A-1 Quality Cleaning has been cleaning our home every other week for several years. They never miss an appointment and I love coming home to a nice, clean (clean smelling) house. The crew and the owner (Pete) are always friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them to anyone!
