Overall it went great. I was impressed he told me it would be better to buy a new one my self than for him to purchased it or fix it. He arrived at the time he said he would.

John returned my call timely and got some preliminary information over the phone. He arrived timely and diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour. He was very knowledgeable, timely and courteous. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

John is very nice. He returned our calls quickly and asked us to explain each problem and give him the appliance model numbers. This way, he arrived with all the parts at the ready and we didn't have to schedule 2 different times to check out the appliances and then come back to fix them. He worked quickly, was happy to explain anything I asked about and got everything running in short order.

Great response to my phone call. Explained everything and gave me options. Performed the work quickly and efficiently.

I called John over the holidays and he got back to me promptly on Dec 29th. He came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. Due to the age of the appliance, a part had to be ordered. John returned on New Year's eve and put in the part. No problems since.

Had to order parts. Shipping parts took awhile due to holiday. Still completed job before estimated date.

Very nice. Explained what was wrong and how he diagnosed the problem. He also fixed the dispenser by cleaning it.

John gave me an estimate on the phone, showed up close to the scheduled time and did the work for the price that he stated on the phone. He was in my home less than a half an hour and the washer works fine. I will use him again.

Mathew Appliance could not fix the microwave. They called someone that is a microwave technician to come look at it. He could not get the part, but he designed one that works so far.

Extremely well. Laundry machine was not spinning the drum. Matt quickly repaired it, and took the time to explain what probably went wrong, and how to prevent it in the future.

I couldn't say nicer things about him. If I could give him higher than an A++, I would. He is honest, professional, knowledgeable and his pricing seems fair for the market.

I spoke directly with Mr. Mathew on my call for help. He told me he could come out the next day. He called to confirm the time he would arrive & then arrived as expected. He was knowledgeable & explained what he had discovered after his inspection of the washer. He had the needed part in his truck & fixed in about 30 minutes. He did a great job.

Overall the experience was GREAT! Will do work with them again for sure. Also, will recommend them to family and friends.

I called on Monday of a holiday week and he was able to come out and fix our oven on Wednesday. Very professional and punctual!

I appreciate his willingness not to waste his time or mine, and to refer me on. I'm more than happy to call again when something needs attention.

Fantastic. Very friendly, prompt, courteous, and nailed the repaired the problem. Spot on. Would absolutely call again for service. Actually, we did call again when we had a dryer problem recently and he took the time to explain that it was probably an airflow issue since we had heat and gave me several self-help troubleshooting tips as well as referred us to his preferred dryer vent service person. We ended up calling them and they were fantastic as well. Thanks John!

I called Tuesday and Mr Mathew was able to come out Wednesday. Mr Mathew took the stove model number over the phone so he could make sure he had any parts that might be needed before he came to my home. He gave me a couple of different locations where I might find the model number and waited while I looked for it. I really appreciated that because it avoided the problem I've had with various other repairmen of my taking a day off work for the repairman to discover that he doesn't have the part. He came at the time he promised, and worked quickly and efficiently. He was clean, polite, funny, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to about the stove. He showed me the damaged parts and explained what needed to be done. He did not try to sell me more parts than needed. After he did the work and had the bill ready, he turned on the burner and ran it at various settings to show that it was now working. After various less-than-great appliance repairmen that have been through the house, I would definitely use Mr. Mathew again.

He was able to come within 4 hours of my calling.

They had to order a part so the repair took a little bit longer than expected but the repair turned out great and washing machine is working perfectly. The technician that came out was very professional and answered any questions for me.

We had asked Mathew to come and check out our dryer. We wanted him to repair if possible or advise us if it was time to purchase a new one. He made some minor adjustments to the heater coils (getting too close together and could short our or cause a fire if they touched) and advised us it should work for many years. We were very pleased and found him to be very friendly and professional.

He was prompt, efficient and pleasant. The dishwasher doesn't leak. His price was reasonable.

Called on a Wednesday, arrived on time at 1 PM Friday, very professional and pleasant, knew what he was doing and work was completed within half an hour. Price was certainly in the range I expected.

My dryer would not turn off but would not heat either. I called around noon and they came out the same day to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately for me, a part had to be ordered. When it arrived, they called and scheduled a time to come out that morning. He was only here a short time to put in the replacement part and now it works great.
