I will admit that I was skeptical that my vinyl siding could be cleaned to the degree that I was hoping for. The siding is 16 years old and had never been cleaned to my knowledge. It was dull, dirty, and covered with cobwebs, dead bugs, and various specks and spots of some nature. I really did not think this old dirt would come clean. I watched as the technician applied the cleaning solution and gave it a chance to work before he rinsed it off with a jet of clean water. When he was finished...about an hour and 15 minutes later.. it was like someone had put new white siding on my home! I could not believe the difference and how clean the out side of my home was. To say I was pleasantly surprised and pleased is an understatement. I would definitely use again and recommend this company for any power cleaning needs you might have.

I contacted them via this site and they gave us a bid based on the exterior square footage of our home; I gave them an estimate and they responded with a bid. They also included the garage door and gutters. I must say that they did an excellent job!! As a matter of fact there is a bird's nest on one of our exterior lights near the fron door and they manage to clean around it without disturbing it. Not that I would have minded if the nest was removed, but it shows me that they care.

Quick and easy. It is better to email than to call and you might not get all of the information you are looking for at first but with that being said I was happy with my service. Ryan Stout was punctual, professional and did a good job cleaning the exterior of my home.

Ryan removed all the dirt and the mildew from the siding of my house. He went over several areas twice to make sure all of the mildew was removed. He did a very good job.

They were fast ,efficient and courteous. When they were finished they asked to walk the entire perimeter with me. They also offered to come back if I found something they missed.

The house looks so much cleaner now. The technician, Ryan, did a great job. He was professional, and well mannered. We have a small home so it took him only about an hour or a little longer to compete the job. My first contact was with Shane whom I sent an email to once I purchased the Angie's List deal. He was prompt in getting back to me and scheduling the appt. I would use this company again. The truck Ryan used had all equipment needed and was very state of the art. All in all a good experience with Powerwasher Plus.

The work was completed with outstanding results The company representative showed up on time and with a truck large enough to clean many houses, trucks, cars etc. In other words he came well prepared with all the necessary materials and equipment to do the job efficiently and effective. He was done in short order and then he asked me to inspect it with him, the house was sparkling clean.

The response to my email was within 2 hours. They scheduled the job the next day and completed the work in less than 2 hours. I was extremely pleased with the results. They traveled more than 50 minutes to complete this work, as we live in Illinois about 40 miles from St. Louis. I would highly recommend them for any job.

I had to contact them several times before I was able to talk to someone to schedule the appointment. Ryan was very prompt and personable. He explained what he was going to do before starting and asked if I had any areas of concern. He asked me to inspect the areas cleaned and showed me some spots he could not get clean on garage door because of roofing tar and recommended what might work. Since I had the recommended product, he cleaned those spots which removed the tar. He did a great job on the house and the patio concrete, and I would use them again.

I gave this to my son as a gift. He called and made the arrangements. The company kept him posted as to when they would come. The results were very good. His siding is clean and there was no water mess around the outside of the house. We would recommend this company to our friends.

He arrived on time and explained what he would do and that he would be using an anti-fungal agent to discourage mold. I asked if he could also power wash the glass roof of our sunroom, which he did, at no extra cost. He completed the job in good time and let me know when he was done so that I could look things over. I asked him about possibly cleaning a interlocking concrete wall we have along our driveway. I appreciated his honesty when he told me the results would probably not be what I would hope and that it really wouldn't be worth it.

Two people washed the outside of my house. They did basically what we expected.

They came while I was at work. It looked great. They were able to make an appointment really quickly.

He washed down both sides of my house which were filthy due to the elements. I was very impressed with the quality of the job.

It went very well. The fellow was very nice and very accommodating. He pre-wet the garden surrounding the house so that the plants and flowers would not be affected by the power wash run off. He re-watered the plants and flowers upon completion of the power wash job to clear out the run off. The house looked great afterwards and not a plant was ruined.

I had a little difficulty with first contact, but after we got in touch every thing went as plannned. They verified appointment that morning by email and Ryan called before coming so I could put up my pets. Ryan was prompt and very personable. He explained what he was going to do before starting. After he asked us to come inspect the job. He explained two areas he could not get cleaned because they were silicon stains. That was acceptable as he turned my green chimney white again! The only thing to watch for is the water was left on dripping but I heard it and my husband turned it off completely. Great Job would use them again!
