Salesperson was very professional and outgoing. She was completely up-front about timing, pricing and recommendations. She even found mouse excretions that we didn't know existed (gross). We signed up for 3 quarterly treatments per year (will skip the winter to save a little money). They guarantee the service for 90 days so, theoretically, if you find an insect in your house within 90 days, they'll come out and respray. The technician was prompt and professional. He explained everything he was doing but didn't make me follow him around the whole time. He left several packaged ant traps with me should an ant problem arise after he left. He showed me where he sprayed and layed traps before he left. I had just cleaned my basement floor and he did make a comment about how I should be careful having contractors down there because my floor is slippery. That was a little annoying, but overall, it went well and I'll have them back.

They just come, do their thing, and it works. We haven't had any problems with pests. The price is good. The quality, responsiveness, and professionalism is great. I will use them again in the future.

If we find any pest, we call them and they send someone right away. If they need to come for a follow up they do that and the price is reasonable.

Things are going just fine with them. There have been no bugs since we've used them. They always leave a note when they come by to perform their checks.

They are pretty good in my area and they have always been excellent. They always ask question on what problems I have and fix them. I’m not able to rate them on their pricing since my husband pays them and I don’t know how much he pays. I have a lot of concerns about chemicals so I ask them and they are really cautious about its use which shows that they are professional.

I am part of a total gold program where they treat our property four times a year and I pay for four times a year but they will come out anytime I need them without any extra charge which I really like. If they treat my property and if the problem doesn’t go away within a certain amount of time then they come back at no charge and retreat. They will keep doing that until the problem is being cleared up and that’s the number one thing that they absolutely stand by their service. Something else which I like about them is that they notify me ahead of time when they want to schedule and they have me call them set up exactly the window of time I want. They give a three hours window which a lot of places say but they are very good at working with my schedule and will be there when they say they will be there.

We've gotten a contract with them for probably a couple of years. They come out monthly. They are very professional and prompt with their appointment times. They are always very willing to come in and go that extra mile. They take their time in the house and make sure they can find the source for us. They are very thorough and professional.

We had been having ants around the exterior of the house for a couple years. Just tiny "sugar ants". Then, last year they began to appear in the house. We bought some over-the-counter remedies that had little effect. The ants disappeared over the winter but were back 100-fold this spring. We were overrun in the kitchen, bathroom, and even the upstairs bedroom. We have 6 cats which are indoor/outdoor so we are afraid to use something that would harm them, but enough is enough! A friend told me about Varment Guard, that she used them and would recommend them. I called and they came out that day to access the problem. "Mo" was out the next day and treated everything. She was so nice, and very thorough. She explained that these ants are called "odorous house ants" and that they have multiple queens in their colonies. Therefore, when you spray insecticide, the colonies break up into many other colonies. That is how I managed to have so many sites of invasion! She then set ant bait stations in the house and treated areas where the ants were evident. The ants went right for the bait. We saw nothing but dead or dying ants the next day. By the second day, there were no more ants in the kitchen. Within a week we were clear of ant. We had another group of ants arrive two weeks later, we called "Mo" and she was out the next day and found where a new colony was entering the house. No ants since. While she was here on her first visit, she asked us about mice. Since we had so many cats, I didn't think it was a problem. However, she baited the cellar and crawl space under the house and the attic. She showed me areas where vermin could enter through the foundation. Two weeks later i found evicence of dead mice. Mo, you rock!

Ultimately, the problem was fixed, but not as soon as I'd have liked.

They're fantastic and I have been using them 3 years. They're very reliable, when they say they're going to be there, they're there, they wear shoe coverings, they call before they come over, they are very professional, and they've been a pleasure to deal with.

I have a service contract with them. I've used them for five years. In that five years I've only had two service people. They email me ahead of time before they come to spray. They spray inside and outside for pest control. My experience with them has been good.

They have been great. They come on time, and do a thorough job. They release animals without hurting them. I have never had to call them back to resolve an issue, they get it done the first time.

I confirmed that there was a raccoon living in the attic space. Varment Guard sent out an estimator to get the job started; he confirmed that the raccoon was entering through a roof vent, gave me the pricing for trapping and removal of the animals as well as covering for the vent. He sent out another employee to set the traps. The raccoon was trapped at about 4 am the first night the traps were out. The technician called to confirm that he had picked her up and that I should listen for possible babies that night. It looked like she was either ready to give birth or was about to give birth. I heard the babies and left a message with the technician that night, stating that my work day started at 5:30 am so he could call back in the morning whenever. He was great and called at about 6:45 am as I was getting ready for work. We made arrangements so he could get to the attic while I was at work. I got a call later that afternoon to confirm removal. After that the estimator came back to assess the damage the raccoon had done. She had trampled down paths in the insulation and established at least 2 "litter box" areas. He gave me an estimation for cleaning and work with the insulation that afternoon and set it up with the technician who did the trapping and removal. The technician followed up with me and we again made arrangements for him to have access to the attic while I was at work. Both men were great to work with. They returned phone calls quickly and kept me updated through each step of the process. The cleaning process came in $90 cheaper than the initial estimate.

The experience was excellent. The price was reasonable.

They did a great job. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and we have not seen a bee on the deck since they were here. Even if we do see any bees nesting in the deck they will come out and spray again for free for the rest of the year. Great experience with this company.

They were very wonderful to deal with and helped us take care of the termite problem. They didn't even charge us when we consulted them about the skunk problem. They just came out and gave us advice about how to handle the situation.

They are very prompt. The same tech comes for the quarterly sprayings so we know who is coming to do the work. They don't leave until the problem is solved.

It's going excellent. They come whenever they're called. They send the same person each time, so they are aware the problems. They stand behind their work.
