Description of Work: THEY REPLACED A WATER HEATER, DISCONNECTED A WATER SOFTENER, FIX A TOILET AND RODDED OUT KITCHEN DRAIN. WAS VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING THEY DID. THE ONLY ISSUE SCHEDULING. I WAS TOLD WORKERS WOULD ARRIVE BETWEEN 9:00 AND 9:30 AM. I CALLED THE OFFICE ABOUT 10:00 TO FIND OUT WHY THEY HAD NOT ARRIVED. THE PERSON ON THE PHONE APPARANTLY DID NOT KNOW WHERE THE WORKERS WERE OR WHEN THEY WOULD ARRIVE. I FINALLY RECEIVED A CALL ABOUT NOON THAT THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE GIVEN AN "A".

 + 0 moreI started by emailing Kim and I set up an appointment for an estimate. Wendall came to our home and the next day Kim emailed me the estimate. I then scheduled for the work to be done. Rick and a helper showed up on time and went above and beyond to fix my pipe. Rick was very friendly and had no problem taking the time to answer my questions and offer suggestions when asked. He never treated me as a "dumb housewife" like I have encountered in the past with other plumbers. The estimate was for up to 15' of floor to be broken up but the break wasn't that far. It ended up being about half that and so it actually cost less than the estimate. I cannot say enough about the friendliness and helpfulness of Kim or the great disposition and work of Rick. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs in the future.
Description of Work: Rick had to break up our basement floor and replace a broken pipe. He used a jack hammer and stopped and checked the pipe every foot or so. He found the broken pipe area and replaced it with new. He also noticed that our pipes had no pitch to them and backfilled to create a pitch to the area he replaced. He also rodded the remaining pipes and put in a new clean out by the laundry tub. After that was completed, he re-cemented the floor. All and all, a complete day's work.

When you first move to an area, you have no idea who is good. This company was beyond good. They really took care of us and we liked them a lot. They are friendly, knowledgeable and their prices are great. They are my plumbing company of choice now thanks to Angie's List letting me find them.
Description of Work: Tiger did routing work at my 2000 square foot home. They also fixed a drippy faucet for me while they were here. A shower in our bathroom had been dripping downstairs so they resolved the problem with their rerouting work.

 + -1 moreTiger Plumbing is the only company that would give us a quote without charging a service fee. We called to set up an appointment on Monday and we were given a 2 hour appointment window for the following day as it was not an emergency. Our rep, Matt, called prior to our appointment to confirm and arrived on time to give us a quote. Price was reasonable so Matt was able to start work immediately. He was very quick and the work was completed within an hour. The work was done very well. Matt was courteous and professional throughout our appointment and gave us numerous tips on how to avoid problems in the future. Overall, I can honestly say this is my first pain free plumbing experience and would not hesitate to call Tiger Plumbing in the future.
Description of Work: We had a pipe leak behind our wall, which we removed the wall ourselves before they arrived and had the water to that pipe turned off. Matt removed the old fixture and replaced approximately 4 feet of copper pipe that led from our basement ceiling out to the spigot and put in a new frost proof stopcock.
