He could not get to us on the day I called and he apologized profusely for that; I called in the afternoon and didn't really expect same-day service. He came on the following morning and repaired the door to my complete satisfaction.

I called Duane at 4:30pm on a Monday afternoon and it was too late to come out because his service man was already complete with his last job and on his way home to Beech Grove. I completely understood. Duane explained to me how to manually close the door so that the door would not fall or bend until John would be there first thing the next morning at 9:30am after picking up a garage door on the way to my house in Carmel. Duane called at 9:30am to let me know John was picking up the door and that he would be there shortly. I appreciated the call. John and his son Ryan took only 15-20 minutes to complete the repair and he also greased the third bay door which squeaked. I didn't realize that their company took check or cash and no credit card so John said to just call Duane to see if he took credit card over the phone. Hamilton Garage Doors is very accomodating and pleasant.

Received same day service. Duane was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Even went the extra step to tell me how to program built-in car remote since the button was broke on the sensor. I would definitely call on them again.

The main reason I chose Hamilton is because they were the least expensive. The experience with them was fine. It was not a big project.

i called them on Sunday afternoon when we discoivered the spring on our Garage Door was broken. The call was returned later in the evening and we agreed they would come out in the morning and fix the door. We left the door up and in the morning it was repaired and the doorbell rang before we knew they were even there. it was great.

Dwayne came out prior to this visit to help us with our problem. Our garage door openers and remote key pad quit working. It was working when he left and quit again. He didn't charge us for this visit. He came back out, he circuit board was replaced and now it works perfectly. Dwayne is very easy to work with and very helpful.

It went excellent. He was on time, reasonable, and knowledgeable.

He arrived at our house 20 minutes after our call to him and he had the work completed in 30 minutes. He also took the time to explain what he did and the proper operation and adjustment of the door.

Our double overhead garage door was making very loud squeaking noises. I called about 930am and Duane was here in 2 hours. He was very polite and explained everything thoroughly. He thanked me for calling his company - twice! - once when he got here and again as he was leaving. This was a great experience! I much prefer using local companies and Angie's List is a great resource to find good service providers. Hamilton Garage Doors is another example of why I use Angie's List!

Duane came out a few years ago to "band-aid" the same door. He was wonderful and on time. He's bought us more time with this door, yet again! Thanks so much!

A service vehicle crashed into my garage door which made it inoperable. Duane came out promptly and fixed the door so that it could at least open and close. He then provided a quote on a replacement. Since he was out of the office when I needed to have the work done, his coworker John installed it. Overall, I am very satisfied with Hamilton Garage doors. Duane was great to work with and John did a nice job on the installation. I would definitely work with them again.

Duane was on time and very easy to work with. He did not try to talk me into something I did not want. He was courteous. I appreciated his attitude and professionalism.

I had a broken spring which Duane replaced immediately while waiting for an opening in his schedule to install a new door. New door installation went smoothly - very professional installation; had me inspect the new door prior to leaving; cleaned up all of their trash.

I had a problem with my old garage door, where the rollers came off the tracks. Several companies had told me that the old system was obsolete and it couldn't be repaired. Of the bids I received, Duane was responsive to my concerns about the appearance of the garage due to my particular home. He was also very honest and didn't try to upsell on unnecessary items. When the doors arrived, he agreed to hold the windows in two different spots so we could determine where they would look best. I would use Duane again with no reservations.
