Tim had installed a new mailbox post for us several years back. Over time it had started to lean a little. I recently got in touch with Tim to address the issue and found the same promptness and quality of service, punctuality, reasonable pricing, as when I had used him then. Wish more contractors were like Tim. So dependable, highly recommend him.

Tim called me back within minutes of my voicemail message. He agreed to come the next day and arrived on time and had my mailbox door fixed in less than 30 minutes. He did an excellent job and at a very reasonable price. I might be replacing the box and the post in the spring and will definitely use them if I do!

I needed to replace my mailbox. I contacted Mailbox Pro and they were fast with their response. Within a couple of emails we had the whole thing sorted. We arranged a time for the installation and the installer showed up and quickly did the removal of the old one and the installation of the new. I was very happy with the whole process.

Our previous post was rotting and tilting. Inside our mailbox was a sticker for Mailbox Pro so I gave them a call to get a quote. We just wanted to duplicate what we had so I sent photos and received a quote back within the hour. The cost was as we expected and lead time was less than 10 days. A week didn't even pass before a new post and box was installed. Great service. Left the bill in the mailbox an we paid it promptly. Couldn't get much easier.

The mailboxes look better than ever and the price was half the cost of our other quote and very fairly priced. This was done in one day and about a week after we gave the go-ahead.

Tim was responsive and professional, and the work product is fantastic. He came to the property to ensure our new mailbox would work well w/ our neighborhood setting and with the post we already had. The work completed included a new mailbox w/ custom lettering in keeping w/ our neighborhood, as well as straightening, caulking, & painting our post and installing a copper base to protect against landscaping tool damage. To work was done quickly and contact-free, and we are very happy with the results!

WOW, WOW, WOW!!!! The mailbox looks even better than I could imagine. The delivery and installation was ahead of schedule AND so quiet that neither us nor our dogs heard the work being done. That alone is amazing. Workmanship is beautiful and the installer even put our flagpole back on the new mailbox! We had intended to take it off the old one and reinstall on the new when it arrived, so thank you, thank you! Tim was friendly, fast and did an excellent job at a fair price replacing our mailbox with a complete new post and 2 new boxes. When a lettering change was needed, Tim had the update made in no time at all. I can highly recommend Mailbox Pro!!!

Last Wednesday, due to extremely high winds by mail post snapped off, and box and post were laying on my driveway. Contacted Tim at Mailbox Pro, and he said he would stop by that same afternoon to check damage and get my mailbox righted so I could continue to receive mail. I was so appreciative that Tim took time to make this possible. The following Monday, my new post and box were installed. I am so pleased with the prompt service and installation. New Mailbox Install

The mailbox was replaced. Everything went well.

Excellent. Arrived on site with all material prepared for installation. New mailbox was professionally labeled with street address. New post was assembled and painted. Installation took about 1 hour. Old mailbox and post were hauled away. Area was thoroughly cleaned after completing installation.

I contacted Mailbox Pro whom we've used before (2012) to replace a mailbox with a broken lid which had separated from the mail box. They returned the call the next day and took my order for a new mailbox. They then installed the new mailbox within a week of my order! The mailbox looks great and I would use them again!

We contacted Mailbox Pro via their website, sent them a photo of our existing mailbox, and asked for a price quote to replace only the mailbox (not the post). They responded by email within hours with a very fair price. We asked them to do the job and they completed it within two days. The color of the new mailbox is an exact match to the color required by our homeowners' association. They even came to our home on a holiday, which we never expected. We are very pleased with their work and their customer service. Recommended very highly !
