Troy worked with us to make sure we purcahsed the correct materials to get the job done right. He was willing to let us do some of the work to keep costs down on the project. The whirlpool tube we purchased had a couple of loose lines and leaked the first time used the jets in it. We found the loose fittings but Troy came back to make sure there was no other problems.

I called Troy based on the reviews on Angie's List. My initial project was replacing linoleum in two large rooms with ceramic and painting 2 rooms. A local flooring company quoted the flooring at $12,000. Troy charged $2500 for labor, and I found ceramic for $1200, bringing the cost to $3700. As I saw the quality of his work, I added projects to his list: removing wallpaper, priming, painting 2 additional rooms, ceramic in another bathroom. Fortunately, he was able to work for me about 2 months, and ticked off quite a few of the projects I had not finished. He is an unbelievably fast painter, and even painted one room 4 times, no additional charge, because the walls were covered with hairspray (applied by three daughters). Having worked with Troy for so long, I can vouch for his trustworthiness, attention to detail,and excellence in the final product. I trust him around my children and my home. He's just a great guy doing great work, and I consider him my friend.

Our house is old so troy had to make a lot of stuff fit!! There were wood damage that had to be replaced.. Some siding had to be removed and put back in order to get stuff to fit.. Troy is very knowledgeable and had no problem making everything work. We were looking for someone we could trust.. Now days it is hard to find someone who shows up and doesn't mind working.. Troy did a good job, we have other work for him to do this summer.

everything was fine with the exception of several small limb left under the trimmed tree which had to be removed before I could mow.

I won't reiterate that I said in my last review about Troy Bain and All Things Done, Inc. Instead, let me just say that this guy can do anything, and with a smile. He is the ultimate pro, and my wife and I would trust him with ANY sort of work that needed doing in our Muncie residence. We give him the highest recommendation possible.

All Things Done, Inc. is our go-to contractor for every kind of work around our condo. Troy Bain, the owner, is extremely smart, articulate, knowledgeable, conscientious, thoughtful, trustworthy, friendly, and just a total pro in every respect. We have found him and his employees to be skilled at everything from electrical work to plumbing, painting, woodwork, tile flooring, and on and on. No job is too big or too small for his attention, and when we've had emergencies, he has managed to get to us in a flash. We recommend him to anyone and everyone in need of talented and reliable assistance around their home or business. This guy Troy Bain is a true class act!

From day one, Troy was punctual and focused on the job. He explained any extra work that needed to be done and was upfront about any additional costs that may be incurred as the work progressed. He kept the work area clean and provided documentation for everything he did. If something needed a decision to be made, he provided recommendations, but always asked about it and went with the decision I made. I am satisfied with the work that he performed and would recommend his services to others.

Troy and I miscommunicated on the days he would be out, but after we spoke, he was there exactly when he said he would be and went right to work. As he finished tasks, he would let us know so we could see his progress plus go over what we had discussed and what he did. If he saw an issue he disguessed it with us right away. Troy worked quickly, and finished everything sooner than we expected. We'll use All Things Done for future projects for sure.

Once again, Troy Bain was a delight to work with! He carefully listened to what we were needing to do, regarding the repair of the major crack in the flooring that had occurred due to a foundation problem and waited until the foundation was repaired. He then carefully listened to my design/aesthetic concerns and took me to a large, national chain, home repair and supplies store where we shopped together for the type and design of ceramic tile that would work with our home, offering his professional advice where needed as to types of tile that might not work well in an area that might become wet, e.g., too slippery in case it got wet in the bathroom or laundry area. We bought the materials and Bain arrived promptly on the scheduled day and time. He did his work efficiently and professionally, always treating me, as a woman and the person who was managing the job for our family, with total respect. His work was wonderful and his design sense was also great. He finished the job in the allotted time and even offered to return a day or two later, after the floor tiles had sufficiently "set", to put our washer and dryer back into working position as well as making certain our new bathroom vanity was installed correctly. And, speaking of the vanity, although our replacing it with a new one was not necessary to complete this job, when Bain and I discussed the "look" of the bathroom, he suggested that we might want to consider buying a replacement and then gave us the name and address of a business approximately 30 minutes away, that we were unaware of, where we might be able to find a replacement vanity for a large discount over the local retailers. We did and are very pleased with what we found and he installed! We couldn't be happier with the job that Bain did and love the way our new floor now looks. We are now even more convinced and confident that Bain is the contractor for any additional work that we need done in our home and hope to be able to use him again, soon, for the work that still needs to be done in our home. He's top grade and I've come to trust him implicitly which is quite a relief when it comes to a contractor where you can feel SO very vulnerable! Based on another bid/proposal he's provided for another, much larger job that we need done, not only was his proposal more thorough than any of the others that I obtained BUT his was also the least expensive! I wholeheartedly and unequivocally recommend his work!

Troy Bain, of All Things Done, LLC, had been in our home about six (6) weeks earlier to bid on some major interior repair work that we would need done, after the initial repairs were finished to the issue that caused the interior damage. On the first day of the other, specialized (foundation) contractor's work, they accidentally jackhammered through our water lines, necessitating that the water main be shut off and that that part of their work be stopped. Instead of phoning a plumber with whom we had had some work done a few times since moving here about three years ago, I took a chance and phoned Troy. He immediately tried to assure me that it was most likely not a major problem, that he could, indeed, drop everything that he was working on with another job about 20 minutes away, and showed up at my door within 1/2 hour. He spoke briefly with the worker from the other contractor, and then came into the house to inspect the damage, not visible without first moving himself into position, deep into the hole that had been jackhammered through our laundry room floor. He discovered that, not only was there TWO breaks in the pipes, but that the pipes, up to then, invisible to us under the floor, were made of a substance that was no longer in use and hadn't been since around 1992! Fortunately, for us, not only did Troy have extensive experience with these types of pipes due to a huge, multi-home job he undertook back in the early 1990s, but he even knew where, in our local large home improvement store, he might be able to find the replacement parts that he would need. He also knew where, in the event the local store was long sold out of these parts, he could find more of them, although he warned me that he would have to drive about 30 minutes away to locate them. He left and returned about 30 minutes later, having found them locally and then went to work. He worked here, at my home for several hours, making certain to not declare the work "finished" until he was positive that it was completely done and that there were no additional surprises that would show up once he had left. He communicated with me and the other company's workers when he needed to, always being professional and polite. He finished his repairs and then gave me my bill, stunning me with how very reasonable it was, not adding any premiums for the emergency nature of the job as some other vendors would certainly have done! I couldn't be more impressed with both his work AND his demeanor and professionalism. It was this transaction that put him on the "top of my list" for any future work that we would need done!

Troy extremely professional. He went above and beyond, even going as far as to run to the hardware stove o get the light bulb we needed. He did a great job.

Troy went with me to the store to order the materials needed. When the flooring came in, he picked it up and delivered it to the house. Troy is very professional, courteous, punctual, and takes GREAT pride in his work. When the carpet was removed from the den, the sub floor had several HUGE paint stains on it. He could have ignored it and proceeded with laying the floor, but he didn't. He sanded down the entire den room floor so the new floor would lay correctly. Troy did a great job and the floors look beautiful. I would highly recommended him to anyone and will use him again for other projects in the future.

Was on time the day that we scheduled to meet. We felt that our ideas and wants were listened to. All Things Done was able to provide us in a couple days a complete estimate with the breakdown of the costs. It was comparable to other companies that we obtained estimates from as well.

Very poorly. I had to fire him and now have to have the job redone. I have tenants living in the house, he was rude to them. He would tell me one thing and tell them something else. Then I found out from the people that were there he came late, left early. Was not prompt. Told the people in the house the were being to picky. He refused to keep them informed of what he was doing and when he would show up. I should of got the clue when he did not call back promptly and when the people of the house told me the he was not doing a good job. I wish I would of believed them I would of stop him and worked on getting another person.

The service went well. Troy did the work in a timely manner and at the estimated price.

He came out and looked at our problem and then came back after we had to reschedule (our baby daughter was born). Great experience.

Quite well. He was on time, and very professional. There was a problem with one of the interior doors, so he did have to get a replacement and come back and finish the job on another day.
