Shane contacted me promptly to discuss the service needed; gutter cleaning and pressure wash and clean house. Shane was very attentive during our consultation. The work was completed efficiently and promptly. Very very nice cutomer service. Would definitely use this company again, My siding looks great again thanks to PowerWasher Plus!!!

excellent--when I set up appointment, they told methat they could only do it if the temperature was over 40 degrees. That morning the temp was in the mid-30's. About two hours later when it had warmed up, the washing started.

Good service, pleasant employees. Did not however price the special accurately so when they got there, said it was about another $40 or something like that. They didn't note if you have a walkout basement, that it would be more as that was counted as two stories and would be more money. The tech realized it was an issue and was nice but really, that's a pretty big deal, I am sure many wouldn't have ordered it had they known it was going to cost more.

I called yesterday to schedule our house to be power washed. The owner was able to fit us in this afternoon and the service man arrived right on time. He was polite and friendly, and he did a thorough job washing the entire exterior of our house. We were very pleased with the job done. He went around once with water and a cleaner, then he went around again with clear water. He also rinsed off all our shrubs so no "soap" stayed on them. The young man did an excellent job.

They called and set up a time and where here at that time. I had a question about the water pressure and whether it would leak into the house and assured me it would not. They explained what they were going to do. They asked me to review their work when done and everything was fine. They were polite and punctual.

Tyler, the tech, from Powerwasher Plus called to let us know he was on his way for the 1:00 p.m. appointment. He arrived on time. His equipment was stored in a professional looking covered trailer with the company name on the side. When we greeted Tyler at the door he was very friendly and mannerful. He explained the work he would be doing and took a look at the property before starting. It took Tyler just under two hours to complete the job. Afterwards he showed us his work and answered our questions. Our house had not been power washed for some time. Tyler was able to remove the mold and mildew on the north side of the house along with the dust and grime from the whole house. We are very satisfied with the job.

I purchased the power washing for a rental house that needed to be power washed. I called to schedule an appointment for the power washing and was able to schedule it when it worked well for me. The company accidentally sent the power washer to my personal residence instead of the rental house. When I found out they washed my residence instead of the rental house, I spoke with the power washer and he immediately called his supervisor. The supervisor called me and apologized for the error and sent the power washer to the rental house. They quickly corrected the error and didn't charge me any extra. I really appreciated their prompt response to the situation and making things right.

They did what they were contracted to do. I recommend them highly and will difinitely hire them again.

When I first contacted the company, I could tell they were not pleased with the distance they had to go to do the work. I told them I was flexible and would be willing to wait until they had other jobs in my area (O'Fallon, Illinois). I received an e-mail telling me they could be at my house around 1:00 PM on Monday 2/18/13. The workers arrived at my house around 11:00 AM and were gone by 11:45 AM. No one came to the door or talked to me about the job. It was cold and raining on the day of the wash. When I went out the next day, I found long dirt trails coming down from the windowsill areas. Although Angie's List offers some great deals. merchants should limit their work area if they do not want to travel to Illinois for jobs. It would be nice to have more metro-east merchants available.

I spoke with a young lady who was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, they don't service my area, so I switched the Deal for one closer to me. She was apologetic and left a good impression.

It went very well. They came out and did the home. Forgot to do the driveway and came back on their own to finish the job.

Excellent. They contacted me right away, scheduled a time to come, and did a great job. Even agreed to powerwash the deck furniture for a small additional cost to be charged only if they felt the cleaning was successful. Did a great job on both the siding and nasty deck furniture, even though I wasn't home to monitor. I wasn't sure if I needed to have the deck cleaned, but they agreed to provide an estimate in case I decided to pursue. Provided the estimate and a suggestion to wait another year for the deck cleaning since it was in pretty good shape!

I found this to be an excellent company. The owner is so honest. I told him that I had 50 year old aluminum siding with a lot of oxidation. He told me that besides the powerwashing, I might have to have it painted to get back the look that I was seeking. He suggesting putting off the powerwash until then. Wow, that is honest! Since the siding has never been powerwashed, I decided to go ahead and have it cleaned. Just as the owner told me, oxidation is not removed by just powerwashing alone. However, the siding looks so clean. And the man doing the job went out of his way to satisfy the customer.. I highly recommend this company. They do an excellent job and stand over backwards to please the owner.

Very professional when he came out, knew what he was talking about, and gave me an itemized estimate before he left. Called office and scheduled. They came out just as scheduled and did a great job. I found a part of their sprayer in the yard the next morning. Called them to tell them and also let them know there was a smal spot they missed. They were out within a couple of hours, cleaned the spot and asked if there was anything else. Very happy with service. Will use again!!!
