I have had them for many years. They are good and reliable. If you have a problem, you can just call them and they come.

It took 2 weeks for them to capture the squirrels and they fixed my roof. The technician was really nice, explained what the squirrels did to my roof, he fixed the roof and charged exactly what was discussed. I absolutely love this service and I would recommend them to anyone.

We feel very comfortable with them. They do an excellent job. We live in a wooded area and they have kept control of any kind of insect infestation or field mice getting into the house. They explain things and let me know what they are going to do each time. We are very happy with them.

They are fantastic. They used to come out four times a year. We used to pay them per visit. They used to assign someone to us so that we could establish a relationship with that person. They do a lot more compared to the other companies that we have seen. They used to come out and put traps just to assess the kind of insects that were there. They used to place traps around the entire house and sprayed a barrier around the perimeter of the house. They used to spray around the trees and fences too. During each quarter they would assess what kind of insects we had. They used to spend as much time with us as we needed. We stopped using their service because of financial reasons. We will be using them again if we have the money.

Everything went good. They guarantee there work which is a great thing as a consumer.

Everything has been great. We have been using them for seven years now. They are very very good. I would recommend them to anyone.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I called on Tuesday morning around 8am, Stephanie answered my call on the first ring , she was very friendly and helped me to get same day service. By 10am, Karl arrived at my house ready to help. He was VERY informative and through, which helped to put my mind at ease right away. I had recently discovered beetle bugs in my house and was very concerned. Within minutes, Karl identified the source of these critters! I still wanted to sign up for reoccurring treatment services for bugs in my basement, so Karl walked me through my options and was able to call and schedule the spray treatment for same day service in order to accommodate my schedule. Within an hour, Harry was here and treated my entire place. Harry was also very through and helpful, he went over and beyond to ensure that we covered ALL areas that needed to be treated. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone- very professional, informative, prompt, patient and friendly. Very reasonably priced too and worth every penny!

I requested an inspection and estimate for treating my deck and house exterior for a carpenter bee problem. The service tech treated the deck rails and drill holes, soffits, and some of my fence where activity was seen. The treatment is supposed to last until frost. Two weeks later, there was still carpenter bee activity on the deck railing in the same place as before. I called the company and requested a re-visit. The service tech returned two days later when his house calls took him to my area. He treated the deck area where the activity where I had seen activity.

We have a package and they come out every three months. Their pricing is very reasonable.

Quickly responded to my telephone inquiry. They were able to contact the service technician who was able to quickly schedule an appointment. Unfortunately I called on a Thursday and he couldn't get out until Monday. Didn't cause any issues, but would have liked it removed quicker. Overall the experience was fine.

I have a contract with them and pay $100 four times a year and extra service calls are free. They are very prompt and resolve all issues I have. They do regular spraying and maintenance and come out at any time free of charge. They are very reasonable and really take care of any issues.

They are very good, very efficient and reliable. The last time around, they treated the exteriors of my house for pests. I pay them for every application. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They were great. Charlie arrived on time, was in and out. He removed several animals.

We are on a quarterly plan where they do spray treatment. We have been using them for 18 years, and we have had the same technician always. He's very friendly and professional. He is willing to help even if we have a problem outside the normal scope. If we have problems in between like a hornet?s nest or whatever he comes out very promptly within a day to get rid of that at no charge. We pay the same price every quarter and that includes tax. He also comes out in between sprays. Varment Guard Environmental Services Inc. does a great job and are very reasonably priced.

VARMIT GUARD comes regularly and on time. They leave me complete information on what they find and have done.

We really liked them. We spent about $ 200 on that service. They answered some other questions we had and they were great and we liked them. They provide good information and they were professional. They were very responsive and as a matter of fact once the treatment was done, I did not see any bugs.

I had no idea what was going on and was completely freaking out. The noise was crazy and it sounded like a large rodent was going to fall out of my range hood at any minute. I ran out of the house and waited in my yard for Varment Guard to arrive. The serviceman was at my house within the hour. He pretty much knew what was going on before he even looked. He was fast, efficient, courteous, and very reassuring. I was extremely happy with the service.

I have been very satisfied with them. Whenever you see a bug and call them they will come. They make sure the problem is taken care of and will come out as often as requested.

I probably found them on Angie's List. The work went well. They were not on time, but they gave an estimate right there on the spot.

Varment Guard Environmental Services Inc. took a lot of time and put a lot of effort into doing the inspection of our home. The employee was very nice and explained everything that was going on to me.

Overall, the experience went very well. The techs arrived on time, were polite, professional and the entire process was quick. He explained very thoroughly what was to be done, then once the work was completed, he let us know what to do. I'm happy with thier services and I would highly recommend them.

Varment Guard was great. I would use them again.

They will keep coming back as long as it takes for them to completely get the job done and we paid them a onetime fee for that. They looked around and figured out from where they were getting in. They set some traps on the ground because they weren?t able to get up to the roof with the snow. Now they have some traps on the roof as well. Once they catch them and get rid of them, they will seal that area that they have identified so that they don?t get in again. I only met two people from the company. They generally do their business very quietly and they don?t intrude and bother you every day. I met another person today, who gave me an update about the traps and he was very nice. They just caught one today. They are very responsive and very professional.

The technician was very nice. He examined everything and let me know that I didn?t have termites and I didn?t need to hire them. I had other people to give an estimate, and they weren?t nearly as thorough this technician.

They gave me an Angie's List discount. Their work was good, but it was too pricey.
