When I called to inquire about getting my window trim restained, they were very responsive. We set a date and they came out on time. Got the job done in 5 hours but needed to come back to do a second coat of stain. Scheduled for the following week and they came out again on time and were done within 2 hours. Cleaned up after themselves and very professional and friendly. Very cost friendly.

They did a very nice job, very neat and quickly done.

They did excellent work, on the days they said they would, and on time. They went above and beyond by doing some touch-up repair on the molding in several spots where others had not done a clean job of painting and they did one extra wall that wasnt in the original bid and did not charge extra.

Things went will with Rickleff. They were proactive in booking our Big Deal purchase for 8 hours of interior painting. We recently purchased a home that we repainted, but unfortunately, the previous owner's paint job was sloppy, leaving lots of old paint on the floorboards. Rickleff's painter came in seal/caulked the window casings and painted, caulked and painted the floorboards in 2 rooms, and painted 3 doors that were nicked up from the 17 years that that the house had been built. They did a great job on all fronts.

He showed up early!!!!! Went straight to work on my baseboards and patching a hole in the basement bath. He did a beautiful job. I will definitely use them again. I am very picky and could not be happier with the work.

It was a good service. I think two painters came out. They did a great job. We hired them again to do some other paint work. I think their pricing is competitive.

All of the painters as well as the owner were extremely nice and non-invasive as my husband and I work from home. They worked me into their schedule at my request because I was hosting an upcoming birthday party in my new home. They finished the work ahead of schedule and the quality of work was exceptional.

Initially he called back and said he was traveling. He was well-spoken. He scheduled an appointment for this week, but he was a no-show, no-call. Like I didn't exist. He may be an excellent painter, but the follow-through.

My husband is very meticulous and has always done all of the painting. Steve's group was able to meet all of my husband's demands. On the second occasion, they provided the same level of care, quality, and did what needed to be done. The price was also reasonable.

He is very professional and very precise in his work. I have no qualms with his painters being at my home when I am not there. I look forward to using Steve’s services again in the future years.

Steve and his crew are quiet, neat, and clean up after themselves. This spring, I got new tile backsplash in the kitchen, and Steve was able to take one of the tiles to the paint store and get matching paint to paint the electrical outlets the same color as the backsplash for a more cohesive look. Over the years, he and his crew have painted almost every room in my house as well as the exterior. In the future when I need any painting done, he will be the one that I call.

Steve and his team had a few project that were already scheduled. Steve worked it out so that he could start the project on Saturday and finish the last portion on Tuesday. Steve and his guys were very Fast, Prompt and did great work. Their attention to detail was some of the best that my wife and I have ever experienced. With that being said we have bought and redone several properties and have never had someone so quick to get the job done and diligent to what details we were looking for. The best part about Steve and his work was that he also saved us about $500.00 due to their quick work and flexible schedule. Rickleff Sons and Daughter set a new standard that other teams will have to live up to when working in my home. During the quoting process, Steve was happy to accomodate my schedule and would stop by when it was convenient for me. He took the time to walk through every area we wanted to work on and provided expert advice on paint finishes, colors and how to control costs, but always left the final decisions up to me. Prior to starting the project, Steve and his team offered to stop by to apply sample colors to help us make our final color decisions. Once the project started, Steve and his team were punctual, professional, fast and produced the highest quality painting I have ever seen. They worked around our schedule, which wasn't easy because we had the work done over the holidays. The care and skill Rickleff's team, Andrew in particular, put into the prep work was amazing. The damage and sloppy work previous painters had done to my trim, doors, ceilings and walls left me with gaping holes and wild undulations on the home's surfaces. Rickleff's team was able to repair the dry wall, plaster and wood, leaving a clean, smooth surface behind. It's like getting a whole new house! Being a bit of a perfectionist, as the project progressed, we noticed more and more areas that needed Rickleff's team's attention because of poor work done by the last set ofpainters. Even though this must have extended the project by more than a day and caused challenges for Steve's schedule, we added the items to the scope and the team was happy to do so. At the conclusion of the work, Steve asked me to take some time to thoroughly inspect everything and let him know any spots that weren't perfect. I couldn't find any. Rickleff Sons and Daughter were easy to work with, provided the best results I've ever seen and were competitively priced. I will use them again whenever I have any painting needs and recommend them without reservation.

Steve and his crew dropped everything to fit us into their schedule and meet our shortened time line. They did in two and a half days what took our other (fired) contractor a week and a half. The quality of their work and the professionalism of Steve's entire crew was top notch. We will use them again many times over. The drywall repairs were perfect. We are exceedingly happy with what was done and Steve continues to reach out to ensure things have dried well and if there are any touch ups left. Hire these guys. You will not regret it.

We first contacted Steve in August for a quote and didn't attempt to schedule the work until the first week of November. I wanted the work completed by Thanksgiving and Steve was able to rearrange his schedule to complete the work by Thanksgiving. The painters were on time each day, did a superb job of fixing all of the dings, holes, and various damage to the walls. After completing the work, there were a couple of doors i felt needed another coat of paint, and they returned to apply an additional coat.

I bought a coupon on Angieslist and Steve worked hard to schedule my job as we were eager to get the townhouse on the market for sale. He always showed up when he said he would, and communicated regularly. His crew did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. He also had good advice about color selection and keeping down costs.
