Best experience I ever had with a Painting Contractor. Goran was terrific to work with, extremely conscientious, and was on the job site almost 100% of the time making sure everything went according to plan. The job turned out to be bigger that either of us had anticipated and eventually we ended up building a new porch roof due to extensive rot. Goran worked out fixed price for the additional work and completed the work on time and on budget. I would highly recommend GIK Painting and Maintenance. Goran is a man of the highest integrity and keeps his word. He is easy to contact and keeps you posted on progress or any difficulties.

Exactly what you want from a contractor. He responded to my request, looked at the job the same day, made good suggestions, we agreed on what was to be done and he quoted me what I felt to be a fair price. Goran started the job when he said he would and completed the job(painting and some drywall work) on time with no changes to the price. His crew worked hard, were neat and left the job site clean. Our original project to replace water damaged drywall evolved several times as we worked to understand the source of the water problem. Goran was extremely helpful in analyzing the problem and affecting a variety of solutions, including some difficult and messy work that he took on without an issue. Throughout the project, Goran was timely and always did what was promised. He also was careful to detail major changes in the specifications and costs of the project. I was totally satisfied with his work. Goran is a good man.
