I had ant trouble in the past and they had to come out five times but they located the ants and took care of it for me, and there was never an additional charge, they kept coming back until problem was resolved.

+ -1 moreIt is always the same guy that comes out. He always knocks to let me know he is here. He runs around and checks everything then comes back to let me know if he found anything. Fortunately, he has not found anything lately. I would tell someone to get an estimate from them. They are on schedule.

+ -1 moreThe only thing I can add is that everything was completed in a timely fashion with the promise that someone will be out to inspect the traps and remove the bait boxes in six months. We were completely satisfied with the job well done and the professionalism of the company representatives.
Description of Work: The representative came out as scheduled and determined that, yes, we did have termites. They had not yet reached the house which was a good thing. She gave us a price for the treatment - we received a discount off the normal fee because we use the company on another property of ours. The technician was scheduled within a reasonable amount of time and arrived as planned. He installed termite traps around the perimeter of our house and placed above ground bait boxes where concentrations of the insects were found.

I wasn’t here when the man was here for the initial assessment but my fiancé felt like he did a thorough job at looking at things. I was here when he did the initial spray; he did a really good job. They came out on time.

+ 0 moreThere had been a couple of neighbors in the neighborhood that had used them and were satisfied. There was a representative that came out and looked at the area and gave me an estimate. Then the technician followed up in 3-4 days. I thought their price was a little bit high but he also found a couple of other areas that were not coated in their original coat and fixed them too. He did more than what was quoted to me and the original estimate probably would have increased the price.
Description of Work: I used Varment Guard Environmental Services Inc for animal removal and pest control and extermination services. I had some birds and mice in my house and I had them come out and got rid of the birds and others. They coated the area that was broken open. They worked on 2 different areas.

Description of Work: We got a new roof about three weeks ago and the company installed new gutter covers, but apparently one of the covers had a small opening. A few days ago we started to hear animals running around in the gutters. We thought it was chipmunks because we've seen them in our yard, so we called Varment Gaurd for a free estimate. They arrived at my house early and called me while I was at work to let me know that it was actually birds that were trapped in the gutters that could not get out because of the new gutter covers. They moved the covers enough for the birds to leave and fixed the cover so it wouldn't happen again. I appreciate that they took the time to help the birds and us, and we will call them if we ever do have a chipmunk problem.

I liked that all of their products are pet friendly, which was effective, and their service technicians were very nice. They were able to treat for the problem without having me evacuate from my house.

+ -1 moreWe had the same technician each time and he was super nice. The gal who came initially wrote up everything thoroughly and explained it effectively. She also told me the different ants that were in my home. She also provided a honey to do list that included a list of things to do around the home to solve the issues She really impressed me with their suggestions. They called each time before the service to confirm. They also checked to make sure we wold like the to spray the inside of the home at no additional cost. It has been a fantastic experience.
Description of Work: They took care of a home ant problem we had. We also purchased a service package and they come every three months to treat our home. They also come as needed to set up bates for ants. There was evidence of rodents in the garage and they put bate traps for that.

+ -1 moreI received several estimates and liked the pricing philosophy of this company the best. It was basically a flat fee for removal of as many animals as could be trapped in 10 week days (traps are tied open and not checked on the weekend). Seemed like a good way to go as I knew we had more than one animal to be trapped. All other companies charge by the animal. The staff showed up as promised and set traps. Two animals were trapped and removed. Overall, good service. Felt a little pressure on the "upsell" of exclusion services. This was of no value to me so I didn't do it.
Description of Work: Trapping and removal of two animals over a period of about a week.
