Description of Work: No call no showed twice. I remained calm and respectful. Ultimately told me he was too busy to EVER come do the work and I should hire someone else. This was after using them for multiple years and referring them to 10+ clients. Completely unprofessional.

Description of Work: I had called and had them power wash a handicapped ramp with half roof ramp is approx. 30 ft. x 4 ft. including the beams and under the half roof, and also a smaller handicapped ramp about 10 ft. x 4 ft. this was done approx. 1 year ago and would highly recommend this company, the price was lower than what I expected and would have to look up the invoice for an exact price. Plus when you have a company who is genuine it really makes a hugh difference,

 + -1 moreI was VERY pleased--with all aspects of the job/company. You always get a receptionist/dispatcher when you call and she is very good, responsive. The owner, Shane Emily, came out for a quote, also prompt, courteous and professional. The work was scheduled and the worker did a good job. All three people I dealt with were cheerful and friendly. It is a large professional rig (truck and trailer) with a tank which holds the cleaning solution. They do use your water for rinsing. (Will be interesting to see the water bill for that next month). I was amazed at how much better the roof and gutters looked--like new. I don't think the roof had ever been done (house is 19 years old). I won't do the roof every year (probably only will need it every few years), but I certainly will get the siding done every year--definitely worth the modest cost for that. Have already recommended them to my neighbors.
Description of Work: They price out doing roof, gutters and siding separately so you can have all done or just some of it. I had the full service and paid for the 2-step roof cleaning as well as gutters (inside and out) and the vinyl siding. They apply a cleaner to the roof and come back the next day and rinse it off.

 + -1 moreThe firm was recommended by a friend and also looked good on Angie's List. I contacted the company, got a reply by email promptly, described the work, and got an estimate. The workman came and I asked him to do more work than I initially described to the manager. The work was beautifully done and I am very satisfied.
Description of Work: The company power-washed the siding on my large house and did the same for the large driveway and concrete areas under the decks. The workman came on time, did an excellent job (including clearing items before starting the job). I will definitely use this company again and have recommended it to my friends.

 + -1 moreI HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY RETURN PHONE CALLS ASAP. THEY SHOW UP ON TIME, ARE POLITE AND MANNERLY AND CONSERVATIVELY DRESSED. THE 2 TIMES I USED THEM, THEY HAVE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. FOR INSTANCE, WHEN WASHING OUR BACK DECK THE WORKERS TRIPPED THE CIRCUIT BREAKER. POWER WASHER PLUS SPENT A LONG TIME AT OUR CIRCUIT BREAKER BOX FINDING THE CORRECT LEVER (NOTHING WAS MARKED). ALTHOUGH THIS COMPANY IS BASED OUT OF BLOOMINGTON, THEY WORK AS FAR NORTH AS KOKOMO.
Description of Work: POWERWASHED A BACK DOOR, GAZEBO, SCREENED IN BACK PORCH AND 2 ADIRONDACK CHAIRS. LAST YEAR THIS COMPANY POWER WASHED ALL THE VINYL SIDING ON OUR HOUSE AND REMOVED THE STREAKS OF FUNGUS FROM OUR ROOF. THE ROOF CLEANING TOOK 3 VISITS.
