PFM is locally owned and employs nearly 100 employees between the 4 locations and the OnSite services. We are a Goodyear Dealer and NAPA AutoCare Center. We offer 6 months same as cash with a Goodyear credit card. We offer fleet discounts on tires, repairs and services to all of our customers.

Truck was slated to start west on Thursday and needed to be packed with furniture. Couldn't leave the truck for another day. As a consequence the truck is now stuck in South Dakota being looked at by a real mechanic to find out why it doesn't have power to handle the foothills.
Would not recommend this provider for truck maintenance or diagnosis. Go somewhere else.
"We worked on it on Monday, showed the needed repairs, ALL REPAIRS WERE DECLINED and they picked it up Monday afternoon. See below for detail. The reviewer's brother brought the box van in for oil change and inspection. According to him It had just been purchased to take to Seattle and then they were going to sell it. We had him come to the shop that Monday and we went over all of the issues that we found with the vehicle including; brakes, lights, belts, headlight, engine issues, lift gate attaching welds broken and tires. THEY DECLINED ALL OF THE REPARS and they picked up the vehicle Monday afternoon. I am sorry that they are having issues with the truck but they did not want us to make any repairs."
This winter, I got my oil changed. Sometime that night, my trunk flew open (I'm still not sure how that happened, but it got unlatched at some point) and it snowed in my trunk. I called them and said, "Hey, I'm not blaming you, because I guess I could've hit the button, too... but I have no garage and you do." They took my car in, vacuumed out the snow, and put a fan in it for hours to dry it out. For free.

"As the vehicle was 10 years old and had over 150,000 miles on it we were trying to only recommend the parts that were necessary, once we had the vehicle apart we did find it needed the shocks/struts. Once the vehicle was disassembled we found that the car needed to have the struts replaced. This could not have been found until it was disassembled. We advised the customer of the additional parts that were needed. There was not an additional labor charge."
When I took it in on Monday he said that it should be done by 1. When I hadn't heard anything by 3:45 I called and they said it wouldn't be done until 6. When I picked up the car and spoke to the manager he was apologetic for not communicating the delay and took 12% off the bill for my trouble.
While I was bothered by the delay and lack of communication, the manager was courteous, professional and did take care of it with a discount.
PFM Car & Truck Care Center has been providing service for my vehicles for the past couple of years. Everything from oil changes to larger repairs such as water pump replacement, serpentine belts etc. The staff is awesome, (particularly Ryan and Steve but everyone else has been great as well!) they are honest and friendly and consistently provide an overall comfortable, enjoyable experience. The work is efficient and they stand behind it; further, they are willing to take the time to explain the process, parts, and if possible - cost effective alternatives. I truly cannot say enough good things about this place!! They have earned a very loyal customer in me and I can guarentee that if given the chance to impress you - they will!
