Service was prompt, but the even though I had spent time detailing the way that I wanted the downspouts to be connected to the gutters(which was not a standard installation) the installer ended up doing it his own way - even after telling me that he would do it as requested. Additionally, there was damage done to the metal roof on the garage. A return trip to correct the problem, resulted in the gutters not being hung with adequate pitch. Part of the gutter was actually pitched such that water would flow away from the downspout. The rest of the gutter was hung perfectly level. I had requested at least a 1/4 in./10ft. pitch which is pretty standard practice to promote proper flow. A third trip finally corrected the pitch. Aesthetically, the gutters look very nice. I was dissappointed that the installer needed to make at least three visits to make things right. My biggest disappointment though was that the downspout to gutter connection was not done as agreed to. The fact that that change was made without ever consulting me, prevents me from giving this installer a favorable rating.
