Varmint Guard representative was very friendly and not too pushy over the phone. She gave me a per room estimate over the phone. I called a few other places and they were the cheapest and the only company that offered a 90 day no cost guarantee, so I called them back. They came on the day I requested and were on time. The worker who came to the house tried to give me another estimate after he "looked at the place". I told him I had already gotten a quote over the phone and that was all I was paying. He told me they usually don't do that, tried to phone the office and couldn't get through, and then filled the work order for the amount I was originally quoted. We told him there was evidence of mice. He said he thought that was the problem, but didn't check for mice or ways they could get in. However, we haven't seen any fleas since!

Brad came out to give me an estimate, and was very friendly and prompt. He put out a trap on the roof the same day. Then William came out everyday to check the traps and replace as necessary. After 2.5 weeks, 9 squirrels were caught. William closed up the holes as well as installed copper flashing on a couple other areas as preventative maintenance. (They only come out during the weekend if you call to say an animal has been caught in the cage.)

The company representative had a wonderful sense of humor while explaining mice habits. He assured me that I could be free of the little critters even though I live with a woods behind me. The plan is to set bait on the inside and in garage then they treat the outside around the house so they don't want to come in. They come back every 3 months to treat the outside and that is $110 and the contract was for a year. I am to immediately call them if I see any evidence of mice. I was very happy and feel sure this is the answer to my problem. I would recommend this company. They were a pleasure to deal with and gave me some good laughs too. I would have paid more money to get rid of the critters that kept scaring me.

They came out, figured out the problem for us (raccoon coming in a malfunctioning cat door), gave us recommendations (easy to do), and didn't charge us a thing (since they didn't think they needed to set a trap). They gave us a cell phone to call back if that didn't resolve the problem (but that DID resolve the problem). We were very impressed and well-satisfied. They were on time and very polite.

Mick was professional, about 15 minutes early (which never happens) and did a great inspection. He explained what his company already does for our condo community. He was efficient but yet did not hurry.

The daily removal of trapped animals was done as explained. The tech left a card each day with the results of trappings. The technician who provided estimate was very thorough in helping us understand how the animals were getting into the attic.

The technician was friendly, neat, honest, and knowledgeable. He did a very good job. I would definitely recommend them.

Called to schedule an appointment on Memorial Day, and received a return call first thing Tuesday morning. Worked with me on a time to suit my schedule, arrived promptly and walked with me around the property to identify and explain what was happening in the problem areas - eaves, deck, pool - affected by paper wasps and carpenter bees, and even gave suggestions on things we could do ourselves to help ward off the problem. Explained the spray they used would eliminate these pests as they returned to their nests, and that they would stay away the whole season. The wasps and bees have totally disappeared from our property and Varment Guard has guaranteed to return at no charge if they are again sighted this season. With kids outside a lot with a pool and friends, it is truly peace of mind to not have to worry about these pests. We will definitely call them again next year.

I am very pleased. They could have tried to sell me something even though I did not need it. I will definitely call them when and if a problem exists. I will also recommend them to others. I am very impressed with the company.

They were very punctual and knowledgeable; they were also very professional. I had no problem leaving for work with them at my house with my wife and kids.

Varment Guard responded to my request for an estimate fairly quickly. Their staff is tidy and professional.

I called Varment Guard and they sent an associate, Mark, out the next day to provide an estimate. He was on time and prepared to do the work if I agreed. Mark and the person who took my call were polite and professional. It's been a week and I haven't seen any more bees. I would definitely use this company again.

The company responded to our call promptly, and their representative was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, the rep quoted one price for squirrel catching and removal. All of the other companies that I called wanted to charge per squirrel and per daily trip to check the traps. (Who wants to enter into an open-ended agreement?) We were very pleased with the results, and would definitely use this company again.

The technician was very professional and polite and seems to have done a thorough job. I have had no more trouble with carpenter bees since he sprayed, but if I do, the work is guaranteed for the season, and they will come back and spray again if necessary.

Both the estimator and technician were punctual, courteous and friendly. I would use them again as well as recommend them to others.

Company was very responsive and had a representative out to my house within a day to assess situation and provide estimate. Getting the actual bird removal scheduled and completed took a little longer than I would have liked. Estimate was provided on 5/16/06; birds were not removed until 5/25/06. Work quality, however, once completed, was very good. Birds have not returned.

Company was very responsive and available when other companies couldn't come for over a week. They were very professional and punctual. Price seemed high for work involved but it was similar to a phone quote from another company.

Professional, courteous, friendly. And the bees have disappeared. Seemed expensive to me, but then again I did not get other estimates.

They put a trap in the house, and a plug on the outside of the house and they monitor it every quarter.

We were very disappointed in the level of service that we received. A scribbled bill in a mailbox is not enough of an explanation as to what was found. We are not even very confident that the tech went up onto the roof. The ground did not look disturbed anywhere by the house indicating that a ladder was placed. None of our neighbors saw someone on the roof. When the tech discovered that we were not home, the inspection should not have been completed. Or if it was completed, the tech should have called us to explain the bill. Instead we had to initiate the conversation. On the plus side, the customer service representatives/schedulers were very nice, and also helpful.

Brad came out to do the estimate. He was on time, courteous, and friendly. We agreed on the work to be done. A time was later scheduled by phone. The person had a four-hour window to complete the work. I was home the whole time. I called 45 minutes after the window had closed to ask why noone came to do the work, and was told that someone was here at the beginning of the time slot. I never heard a knock on the door and the doorbell never rang. They finally agreed to come at another time (it turns out I didn't even need for them to be home to perform the work since I am a Total Gold Package member). Other than finding lots of feathers on the roof and driveway, the work was completed satisfactorily. I just wish they could have done it on their first visit to our house.

The young man was professional and courteous. He was tidy and used bleach water to help kill off remaining insects and help with the smell. I would recommend them. But I hope I never have to remove a dead animal again.

This company came to my home and gave me an estimate to remove a ''possible squirrel's nest'' from a gutter connection. Without confirming that I did, indeed, have a problem, I wasn't about to schedule a $200 job.
