We called early in the morning and since we was close to our area he came out within an hour. He repaired the oven quickly. This is the second time I have used Mathews and in both instances they have been very quick to respond and I think the quality of their work is good. I will definitely use them again.

I called another appliance repair service on Sat. and had someone out to make the repair Mon. morning.

He was on time. He was efficient. He fixed it. He did everything that I wanted him to do. He was very professional and friendly. He gave good advice about other appliances. I really liked him.

Aside from the delay of arrival as compared to the time frame communicated, I am very satisfied with the service delivered from Mathew Appliance Repair. Based on the low severity of the cause of failure, I was only charged the basic fee for a site visit. I would recommend this vendor to others based on my positive experience.

My experience with this company was fine. They got the work done in a reasonable amount of time. They came prepared for the work. He was knowledgeable about the appliance that needed repairing. I would recommend him and use him again.

We were having problems with our washer filling properly. I had used John Mathew approx one year ago to replace our ice maker so I called him again. John is always prompt to return phone calls if he does not answer when I place the call. He came out the next day - for the washer - diagnosed the problem and returned the following day to replace the part. Approx two weeks later while we were on vacation we returned home to find that our refrig/freezer had quit working. Obviously this was of immediate concern to us. I phoned John late that afternoon and he said he would call me the following morning and come by. However, a short time later he called again and said he would stop on his way home. He went by our home - found the problem - fixed it with a part he had on his truck and called me with his findings. This was a pleasant surprise to have our refrigerator fixed so quickly. John does a great job. He is reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend him.

He has all the parts with him to fix our frig, and the relay switch that had burned out. He was prompt prepared and great to work with.

He is very professional. He knew exactly what he as doing. I called him and he called me back within a few hours. He was on time for the appointment. He came and fixed the problem and that was all.

Problem turned out to be an odd electrical malfunction of my own creation; easily remedied once the diagnosis was correctly made. He could have charged me for heating element, thermostat, etc and I wouldn't have known the difference, but he chose the honest approach and only got a service call fee which I gratefully paid. I'll definitely call him again.

John was familiar with the problem on these washers and knew what part was needed without making a service call. He was able to track the part down quicker than initially expected and performed the repair that day. I neglected to tell him I was an Angie's list member, but he remembered from prior work he had done and gave us the discount without asking. Very professional and courteous, and provided some recommendations to reduce the frequency of the problem in the future.

Matt's knowledge and skill saved us $80 compared to Sears who made the product and gives a one price fits all solutions. Matt was on time, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and excellent to work with. We were totally satisfied with the price and service that was provided.

The refrigerator in my garage went out 3 weeks ago, and I was trying to decide if I should replace it or have it fixed. Last week, my main refrigerator went out. I called the company that sells Kenmore, and they told me it would be 6 days before they could come out. I then called Mathew Appliance Repair, and John said he could probably make it out that afternoon, but it didn't fit with my schedule so we scheduled the repair for the next morning. John was able to fix both refrigerators in one trip for less than the quote that the other company gave me over the phone for one refrigerator. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends!

It went very well. He was very prompt and worked hard. He was very clean and friendly. It took him about an hour each time to do the work. He cleaned up afterwards.

I think this place is awesome! He was very reasonably priced and very honest. I called him late Friday afternoon and he came Saturday morning. He had the correct part with him and he was very friendly. He also looked at a problem with my dishwasher and did not charge me for that.

John Mathew informed me that he didn't specialize in microwaves but he gave me a name and number of someone who could help me.

I called them in the morning and someone came out before 1 pm. They were here for about an hour and fixed the problem. They gave me an estimate and stuck to that.

I called Mr. Matthew and arranged for him to come to our home the following day. He gave me a two-hour time window. He was slightly late, but he called me about that to let me know, which was most appreciated. When he arrived, we had a good conversation about how the washer works, and he clearly explained the problem he had found and how he'd go about fixing it. With the new valve in place, the water pressure is far faster than it's ever been, allowing our wash cycles to be completed more quickly. He did a thorough job, cleaned up afterward, and got the machine back in working order. I had initially called the store from where we purchased the machine. That store diagnostic charges were through the roof, and they tried to sell me a $212 service plan. I was relieved that Mr. Matthew simply fixed the machine, and the cost was below what the store (where we purchased the washing machine) could have cost.

They did a good job. They are professional and honest. I will use them again.
